Ive been playing this game for a while in our android tablet now try to play in iOS but only option is link our Apple account.
This has been one of our daily go to apps for a few years. Once all areas have been unlocked, there is still a reason to play this great game. Mainly, the weekly event that allows the player to earn tickets that can be traded for new trucks that help build a powerful fleet. However, over the last few months, the event has not been functional more often than it has. Even worse, we spent real money for, Infinite Fuel, which comes back after an update, only to disappear again after 2 weeks. Overall, this is an unreliable app at best. We wonder if the lights are still on. Dont spend money on it.
We strongly request developers can add Chinese language support UI in this game. That will be more fun. Thank you.
Im returning to the game but cant access our old one but dont mind starting a new one.
We like the game. Its interesting and will keep us pretty interested. However we paid 299 of the dollars to have infinite gas for a week and it didnt go through. Thinking we needed to do something else we accidentally paid for it again. But we still dont have the gas although the dollars are definitely gone. It would be a 4 star rating if it wasnt for that.
Swipe truck , won't work and load, we have a newer edition phone, good wifi connection.
We love the game and all the aspects but our subscriptions arent working anymore Ive tried unsubscribing and resubscribing but we are left with the same problem.
Been play TK:T now for about a month and really enjoying. The pacing is good and we love the transport puzzles and upgrade system. Downside though is we signed up for the gold pass for the nice boosts and no ads but we lose benefits constantly, often mid game session. It will eventually start working again but can be annoying when youre stuck watching ads or have too many drivers deployed and you cant adjust them cause youre over capacity. Seems like a long-standing bug as looking at the help articles its been a known issue for at least 100+ days. Otherwise a great game barring the aforementioned bug and its the only thing keeping it from a fifth star for us.
Been playing for a few years and cant get enough! We did have issues with our account at one point, but the developers were extremely responsive and fixed everything quickly. We love this game and their team. Thanks for making such an awesome game.
After waiting moths for an update it came. Now it doesnt even start. Hope they fix it someday. It used to be a good game. Update: It starts now but is still pretty glitchy in the rewards.
We tried to get into the game, but it started a completely new one and am unable to retrieve it.
We were playing fine last night and when we hopped off then tried to come back, it doesnt go passed the loading screen. Update so we decided to delete and start over again and this game is completely BROKEN! Somehow we unlocked level 4 but its still locked. The calendar is still locked. What a shame Ive played this game when it first came out and came back to a complete mess.
The game was working fine yesterday now loads to %100 but never goes past the start up screen please fix.
The finally fixed the login issue. Now Im just waiting on the daily calendar to return.
We cant progress past the first set of challenges due to the fact that one of them is to look at the calendar that doesnt even show up for us.
We had any issue with events and alliance contracts freezing after a week of waiting with no response we just reset our account and started over from level 43.
The job list isnt working. The task for check daily calendar isnt working.
What happened to the daily rewards.
Please Dont purchase any in app purchases. We be played this game for years and it restarted twice and we were unable to recover the previous game. So the money spent was a waste. Dont waste your the game will freeze and if you delete it you're starting over. It will never load the previous game.
We played this game for two years was at level 125 and when they did the update it reset us to zero and we have to start all over now. We will not keep playing this game.
Level 79 after 6 months building it, and after update the game is reset to zero.
After updating the game we were able to finally login once. The next time we opened the game, all of our progress was lost, reset back to the start. We were level 83, now down to level 1.
"we had been playing for 2 years, and all our progress was lost!! Why did you reset it in the new update?".
Great game, fun to play but dumped whole game progress When updated we have start all over big waste of time! All the time and money spent gone.
Our entire city network and all the vehicles we have earned are completely gone. Restarted us back to level 1. Game originally crashed for two days, then when fixed, it reset our whole game.

Im up to level 80 and Ive known for awhile someone has hacked our account because our numbers kept going up even when Ive missed a week or so. Now when we try to load the game it wont. Can you look in to it please. Ill quit playing before we start over. Thanks.
Like most game apps these days, after about a month or two of playing and climbing levels, the levels become fewer and farther between, the prizes for achieving a new level despite achieving it now 100x harder than earlier levelsare disappointing, and game play becomes routine and repetitive. Its not just this game but most games of this genre. So, we have some suggestions for anyone who cares to listen: 1) after level 40 how about you unlock some train routes where by you could fully automate delivery of the lowest level ingredients higher level ones still only by truck. The trains could be expandable by number of transport cars and they could be routed above ground elevated trains to carry thinks like oil to the paint factory and various ores to the various factories as rates of 100s per car. This would really take the monotony out of something which used to be fun but now is just annoying. 2) How about busing people to other places such as the diner? City to city instead of just stops to city? 3) New places to sell could be built in cities such as shopping mall: which could hold a big standard orders (like 50) of 10 different things and when the city needs those things they could be taken from the mall first. Just ideas! Thanks.

We subscribed to unlimited fuel now we can get the game to load past the start screen.
Got a subscription(Gold) and it worked great for a month so we let it renew and now it seems that we have paid gold prices to get ads and lose all the other benefits as well. Used their customer service and got no reply.
Hello game developer, could you please fix our game issue because we got stuck at loading page with 42% most of the time. Our network connection is OK when we play other game and web browsing. We dont know why this is happening to us. Im using IPad Pro 2021. Thanks.
The game is pretty addicting and similar to other transport games where you collect vehicles, move cargo, and earn parts to upgrade the vehicles to load more cargo. The problem is that the game is very stingy with the upgrade parts, especially since the vehicles break down and eventually need parts just to get them moving again. By the second stage of the game, our vehicles arent really moving more than 10 items at a time, if that, making for very slow progress. Eventually we just got frustrated and deleted the game.
Not digging the latest update when swiping a truck to do the work, it zooms in and out. Its hard on the eyes when it auto zooms. Please revert back to how it was please.
Whilst attempting to sync our progress to our new device, the game reset our progress on both devices losing us a level 30 account and weeks of playtime. Unless they can fix this glitch then we wont be back.

Recently, we got a new apple device. We do NOT mind starting over. We were at the end of the game anyway. However, we brought the subscription and we could not restore it so please fix soon.
2 hours ago we could have 43 trucks in operation at the same time. Now we can only have 33 which doesnt make sense because we didnt have any boosts on. And the payout for completing a request has been reduced drastically making it nearly impossible to upgrade anything. Makes us not want to play this anymore.
Not sure what happened but ever since the last update the game starts to load but freezes on the load screen. It used to work great on our iPhone 12 Pro Max but if you have the same phone we wouldnt recommend the game unless they fix the issue. If they do then itll definitely be back to a 5 star review.
The game doesnt load anymore. Been tying for three days. Front load past 10%.
Game didnt work. We get to the start up screen with the game name on it and it freezes. Tried 7-10 times to get it to work (force closing between) and still nothing. Waste of a download.

Great game. Really enjoy it but it seems like they really try to force you to pay to succeed. The more you level up and unlock the more demanding the supplies are which makes sense but they dont compensate you with drivers often enough unless you straight out buy them.
Im a kid of the 90s and transport tycoon was one of our favorite games. We found this game a few years ago and was so glad to see something that was close to the original concept. We enjoyed it for a while but theyve gone too far with the in app purchases. You have to pay for EVERYTHING. Its just not fun anymore. Maybe they make a bazillion dollars and we guess good for them. For us, it entirely ruined the experience. Good game but, we deleted it.
The new update destroyed it. This game is now ONLY for people willing to spend money. The developers took a good game and destroyed it. If your not willing to spend at least 50$ a week they do not want you. So Im giving them their wish.
