We recently upgraded the game. Now Im on the constellation levels and our phone is frozen anytime we pull this game up. We cannot open the game, collect our daily bonus or even back out of the screen. Im about to give up after three days and delete the app.
Since this red whatever thing started, when we open the game, the screen pops up for the golden ticket Click here with the arrow. We cant click on it anywhere to make the game open. Usually closing the game a couple of times will let us move past this dead screen. Now we cant. We cant play it anymore because of this stupid glitch.
After reaching over 160 levels this game lost it. Locked out of multiple screens, freezing play and the only way to get out is to exit the game giving up a life. This happened twice within 35 minutes. Another level would not stop scrolling as the pieces dropped down after making a match. And the levels you cant win even when you exhaust your bank. So Frustrating! Finally had enough and deleted the app. Responses Developers: No we did not access through Facebook. Using new IPad. The truly frustrating/problem levels were between 145 and 163.
We really liked this game at first but we are only on level 39 and already the levels take forever to get through. And the reason is because the grid will have almost none of the items we need to pass that level. We might need 35 green apples and 38 red balloons to pass, but there will be an abundance of everything but those two items. If hardly any of what we need shows up on the grid, how can we get 35 of them? After many tries, somehow more show up and we get through only to have it happen all over again on the next level. We dont mind a challenge, but we dont want to have to play every single level knowing we will not have a chance at winning it until after about a half dozen tries when finally more of what we need shows up. Im pretty sure we will be deleting this game. Too bad because it is fun when play is challenging but fair.
We love the game. We have been stuck on a few levels but Im pretty sure that was our fault . But there has also been a few times that the game took away a few of our stars for absolutely no reason!
After level 30 when you enter match 3 all the tiles freeze. You cant move anything. Every. Single. Level. We have restarted the game several times and it doesnt fix it. You have to go into setting act like your finishing the level but click continue instead to get the tiles to move. The easy be fore anything is even labeled hard before level 30 are so difficult that you have to use your power ups or spend coins for extra lives to finish. This is ridiculous and unlike any other match 3 game like this that we’ve played and Im currently playing 5 different games.
We have loved playing this game for years but lately it has become very glitchy. It freezes and you cant proceed until you go into the controls and tell it to finish game. Tonight it wont let us move the pieces we want to. It wont let us move anything except what is being highlighted. Im about ready to delete it forever !!!!!
We love playing this game. But once you progress to day 21 you cant go any further. It just says to return to the island to keep playing. But the whole game is on an island. Probably going to delete since all customer service outreach has gone unanswered. Wish the game wasnt broken.
We had given this five stars because we were playing it so often and we figured if we kept coming back to it it deserve that fifth *. The upgrades encourage watching lots of ads watch an ad = get extra money .. Watch an ad = extra turns.. Watch an ad for this an ad for that so it may make winning the levels easier but the amount of time that is spent watching the ads is minus one star for us. We know, we dont have to watch the ads but when youre one move away from completing a level and watching an ad would give you three extra moves youre pretty much going to watch the ad. We find it really sneaky the way theyve incorporated all the Clickbait into it.
Loved this app until the latest version update a few days ago. We cant get through a game now. While playing the game, every minute or so an add runs for 30 seconds to a minute, then brings us back to the game we were playing and then another pop up ads starts.. And so on and so on. What is going on here???
They ruined it for us with the latest update. Add runs across the playing field at the top so that the whole playing field cant be seen. In addition the fruit drops weirdly now. Deleting game.
Love this game but we know as we get higher its going to get real hard to pass a level and when that happens a lot we usually quit.
The levels are tooo hard to pass. You have to give the players more time to achieve what is wanted in the tasks. Give us a way to get boosters. Give us welcome back to the game boosters. Other games are using pretty much the same new methods to earn boosters. So, watch one of them to get the ideas. We stopped playing this game so many times but keep going back thinking something positive changed for us to complete the levels. Love the storyline, graphics, and characters. Needs an overhaul with the levels and boosters.

Cute game so far except the skip button is barely showing on the 12 pro max screen. Our suggestion, skip should be in center same as tap to continue. Taking multiple taps to make a selection. Once fixed Ill come back to editing this to 5 stars. Please fix! Thank u!
We absolutely LOVED this game now for months of playing, but Im up to level 129 and its literally IMPOSSIBLE to pass some of these levels at this range unless you BUY the bombs, dynamite and wild flowers to give you a leg up to even consider trying to pass it!!! The effectiveness of the bombs is also diminishing at these levels and when they DO place them, theyre ALWAYS in a spot that theyre worthless. Its a fun game and love the concept, but its sad that they clearly are forcing you to BUY extra coins in order to BUY extra stuff to pass each level! We’ve literally spent over $50 on buying coins JUST to pass EACH level and its not even guaranteed that youll pass a level with the extra explosives. Im wholeheartedly disappointed in the game now.

We know changing a game is complex. Are there any plans to remove the totems in the future? We wont play the game as long as it uses symbols that are sacred in many cultures. Thanks for your response! There are plenty of tropical- themed items that could be used in place of the totems. Palm trees, tropical flowers, sailboats, tropical fruits, pretty much anything with a tropical theme that doesnt have spiritual/religious connotations. We had removed this game for a while and recently downloaded it again. Very different gameplay, but this isnt about gameplay. We were rather dismayed to see new levels where you need to uncover totems Totems have spiritual significance and meaning to Native Americans and others and should not be used lightly. You can do better than this! There are other things you can use that are not important spiritual items. From Miriam-Webster: 1a an object (such as an animal or plant) serving as the emblem of a family or clan and often as a reminder of its ancestry also : a usually carved or painted representation of such an object b: a family or clan identified by a common totemicobject 2: one that serves as an emblem or revered symbol.
This game is beyond AMAZING and veryyyy addicting! We completed the whole "story" though and can only just play levels now which is kind of boring. Is there going to be a update that allows us to expand our island and design more rooms and stuff? Or is this the end..
This game could be fun however it gives no daily rewards when you win its almost impossible to get bombs and dynamite without paying… Developer you need to give rewards on top of the measly coin reward for logging in. When you get to a certain level it is impossible to beat the game without buying bombs and dynamite they give you hardly any moves we are gonna trash this game unless it changes.
Its very different from other games. The levels are fun and interesting. Our only concern would be that when the characters are talking and moving about.. Speed them up a bit. Otherwise , we love this game!
This game is super fun and has given us hours of gameplay. The only small developer note (and its not game breaking) is since we play on an iPhone 11 whenever we make a match on the top of bottom it scrolls the menus down. Idk if theres some way to fix it but we still play and have a ton of fun.
Play is sluggish, however, and we have a difficult time switching fruit at the bottom of our screen.
Game no longer has glitches which used to force a close, but the new format is much smaller and therefore harder to see. Also, and most problematic, is that if we have to take a call or tend to our children in the middle of a game, it shuts down every single time. Very frustrating to lose boosters and progress.

Same as any other match game. They make it easy at first and then it starts getting harder. Only way to beat levels is to spend real money. You will spend days playing the same level over and over again because it is impossible to win. Spend real money or you wont progress.
Updated review. Levels have become un-winnable . We have spent too much money and still cannot win 214. To make it worse the story requires multiple coins for the tiniest of tasks so you have to too many games to enjoy the story. We enjoyed this at first and you made plenty of money from us but you got too thirsty. We are deleting this app.
We’ve gotten soooo frustrated at this game so many times. We even bought coins just to make it past a level we tried for days to win. We’ve now tried this last one for days and we refuse to spend more $ on the game. Also, when you do finally win one of these all you get is 55-60 coins! Why doesnt the number of coins you win go up with the level of difficulty. There are so many times we know what to do to win and its imposible. There are no matches and then it has to spin and swap everything around because there – are – no – matches. Tired of wasting our time. Mad that Im going to have to delete it.
This game is fun, however we wonder if the creators are native English speakers. Some of the comments by the characters are not correct English. It almost sounds as if the comments were translated into English. Am we wrong? Just asking…
So we beat everything there was to do.. Its now saying "find keys" because we got all the chests already and we have 164 stars and cant do amything… Will there be a update with more things to do or should we delete the game..

Just when you have a level almost completed you tun out of moves. Unless you spend an enormous amount of money you cannot win the level. Im not made of money so lm stuck. It would have been a great game otherwise.
We like the game but we feel it is much too difficult to win levels. We read some of your other reviews and this seems to be a common theme. Your developers dont seem to take the comments seriously. Obviously, if that many people are having that much difficulty then the game should be adjusted. Its not fun to play a match 3/building game but you never get the chance to build.
You barely have any lives and you get stuck on the same board for days or weeks! Its horrible we barely play it.
Constantly losing rewards, mainly coins. Makes us feel they do this to make us purchase!
