We had a problem with the game, we couldnt advance for several days because the items were barely visible to us. We wrote to customer support and within 24 hours they responded and fixed the problem and we are now able to continue to play. The BEST customer service anywhere!! We love this game.
This was one of our favorite games until we got to a level that would be impossible to beat without purchasing helps. Nope! We deleted it.
It's just a bunch of scrambled things, How do we get the one with the different cubicles with three things in it.
This game is fun and relaxing. Although, we hate ads we will not pay to play. Is it possible to have an ad every few boards or when you want additional lives? Instead of every level you pass.
This is a great game, but no one monitors the ads shown. Some new ads come on and wont go off. Right now there is one for a camera. How are you supposed to play the game when the ad wont leave.
Its a fun game however when you run out of time or fil the bar too quickly, you lose too much. Usually other games, you only have to watch an ad. In this game, you lose almost everything you just earned. Very difficult to get ahead to keep playing. And if we only have a little bit of time to play, we dont feel like waiting 20 minutes to gain more or $$ or . We enjoying playing, but unless that changes, will look for another.

Your ad advertises a matching game with three items on rows of shelves but yet Ive played 200 rounds of this game and have yet to see that board. What gives? We thought Id eventually reach it but havent yet.
A lovely game. Perfectly relaxing for the very FEW minutes you get to play before your five FREE lives are used up. After that, it seems the developer of this app is all about only getting us to spend money for more rounds Worse yet, thus is the ONLY game Ive ever played where after spending the goodly sum of $4.99! (Imagine!) the game isnt yours!!! No unlimited gameplay! Zero. Zip. Nada. Thus, the reduction from what would be a deserved 5 stars down to only 3. Removal of the, also, impossibly long, long ads, after every round, needs to be far, far, far less if the game cannot be owned and fully enjoyed. Really cute graphics. Nice variability among rounds. The pieces are all rounded, fluffed, colorful, and really enjoyable to see. Now, at level 218, held up, with even the daily giften tool tokens not in play for the harder levels. But the really chief drawback even with infrequent chances to earn needed tools to help in the pretty regular hard and very hard levels (meaning one plays the same level over and over and over) is the in-minutes-used 5 lives, putting gameplay to an END for several hours. Youll get HOURS of waiting for your $4.99, NOT hours of relaxing gameplay. Really, really bad.
We downloaded this based on a pop up ad with holiday matching, so far nothing like that comes up. So often the ads for games are nothing like the game.
Down loaded this game because it showed shelves with different objects you moved around to put three on the shelf. That is not what this is.

We downloaded this game after seeing it in another game. It looked fun and it was for the first 200 levels. At first, they would offer an ad free version at a discount but there were no ads being shown. As soon as we hit level 200, the ads started and they are relentless. They come after every single level and it takes forever to get through them. You cant just bypass them, unless you close the game out completely and go back in, which is surprisingly shorter than waiting for the ads to finish. We understand the company has to support itself and nothing is truly free but the frequency of these ads is obnoxious. We wouldnt mind a banner running while we play or an ad once in a while but after every level is ruining this experience. We tried dealing with it but am now deleting the game and moving on. The ad free version is not expensive in the whole scheme of things but Im not interested.
Ive been playing this game for several months now and truly experience hour upon hours of enjoyment. However if you reach an extremely difficult level and the time allotted is very limited it becomes truly frustrating. We have used more than 40 free lives on one level and still have yet to get past the short amount of time. We would rather lose points so the player could advance without having to play the same level 4 days straight. For this reason we gave 2 stars, otherwise it would easily be 4-5 rating.
We were so disappointed by this game. We bought it after watching an ad on our other game, but once we had it, we realized it was nothing like the ads. Idk if what they show is some kind of side game that you can eventually unlock or something, but as it is, we wont be keeping this 1.
This game is addictive. We love playing but we have spent so much money getting to level 670 Im deleting the game because we cant afford it. When you sa a level is hard or extra hard what you really mean is were not gonna let you win until you buy more lives or helps. We cant move anything to get to whats underneath and many times the game doesnt collect the item we have chosen! Very frustrating and verging on criminal with what you charge for coins.
We really do love playing this game but constantly having to wait 30 minutes to play again after just 5 minutes of play time, if that, is beyond annoying!! We dont get this whole making people wait forever for more turns on these games, makes us just not want to play them at all.
This game quickly becomes far too difficult. Not enough time, far too few support rewards, some very tiny hidden objects, and definitely not hours of fun.
You should be able to play without ever having to spend more but this game is set up to maximize revenue for the game developers with little to no regard for gamer experience or retention – takes way too long between life replenishments and they are extremely stingy with awards.
Do not download any of their games. Read their privacy policies. They are not truthful in their privacy policies, nor do they offer protections like they are legally supposed to. Even the email address noted in their privacy policy is not an accurate email address.
Ive been stuck on the same level for weeks. We either run out of time or space. When you touch the items you need, they dont get selected. Ive used a stylus to pinpoint, but they still wont go in. Other games give you chances to earn assistance by watching ads, but this one just wants you to spend money. Theres no fun playing if you dont have any chance to win.
When you press on a object it doesnt line up with the object you want. It advertises boxes with different items to line up. Instead you get a dump of items. Im over it. We didnt mention the cost.
The advertised app that we THOUGHT we were getting showed cute Christmas items on shelves that you match three to a shelf. And we downloaded that app and now its just a bunch of stuff in a pile and you find three items the same and match. What??!!! So disappointed.
We are loving it, having so much fun.

The game is great for our 82 year old Grandmother. Its really sad to see all the ads. It ruins the whole game playing. Our Gram refuses to let us pay $4.99 to be ad free. She said that this game keeps her mind sharp. We understand your need for advertising but your game is really over the top. Its to bad and in a way really sad. She wants to rate you 5 Stars because she has fun playing. Shes going to stop because of your over the top advertising. She asked us to find another game for her thats free.
