Do you guys read your reviews? Please let us know if your working on an update. We are having the same problem as everyone else. Clicking on the app and getting a black screen… Ugh miss our puppy bingo :(
When we touch our Trophy Bingo App to play the game our iPhone 8plus screen goes blank or black we’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it still does the same thing and goes blank or black.. We love playing this great game but unfortunately Im not able to Im hoping that there is a way to fix the problem.
Not sure what happened. See others posting the same thing. Now when we click on the app, our screen goes black and thats it. What happened??! Please fix!

Whoever came up with this game is awesome bc its our favorite game to play! However the fact that we are unable to play it bc of the black screen that wont go away is really DISAPPOINTING! This is one of our favorite games but just like the other review all we can get is a black screen now thought it was our phone but we see someone else is having the same problem we hope they fix it cause we so miss playing it.
We just recently pulled this game out of our iCloud. Now we know why we put it there. We cannot collect our daily bonuses nor can we do our daily spins. It continues to say "oops something went wrong, cannot connect to server" Pretty annoying!!! Please fix soon or we’ll have to send it back to our iCloud!!

Game wont load… We get the black screen of death when trying to load the game… We see others have had the same problem… Please fix…
The game was fun to play, at first and until level 50. We are on level 109 now and we must say we are disappointed and upset. There are too many players to get one of the bingos that are available (over 50 players for 10 bingo or worse odds). Then you have to use too many gems to play, the reward you get every three hours isn’t enough to play a round. Another issue we are having is the possibility of continuing the game after all the bingos have been called. You want to keep playing because you are soooo close to getting that bingo you need. The amount of the jewels needed is insane (285) and if you want to continue again it’s over 650 jewels in addition to the 50+ and then 285 you have already spend. So in one game you can, and will, use up almost 1,000 jewels when you are only getting about 90 free ones every three hours. That’s insane. Buying those gems is good but not when you use them up so fast. The roulette game to win free stuff is bogus too. There’s a chance to win 1,000 jewels but we never won more than 50, but most are 5 or 10. And since the latest update, just a few days ago, our game locks up every time in the first 2 minutes playing. It’s frozen and the only way to unfreeze is to close the app and click back in and try again. Unlucky us, it happened numerous times. You lost all the jewels you used to play the game, of course. We went through most of our jewels that way and have to wait for the free ones and collect them to be able to play another round. It’s really bad playing that way and we refuse to pay even more money than we already have. Fix the game by making it cheaper to play and don’t fix anything when it’s not broken. The update messed more up than it did good. We hate the game now. Not sure if we want to continue playing… Update 9-30-17 Still playing but not paying. Using the free jewels every three hours to add to our stash. We have over 36,000 right now which we need to play the game since its so expensive to play. We guess we can play about 10 rounds of we dont go crazy trying to win bingos. The game hasnt updated in a very long time. Which is fine we can get more jewels for when we can play. But in the last two or three days the screen turns black when we try to log in. We cant do anything at all. So we tried to contact the developer through the App Store and guess what? We got a notification that the site was not secure and our personal information and financial info could be compromised if we continued. Of course we dont want that to happen. Now there is no way to either play or contact the developer that there is a problem with the app. This is crazy! Zero stars would be more appropriated!! Dont the developers look at the reviews to see what they can do better or if theres a problem?
Im have the same problem that others are having. When we go to Play Trophy Bingo our screen goes black. Im very disappointed in the way this being handled. First there was not new levels added now it will not even open.
We can not get the app to open . We do not want to use our phone number ever. Can you let us know why we can not play. We like being on Apple but it is not letting us play .
We liked and still like the game but we cant play it when all it give us is a black screen. We seen another review that was from 3 YEARS AGO with the same issue and it still wasnt fixed why.

A couple weeks ago we would’ve given this game 5 stars and an excellent review however, we have been stuck on the same level for over a week!!! We have been 1 number away so many times and have paid the 295 diamonds to continue playing but after 1 or 2 numbers (usually only 1 number) being called the game is over. We have even hit the winning number a couple times but apparently not quick enough because our win didn’t count! We are almost at the point to stop playing and come back and leave another ‘not so nice’ review. We loved the game and rescuing those adorable dogs but wasting money and time to not accomplish anything just isn’t worth it. A VERY frustrated, littlemac664.
This game is a lot of fun we’ve gotten through every level without spending any money. But it’s been over a month without any new levels! Please update the game to add more fun.
Heck we’ve tried to play this game a few times but never played past 1/2 levels. It’s frustrating to us to not know what’s going on in an app. So… One would go to the help screen which, yea!, has gameplay instructions & tips & tricks! Uh… Sorry but no. It is the same FAQ’s & paragraphs repeated throughout the site. We are not Canadian, is this some kind of culture/language gap? Anyway, developers don’t seem to be a sharp bunch.
This app is a complete waste of time. We have been stuck on the same level for months and the only reason why we won’t delete this app is because of the huge amount of diamonds we have.. But if we can’t progress.. There is no need to play this game.
Fun game. The only thing we don’t like is that it always freezes on us and it takes long to load up. Other than that it’s a fun game and we play every day. Also, even after you have all the items for a dog, it doesn’t show them as being rescued. Too many glitches still.
We have played this game twice only to lose everything to be sent back to the beginning when we get up to the higher levels! We were on level 142, took a break came back and everything is gone! All our dogs! All the work we put into it and lost money! We are very unhappy.

Wish they would stop with the updates. Lost all our diamonds when it finally worked again, just did an update and now it won’t open. We really enjoyed this game but sadly we will be deleting it. Get your game fixed and then leave it alone!!

It is down almost more than it works. Every time we get our daily bonus up, the app crashes for a day or two and we have to start over. We’re seriously considering dumping this game for that reason. Why keep it when it fails more than it works. It’s now been four days since the failed update. Two more days and we will delete it and find another game to play.
Ever since the update the app won’t load. And every time we spin that darn wheel and it lands on treat it takes five away before it gives us the reward of EVERY we spin the wheel. We’ve contacted customer support and they said they were working on it yeah right! No they didn’t because it still does it every time we spin it lands on a treat. If this bug fixes do not get fixed soon we’re going to delete this game and it’s too bad because it’s a nice game.
This app has repeated patches of time when it won’t load. Currently it hasn’t loaded (opened) for 2 weeks. Fix the app or refund our money!
We are unable to watch the free video ads for the free diamonds. We have emailed support three times with no response. We are able to watch on other games with no problem.
