Holly Stonehouse followed the clues from her old family house to finally
arrive at the Dark Falls Asylum and again see that someone was there

A very nice blend of scary, fun, and intricate .
We played on casual and found it difficult but fun. Good graphics, fun puzzles, a standout among these games. Worth the purchase, and we hope others love it as much as us.
This is a really fun horror game we played with our dad when we were little, we had so much fun we used to be scared of heather and dahlia but now they seem nostalgic to us! Thank you for bringing back our memories with our dad :D.

There is no conclusion to the story, fun to play but a very disappointing ending, hate games that just leave you hanging, especially when you pay to play.
Dang this game was so good! Between the story line and the puzzles, we couldnt put our iPad down! 10/10 recommend! Cant wait for the 3rd in the serious to come out (hopefully soon… Fingers crossed)!!
We can only go so far, what fun is that? Could you make it all free?? This is our second time now playing this game because we love these kind of games.
We dont usually leave reviews but we had to for this one. We loved how long the game was and the difficulty of it for the price we paid. We dont normally have to use the hint button but for this one we had to use it quite a bit. We also love the ! For locations where theres stuff to do instead of having to wander around aimlessly trying to figure out what to do next. Now you need to get on it in releasing the next part of the story. We dont like being left with the story unfinished. We had read bad reviews about people complaining that it took too long for the second one to come out and thought it was awesome, we didnt play the first one back then so now we get to go straight to the second one but now Im stuck without the next one.
We didnt expect much when we played Part One of the series. But we ended up loving it, and the second part is even better!! Cant wait for the third installment! Definitely in our top 3 favorite games.
The puzzles were challenging and the game was nice and long. There were many different elements to the game and they all fit in perfectly together. The story line was also interesting and intriguing. This was by far one of the best games we’ve played. It was well thought out and planned and put together. The only complaint we have is we flipped back and forth between Advanced and Expert. In expert, there are no hints at all. If we needed one, we had to switch back to Advanced. On the other hand, if we stayed in Advanced mode, then the game gave us too many hints and ruined our experience. We would prefer to stay in Advanced mode and click a hint button when we really needed it. Do not offer the hints unless the user asks.
It is the most bone chilling fun interesting game ever.
We’ve played countless point/click games and this is one of the more quality ones out there. Great puzzles, story, graphics, and sound. Nice hint and map system. Its a long game as well – worth the price.
We play many escape games and this is truly one of the best if not the best we’ve played. Challenging and yet sensible. Hints if needed. Extensive game, great plot and graphics. Puzzles were not all the same style. Much could be said about this!!! Excellent and well worth it!!!!
True Fear was our all time fave horror game & the next chapter is even better!!! Totally worth the wait! Please dont make us wait so long for more!!!

This is an amazing logic and escape themed game. It is also one of the longest games that we have ever played. We have been playing it for days. Pay attention to the journal, it includes hints that you definitely need. We have been playing on the easiest level – which we never do. There is the occasional glint, but it comes with a transportation map and an indicator showing which room has an action available. Hints are also available if needed. The transportation map is absolutely necessary as the game world is large. We rarely give out 5 stars but this game deserves 6.
This is such an amazing game! We love all things mystery-horror, and this hit the mark! The puzzles were spot on, the spook factor definitely made us jump a few times, the graphics felt like a true console game, and the story was compelling! The game took us about 7 hours to finish, which is AWESOME for an iPhone game. After finishing the game, we keep looking for others to compare to it, but we cant find any that stack up. Thanks SO much, and we cant wait for chapter 3 (and anything else you all make)! Thanks again!! Sad its over (for now).
This is the game we’ve been waiting for. We LOVE it – so detailed, so challenging but beautiful and haunting. Its the best game we’ve ever gotten. Highly recommend.

Love this game just need to play part 3. When will it be available? Also we cant replay part 1 until it gets updated on your end for I-pad ios. Part 1 & 2 were so much fun. In our opinion best games we’ve ever played. Just impatiently waiting for part 3.
Very entertaining without having to spend a lot of money. If it does get a little too complicated theres always hints to help out!! The best game we’ve played like this in a long time, hard to put down!! Thanks for the opportunity to play it!

This isnt your typical adventure/horror game – its got a complex and intriguing storyline, its very long (much longer than other standard games of this type) very satisfying! Great game, highly recommended, one of the most intriguing and engaging games we’ve ever played from the app store. A must for adventure game lovers.
LOVE this game, never ending puzzles and challenges. We quite like it a lot and so far is keeping us busy. Most games dont have this much content. We usually beat them super fast but this one is long! Awesome!
One of our favorite games ever, but can’t finish it. We get kicked out every time we try to do the book puzzle in part three. We played for hours on expert, and a couple puzzles could not be accessed till we used the hint. The hint turned out to be something we had already pushed or touched 10 times before. We are very thorough and detail oriented, but found three glitches. We’ve even played a second time on casual with the dolls help on everything, just to ensure nothing was missed. Still kicked out on book puzzle. So close to end but no go. Still give it 5 stars for what we’ve enjoyed so far. Might try to reload, but hate to lose all our hard earned progress.
We have been playing games like these for years, but we would like to say that this one is over the top, it lasted long, the clue were challenging, one of the best we have played.

Unlike other games that converted from desktop to mobile, this game is definitely made for iPhone or mobile devices to begin with. We love the hints system here (the best) because its great for causal gamer like us who sometimes dont have the time to finish the game straight. We can pick up the game where we left off weeks or months ago and still dont get lost. We love the cut scenes and it feels like a movie. The puzzles are logical and we like that. This is not a 3D game but a 2D game that does it right and it meets beyond our expectations. We would love to see more games from this developer.

This game is truly spectacular on multiple levels; impeccable graphics and textures, smooth-as-silk interface and a flawless score. Also ELATED the purchase bug has been fixed. We consider myself an avid ios gamer and this is top-tier level stuff.
We play a ton of these types of games since we’ve been home a lot in lockdown and this is by FAR one of the best ones we’ve played. Its long, interesting, creepy, the puzzles are challenging. Theres a couple jump scares that actually startled us. 100% would recommend. However! We played this one first, then we played true fear 1 to see more of the story and its NOT as good. Its a different developer which we guess is why. It was ok and we did like the story but this one was much better. We hope its the same developer for part 3.
We thoroughly enjoyed this game. We’ve played point and click/escape room type games for years. This is the best in our opinion. The graphics are great…. Sound effects were good… And we had a good handful of jump scares that we dont normally expect in games like these. We hate that there is no conclusion version to play yet though we hope the developers release it soon!

We love this game, you guys did a great job. Can you pleaseeeee continue the story. :( like how at the end the ghost girl says we don’t hurt people we just show them stuff and now we’re going to show you maybe the 3rd one could be of her still trying to find her way out but since the girl used one of the machines on her eyes all she can see walking around are all the souls trapped there, so more there is more helping other souls try to escape as well but clearly they still all try to scare the day lights out of us at first. Or// and You could have all that and at random points change the point of view over to the ghost girl and let us live her life as when she was in the asylum getting tested on and let us experience all the stuff the mother was claiming she was seeing.
