We were really invested in the game and characters, but without the special stories, the conclusion falls short. We ended up paying for the special stories but we didnt even get the voice acting- it was really expensive (17$!!) so we feel really cheated without it!! Im also annoyed at the going out feature; the Japanese version of the game allows you to purchase golden and silver maps with your coins, but we’ve finished the game and still cant unlock the character photos and mini stories because we dont have maps that give us better items. We dont know why they would remove that feature in the English version. Overall feeling kind of underwhelmed and frustrated.
Tsumugu Logic is by far our favorite game by SEEC yet!! And Im saying that as somebody who has played through all of the English translated mystery games! It was different compared to the other games though, it didnt hook you in with a serious mystery until after you had finished the first eight chapters. Whereas with other games you felt this strong sense of Oh, something is definitely going on here. Pretty quickly, however we think this was wonderful in this game since it made it more surprising when things got serious. Although we wish there were easier ways to get jewels or tickets, we understand that the game brings in money by offering users the opportunity to buy more of those through in-app purchases. In all honest our the only minor issue we repeatedly ran into would have to be with the Going Out system, while it was fine over all, on multiple occasions we would leave for a few hours and come back only to find that it for some reason hadnt left yet. We would set Taki to leave (and hit the Go Out button of course), but would come back a few hours later for it to still say until going home 06:00 or 02:00 or 00:30, which ever we had chosen, even though it had been hours already. Other than this though the game was immaculate!!
Ok so we love these types of puzzle/ mystery games and the first couple of chapters were fun but we had wish there was more of a mystery then we got to the later chapters and wow when we tell u it had a huge change from the light hearted mysterys we were first dealing with and it got sooo interesting and and had a bigger darker story then we expected but it was so good and it makes us want to keep getting more jewels to read more characters. So we would say if u love mysterys and solving puzzles this is definitely the game for u !!!
The previous bugs seems to be fixed, thanks! We want to ask about see your friend events for the go out function. We keep meeting characters the story havent introduced yet, is it normal?
Seecs games are always a blast to play, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed it immensely! All the characters were interesting (especially when you learn about their secrets) and we loved them and all their designs. And the soundtrack was wonderful. We finished the whole game and we never got bored from it, our favorite chapters were definitely 6 and chapters past 8. For going out it wasnt too much of a problem, we like seeing the friendship dialogue with characters, though it was a bit annoying when we needed to get more to progress the game, we just used our gems. Im a casual player so we didnt mind waiting everyday for 5 new tickets. The game was also generous with coins and gems so we had to problems buying things. Im satisfied with the story, and would love to buy the special stories if we could, but we cant though we know itll be good! TSUMUGU logic is different from the other popular games made by Seec as its more realistic and light hearted (until you get past chapter 8 wink wink) but we liked it and its story! If you want some cute fluff and mystery solving play it! If you want some more interesting story play it! Tips for the game is that we recommend buying the re-read function as soon as you can for every chapter. Also try going out as much as possible. Dont try buying every gallery pic until your near the endgame, then you can buy your favorite pics. If your a casual the games gonna take 1-2 months to complete if you wait everyday for tickets, but dont worry itll be worth it! Nitpicks we have are that there is NO JAPANESE VOICE ACTING, we’ve only heard it 3 times throughout the whole game but that was from songs in the openings and 1 cutscene. Please add Japanese voice acting soon. Translation was pretty good, we were able to understand the story though it could still be polished more in some areas. Im a bit sad that there wasnt as much escape room puzzles, it was mostly interrogation but its alright. Thats basically it. Thank you for another wonderful masterpiece! We cant wait for more games from you guys!
We’ve played alot of Seec games, but this one really stuck out in particular becuase of how casual it seemed. We loved the character interactions, and it quickly became one of our favorite. Everyday, we anticipate for the time when the tickets reset, because the storyline is so compelling.
This is definitely the most light-hearted plot out of all their translated visual novels. All the characters introduced in the story are so lovable and relatable. Especially Tsumugu, the character that we play through his perspective. Feeling lost in college hit real close to home. As for the puzzles theyre very casual that doesnt require that much brain power. Two issues we have about this app is there isnt a transfer or save data option and were missing out on the Japanese voice acting. Removing it from the translated version takes away the atmosphere of the game. Unless these issues are resolved then the rating will remain at a four stars. Please continue translating your other visual novels to English, well support you!
We love escape game from SEEC, you guys are doing excellent job as alway. We love Tsugumu, Sosei, Toma, Sally and Yu. However, even though stating that special story will get full voice, we heard nothing. Please fix it soon! And just keep it Japanese as TASOKARE HOTEL please! Looking forward to the voice adding and future English escape games. Thank you so much!
Itd be great if you included the option of backing up data. We wouldnt be comfortable with the idea with all our progress to be loss if we were to change devices or paid stuff to be lost. And please include the Japanese voices that were in the Japanese version of the game! Why were the lines excluded in the English version?? The game is otherwise engaging and has wonderful graphics. Really enjoyable! For now itll be a 4 star, will change if the backup data option & Japanese voices were added in to the story.
We loved this game its super high quality and Im a huge fan of SEEC games! Unfortunately we ended up deleting the game because of how long it would take to complete (longer than you would think!) Only 5 free tickets a day is too little it would take ages to complete this game. In Tasokare hotel you could earn story passes but there is no such option in this game. We were much more satisfied looking up the full story online after deleting the app.
5 tickets a day is slow but good for people who dont have a lot of time. The story is decent. Few complaints we have are about voiced things. We cant hear ANY voiced lines. Not in the main game, not in our friendship level 30 chat, nowhere. We will assume its locked behind the doors of the Sound Studio which only unlocks once you complete the true main ending. Which will take an extremely long time if the player intends on using only 5 tickets a day (Each chapter -theres 8- consists of around 20-30 tickets each). Look, we love how cute the game is. But we are frustrated that we spent all those gifts to not hear a single voice line that was promised when we unlocked lvl 30 friendship. Maybe its a bug? But for now we will assume it was intended and stay mad about it lol you literally cant advertise voiced stories when they arent voiced in the English release.
We Am In Love Withe Story so far we love the characters and there really amazing personalities and styles.
