Just got the app a few days ago, but love it so far. We would be willing to pay to get rid of the advertising. If it gets on our nerves Ill end up deleting the app. Please consider giving people the chance to not have advertisements.
Ive tried several Jewel type games, but in our opinion, we have never found one that compares to this. Amounts of adds are minimal, and we love the variations in the board layouts. Artwork, sounds and game play are great. The version before this game is just as good, but this ones a bit better. You will learn to hate spiders and snakes. Youll know what Im talking about if youve played this game.
We started out playing ultimate jewel, about 6 years ago about 3 years ago, this game came out (ultimate jewel 2) we literally play every day. Mostly at night before bed. We have no gripes. It's everything it says it is. There are ads, but there's an option to X them. The ad disappears immediately and we continue on to next game. Every game is winnable…just don't let the coins drop thru the bottom best part, we don't feel bombarded by ads there no pressure to buy other games thank you ballon island.
We love this game and play every night, but the badges are really out of reach. Ive earned some, but they have set really high achievements to earn the badges.

Love playing this game. Wish there was a way just to purchase but the ads are not overbearing. Levels get more complicated but are winnable with a good strategy.
Too many moving obstacles that seem to populate at the wrong time/place. If Balloon Island would put in the options to turn those off we will change our rating to 5 stars. The game otherwise is great.
Got this game a year or two ago on our kindle, recently got an iPhone XR so of course we downloaded it. 1. Super cool special powers/combos/ bombs you can unlock if you place the gems in a certain order or get a streak 2. Challenging levels, and a lot of them. A lot of variety in the ways that they are challenging. Not even repetitive. They are challenging in a good way, in a non annoying way. 3. No in app purchases. 4. Beautiful music and animation, vibrant colors Hidden gem in the App Store. Literally. Please turn on cell data or wifi and allow them to earn money. Even the ads are short and sweet so they dont waste your time. They deserve it Best (matching?) game out there. Seeing that we usually dislike these types of games and we play this one all the time, good job devs.
This game is still as beautiful and vibrant as it was in the beginning and what few ads there are, are brief. This game is perfect. Kudos to the makers for not being greedy and ruining this game like most other app developers out there.

Ads dont start until the second level, theres no bugging you to buy stuff, you can actually win each level because theres no time out. The best match game Ive tried so far.

This is our Favorite game!!!! Its fun to use the fireballs to blow up with lightening shooting across the screen. We play this to relax when Im stressed. We especially love that it doesnt stop in the middle of the game to watch a stupid add before you can complete your game. Im 72 yrs old Grandma, but feel like a kid when we play this game.

Fun, almost addictive but we really really dont like when the expected result of a move, because it happens 98% of the time, doesnt happen prolonging the game a whole lot which is maddening. So who is the crazy for continuing to play.
Its more challenging makes you think and plot. Much fun.
There is no limitation on moves or time. When there is no move available, it will shuffle instead of game over. There are thousands of levels to play. THE BEST MATCH 3 GAME.
This is our favorite game of all time and we play for hours daily. The thing that annoys us so badly is how the game freezes when it is giving a hint. We have to wait too long for the game to stop trying to make sure you play the suggestion. Id rather find our own play u less we get stuck. Please fix this.

This is one of the best match 3 game but you cant get support like you use to our game freezes after we play a game so we guess you dont want us to play that often unless we get the other games u offer. Offer games we like and maybe Ill get one we would like to know what u are getting out of freezing the game after one play and u have to play something else or nothing for a half hour or so ridiculous yes this is an addictive game and we love playing this match three game best of all the rest we know its money that rules so then why not have game enhancements? Like bombs when u get stuck and charge for them like other games do.
This is the Best 3 Match Game on the market!!! It has different challenges as one advances. One can play repeatedly until pass that levelno penalties. Has an occasional ad, which are very tolerable. We recommend this game to anyone who likes a challenge, but, not so unbearably difficult…that one can master…may have to try more than once. We have been playing this game over 5 years.

First: we do not use any games that have in-app purchases -subscriptions have gotten out of hand. We understand how pretty limiting. This game is a gem. We used to be a game illustrator, but that was years ago. Its challenging enough without being antagonistic. The options to set music, sound effects are helpful. The sound effects are great. We hate the spiders, but we love eliminating them. We love the snake. The movement and timing are spectacular. Many match 3 games dont allow a user to make moves while bells and whistles are going off. This one does. We could write more accolades. This is quite nearly a perfect game – of its its type. Im totally addicted to this game. Most march 3 type cakes are pretty basic & end annoyingly fast, IMHO. This game has wonderful variations to keep you changing strategies. Give it a try if you love match 3 games – you wont be disappointed!! One complaint: Ive learned to hate the appearance of the key. It often curtails play when Im just beginning to have fun. We wish there was a no key, unlimited play mode.

We like this new version and it is fun, however there are a few things that could be much improved. – the star page that shows how many stars earned per game screen should be accessible right after the game level is completed. Ive checked every option within the game to try to get back to it and the only way seems to be to close the game entirely and re-open. Im one who will keep at a game level until all 3 stars are achieved, so easy access to see those would be appreciated. – we appreciate that these games are funded through ads, but if Ive turned off sounds and music, our ads should be quiet as well. We are next to our husband who is not well and blasting sounds erupting is not acceptable.
