This is a straight up money grab.
We deposited $100 last night , and immediately app froze and said "down for maintenance" locking our $100 in until relaunch .. Finally app came back up and immediately said we must update app.. New app shows roulette wheel on Home Screen and just cursor spins and won’t open up .. Ussd to be good .. That’s why they say .. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it !

We find their app the easiest to navigate around, with all of the main views like what games are on right now and the game odds right in front of you. Bonuses have been generous too. Sports sign up is pretty normal with $250 risk free, but the casino welcome offer is a lot better than some of the other apps out there. Plus they keep providing good promos throughout the year like their boosts of the week and special offers. You’ll find some other features on other sportsbooks but for all of the things that matter, Unibet is the one to pick for me.

We were playing monopoly megaways and had triggered the bonus spins which is the whole point of playing the game. During our bonus spins we had accumulated $30 and our session was disconnected. Upon logging back in there was no record of our bonus spin won amount or the remaining spins. Support and the vendor had no way to corroborate what we reported, they credited our $30 but did not restore our bonus spins at the multiplier that we had earned. This time it was only $30 but it could have been hundreds or thousands and its scary that they cant retrieve the state of the game or corroborate the disconnect.
Hardest process to get signed up with. We’ve signed up with 10 other sports books in a heartbeat. This one basically asks for an arm and a leg to sign up. On top of that the people in support are no help at all.
Stick with reputable sites, the app is slow and error prone and their practices are borderline fraudulent. We deposited cash with a special casino bonus adding a promotional balance (which we never touched). Unlike most other betting sites you bet with cash before the bonus dollars. We ended up breaking even on our cash balance after some betting. Now Unibet is telling us we cannot withdraw it, we must play out the cash and bonus 20x in 30 days to cash out anything. Fraudulent promotion. We should be able to withdraw our cash and forfeit the bonus.
Terrible app. Never loads, always freezes, have to open and close it multiple times just to do anything. Do yourself a favor and dont even bother with this app.
We’ve been waiting on a withdrawal a few days now. We were verified already but for some odd reason they want info again. Takes forever for a response. Gave us some lame excuse that we cant use a screen shot to verify info. Was told to take a picture instead. Really whats the difference? Can easily take the money out of your account but cant let it go. Never again will we waste our time playing this casino. So many better options.
We have used Bet365, FanDuel, MGM, DraftKings, Sugar House. Almost every single betting site we have used. Every single one has used our location services to see where we are located. We go to our location services under privacy and do not see this app under there so we have no idea how it knows where we are at. For some reason this site can not locate where we am, even though we literally live 25 minutes outside of Atlantic City. Our one friend recommends us to close the app and open it up again, no matter how many times we try it doesnt work (for him it worked we think a quarter of the time). We have tried this and not once has it worked. Just absolutely awful.
Account got hacked. Luckily we did not lose anything, although a deposit was made and withdrawn from our account. Their response was to tell us to call the police and they closed our account and told us we were not able to open a new account. This app will not let us deposit money either through PayPal or our debit card. Got plenty of money in both but it just rings out as unsuccessful every time. Absolutely terrible app.
We would 100% give them no stars if that was possible. Legit probably the worst customer service out of all Sportsbook. We find it hard that anyone has anything positive to say about this app. Does it work yeah but it took a a month to get our account verified and was told 24-48 hours each time we spoke to someone.
App is not recognized in iPhone with privacy, location services, its just not there. We’ve tried to have Unibet fix it but it wont work.

We have tried many App for sportbooks. This one is 100% the worst! We even can’t find where is"My Bet"?! And the support is nothing! OMG, please do a little better.
Our first time placing a bet on this app and Geolocation is down all Sunday. Its very frustrating when youre winning and have a gut feeling to cash out but cant. Even with geolocation down you should still be able to check and cash out active bets. Ill stick with Betmgm and Fanduel from now on.
This is the absolute worst gambling app we’ve ever used stick to fan duel or anything thats not Unibet.
How do you even play? Every time we try to open a game we get a message that we need to download a plug-in. Contacted live chat, it took 3 tries to finally get a person. Was told to download the GeoGuard app. Did that, still getting the same error message. Every other casino app we use requests location access, we click allow, & am good to go. The buffoons that created this app should give that way a try. Until they do, this app is completely worthless.

Currently on day 16 of waiting for our account to get verified in NJ and the support agent just told us to wait another 14 days…. So entire month. Meanwhile we were in Pennsylvania last week and downloaded the PA version of Unibet and they require zero verification and we could gamble immediately. Oh and our friend signed up with us in NJ 16 days ago and was verified in about 10 minutes. Possibly the biggest dumpster fire of an app support system that exists on the internet.
Dont do a deposit bonus, its a scam. $25,000 play through on blackjack for $100. To make matters worse the website/app are buggy and the customer service is terrible. The odds are the same as DK anyways.
We should have read all the other reviews before we signed up. They take your deposit in a flash but when it comes to withdrawal Im still waiting almost a week with our request still pending. We deposit $450 and they gave us $250 bonus. Total $700 on our account. We play live casino table games and won additional $300. After we try to withdrawl our winnings. They converted our initial deposit+winnings into bonus money. And in order to unlock our winnings and get our deposit back. We have to wager 25 x $250 = $6250 to unlock our winnings + deposit and bonus of $250. Also the contribution on live table games is only $10%. We basically had wager stake $7000 + and it only progressed 14% ($700). You will never get your winnings or deposit back. We will report this after Im done with this review post. This is absolutely not right and we have to let people know this is a scam.

We play almost every major site in NJ including their sister sites and this is the only app the we cannot get to verify our location… ONLY ONE! Even when we try in chrome or safari same issues… And no matter who we talk to on their end we get the same run around that we need to use a different device…. Do yourself a favor and go with any other option. They claim PayPal payouts in under 24 hours, ours took 5 days. Customer service is non-existent. They also do not follow up on any requests you make to your account. Gamble elsewhere.

First it doesnt locate you no matter what browser device anything your on it wont locate you, even if you have a geolocation. They basically just steal your info and thats that because you cant do anything else. If we could give no stars we would.
We downloaded this app and to verify your location you have to upload multiple documents. Okay cool no problem. It has been 15 DAYS… 15 DAYS, and our account still isnt verified. Just as a comparison it took a matter of hours for other betting apps. Now we feel like we sent personal documents to a fraudulent site including our SSN. We will be uninstalling, we dont even care about our account verification anymore.
