Great fun and lots of free points.
Actually like these games but not enough bonus or free spins features, cant play long enough, not enough money. Where have the bonus games gone? What in heck do you have to do to get free spins in despicable wolf game? Cant get our bonuses half of the time, updated and did not get our Money for that. Should be able to keep your tiles after each segment, basically like the game but cant buy anything so it may be time to move on. Got up Tuesday morning and had been kicked back from game we 47 to start over. Cant get anyone to fix it. Very very unhappy. Finally purchased coins and the charge went through but received nothing. Help line has been no help in fact wont even respond to us. Will be stopping payment and deleting a game a really like tomorrow.

There appears to be an issue going to the inbox. When you try to open it puts you in an endless cycle of Facebook sign in but never actually signs in. It just keeps asking you to sign in.
Was fun to play until this partnership with Messenger. When trying to access inbox end up in a loop with the Facebook login. If you hit cancel sends you back to original, never played login screen. If you fix it, Ill come back.

Do not play this game! They stole well over 560 million tokens and rank of 178 from us. We went on to play one day and they had us back at square one! We contacted support twice from game and once in messenger. On 5/21/19 we received ticket #INC9318621, then no action. On 5/30/19 we received another ticket #9408877 and again nothing. On 6/11/19 we sent plea in messenger, still nothing. We had purchased from them twice. This is deplorable. They should be blacklisted for theft!

We did love the game until we have issues and theres no way to get in touch with the company. We’ve left many requests for the issue we have in the past six weeks and no one ever gets back to us.
We used to love this game. But it stopped giving us tiles for spinning. So we hardly get to play the word game, which is what made it so fun. Tried contacting support, but never got a response. We still play sometimes, hoping the glitch has been corrected. Always disappointed.
Game keeps opening the daily bonus screen which is a purchase only and no way to close it. We’ve tried closing the app and resetting multiple times and it keeps popping back up.
The odds are so bad its impossible to play longer then 10 minutes . Then you have to log on for a week straight just to collect bonus to play another 10 mins.

Ever since they added the extra free coins when you join through messenger, we cant collect our daily coins or our daily words. We end up in this continuous loop of connect through Facebook, then continue (which we allow both), then it keeps doing that 3 or 4 times. It logs us out, which we then connect again. Gets us back to play and if we select to collect our daily items… We start the loop all over again. Its irritating and Im about to delete this game.

Very disappointed in this game. We loved it at first but now it seems the more THEY force you to betthe more you lose. Betting 600 and your reward is ONE letter. This game has gotten soooo boring. The challenges are always the same machines as well as just being the same. Bingo, big ten, cash mahal, dragon chase, etc. New machines are just different artwork on machines that already exist. Challenges are impossible to complete. And all payouts are getting smaller and smaller. Not enjoying this anymore and certainly wouldn’t waste money buying coins.
We love this game because it is the best of both worlds. But, we can no longer pay the exorbitant prices. They have gone up, up, up! We love slots and we love scrabble but no more.

Concept is fine. Many reviews comment on the excessive cost particularly give this is a game not a real casino. We notice over time returns continue to get lower over time. We wish it was more fair and less greedy – even real casinos give better returns and the give money.

This is a very tight game. Its like theyre worried about paying you anything out. You can barely make your bet when you win something. Free spins are very hard to get. Or any specials are very hard to get. The only good thing about the game is there is several different games to play.

We love the game we’ve been playing for years. We were betting about 120 million and we press the button pretty quick we dont wait for it to stop. When you win a big prize sometimes the game resets and puts us back at our max bet and when you press the button as quick as us youre losing billions a spin. Needed one letter to complete a board. Had over 200 letters without getting it. Dont believe its random. Number of pop ups annoying. Too hard to win. Vegas understands that if you make it too hard people quit playing. Piggy full is stupid. Why do you care how big it gets before someone pays. Its not like the coins have a street value. We just downloaded this and we are unable to play it. It will eventually pop open the daily specials offer, but the only way out of it is to purchase the offer. There is no x to close out the pop up. THEN, we tried to contact Playtika for assistance but it says our only option is to contact them through the app. Which we cannot do, because we cannot close the daily specials pop up!
The crossword is frozen and cant be played. Why play the slot game when you cant play the crossword. This is a waste of time.

The games are rigged so you lose most of the time. Bonuses that are supposed to come every 3 hours sometimes dont come at all.
Prepare to be ripped off!!! Just like all the other slot machine games they will let you play for a bit a then no matter what you do or how much you have they will take it all with back to back losses. We lost 400 million in ten minutes betting only 3 million per turn. Time to spend more money. We dont think so. More like time to delete this garbage. We enjoy this game a lot because it gives us an opportunity to play a slot machine and also scrabble at the same time. The graphics are amazing. The slot machine almost looks 3-D and they have quite a few machines to choose from. The Scrabble part of the game could be better. The board is very short so you cant always spell really long words. It takes a lot of spending or buying to get scrabble letters. We recommend playing higher spin amounts otherwise it takes a really long time to get letter tiles for the scrabble part of the game. The other thing we wish the game developers would do is make it more clear what it takes to win the board prize. They tell you that upfront but then when you get to the end of the scrabble game to submit your final word theres a warning that youre going to lose your board prize but it doesnt explain what you still have left to do to win that prize and there was nowhere on the screen that makes it obvious. PLEASE AD A DIALOGUE BOX AT THAT POINT THAT MAKES IT CLEAR WHAT IS LEFT TO DO TO WIN THE BOARD PRIZE! Right now all it says is a warning that once you submit that final word youre going to lose the board prize. Other than being slightly expensive and a bit confusing this is one of our favorite games to play. LOVE the slot machines, word play, graphics and features!
