We paid to finish but now the app crashes all the time.
Ever since we were 10 years old we loved horror games when we found your games on the App Store we feel in love with your games so thank you so much you gave us a lot of scary dreams we enjoy your games.
Game was too short for the money. No bonus.

Artifex Mundi releases games that are visually interesting, the sound is good, and have great settings. This game is no exception. It was, however, not as interesting as some others. The puzzles were very simple. The characters were uninteresting. By the end it really didn’t matter "who done it" or why. The story was linear, with no backtracking or problem solving. The hidden object searches were pretty easy as well.
Oh we loved Almost everything about this game… The graphics.. The storyline… But the puzzles were a bit to easy even for casual play and the Heroine? Omg.. Now we know it’s a game but for a detective she was a bit TSTL.. Would have been better if she was just someone caught up in it trying to live or something.. Still it’s pretty good..
Im sad bc we LOVE Artifex games but this one glitched on us twice. First time we started the game over, but it glitched on us again. It didnt give us the HOP we needed and hint doesnt work. Game wont proceed.
We were really enjoying the game until we reached the Vault and couldnt get the batteries in the lamp. Now we cant progress through and hence the low rating. Please fix!
There perhaps are bugs in this program. We are reinstalling to see if we can get the card suit code paper removed. It froze at that point.

It was a fun game. The graphics are beautiful. We love the Hidden Object games that require you to collect items to achieve tasks rather than just collecting items in a scene. Those are fun too but it’s a refreshing change. All the games offered by this company are equally beautiful and fun!!

Fun game. Held our interest throughout. We had to skip a couple of the puzzles, since there is not a hint button in the puzzle. Some games have this, some do not. Would have enjoyed a bonus game. Still look forward to more games like this.
The game wasn’t long enough for 4.99$. Also, there weren’t any bonus games. :(
As the detective you try to solve murders in a small town. We were not impressed by the role. The detective continuously got hurt, captured on multiple occasions (think you’d learn the first time) and walked into dangerous situations without caution(no common sense). We felt, as the detective we were naive and vulnerable. It got old real fast. After being annoyed we were hoping the game would end sooner than later.
Another good one from Artifex Mundi. Interesting story, good length, unique, and no glitches. We appreciate that Artifex self-publishes some of these games rather than releasing through Big Fish. Also appreciate the low intro price, as well as their lower regular pricing. Thank you.. More please!
Another outstanding game with a different twist thrown in as you go into detective mode. Beautiful graphics, hidden object scenes, puzzles, character voices. Like most Artifex games this has an intriguing storyline that will keep you in the adventure. It is not a very long game but definitely worth the $2.99 we paid for it. It’s a little short on puzzles and all are pretty easy. It mostly involves finding hidden object and using them. Most everything found will be used in the scene. There is not a lot of back and forth so you will keep moving. Lots of characters so you don’t get bored. I’d have given it a 5 star if it was just a bit more challenging. However we did truly enjoy it.
This is a good detective story with a bit of spook, mystery, and intrigue. The setting takes place during a snowy, wintry storm in a remote area as you explore the surroundings of a hotel where a murder has taken place. The graphics are beautiful, sharp, crisp, and clear portraying a realistic representation of the environment. The colors are saturated with various shades of vibrant or darker colors depending on the scene. You can customize your settings. Inventory is labeled and interactive; items require assembly. You have a diary that contains objectives and collected evidence. The teleport map indicates available actions in custom mode; transition is smooth between scenes. The HOS are varied, and some are conducted in a creative way by finding clues in the scenes. The puzzles are fun and varied. You have a collectible; it is easy to spot. We don’t believe there is a bonus chapter; but for the introductory price of $2.99, we’re not complaining. The storyline is interesting, and the experience has been glitch free.

We liked this game and the different and new way the game takes you in figuring out the clues but we got stuck (at turned over chess table in transferring the picture with paper and pencil) and wanted to check with the guide to see if we were missing something or hit a clutch… Where is the dang guide??! We are glad we only paid $2.99 for this game. It was boring to us. There was nothing overly exciting about it. You could customize your settings, but no left-handed mode. It wasn’t an overly long game, and there was no bonus adventure. The graphics were pretty and wintry. There was a limited journal, which showed objectives and evidence you collect. Collectibles included snowflakes and origami cranes. Loading was quick between locations and there was a marked, if so customized, teleport map to transport you. Inventory was labeled and there were plus items to assemble. The HO scenes did not have a lot of variation, but you could play mahjong instead. The puzzles were fairly simple and had a lot of rotational stuff. The gameplay was fairly smooth, although we found inventory placement a bit glitchy at times. The game was quite linear, not a lot of back and forth. This is the type of game that is a "time filler," if you know what we mean. We were not wowed by it and even with a RAT we didn’t react, and normally we would have a fit so you know we were bored! For the price it was ok, just nothing compared to games we get from EIPIX, Mad Head, Elephant, or ERS. We send to KimTwilight as always for letting us know about it. Others may love it! Right now you may not want to go by how we feel about it. Our beloved aunt is dying and maybe our head is just not in the game, no pun intended. Maybe we won’t be able to concentrate on anything at all! Sorry, everyone!
Slow play, very dated, poor spelling and grammar so seems like a last minute project or a first time effort. Glad it was only $2.99 but we’re deleting anyway.
