Ill Put Money In When More Servers Open. Its been years with the same single server. Developers Starting to Get Lazy.
We’ve played many games of this genre but none were like this. It got very money hungry so playing competitively to be the top 20 in a server was a thing of the past. Now we just play to pass time and enjoy it. We wish the population blew up again! Would definitely invest time for the community to grow again.
You have to keep spending money to do anything. Its over killed.
We play as DeadZone on War 2 Victory G3 server and found Wistone’s Clash of Commanders to be a great game for alliance help.
You NEED to give this game a shot, it’s a highly realistic WWII game. With, military, politics, economy, populations, territories, and power. It’s really a extremely unique game, don’t let the hate, the reviews keep you from trying this. It’s 600x better than clash of clans, mobile strike etc. This feels much more like a simulator, and we love that.
The companion game to War 2 Victory, Clash of Commanders is a great improvement!! The alliance help allows for rapid rewards and power ups. FaRMeR.
We played this game about 4 years ago when it first came out it was really really fun we eventually got busy with life and stopped playing we have 2 days since we started over and we’re enjoying it again except it really needs something to attract more people to play this game we’ve never found another game this fun or half as fun please give it a try ~ArchAngel From G1 Veteran Server.
We think this is a great game but we have some suggestions. You should put more different kinds of tanks, airplane, and trucks for every country that was in the war. For example Germany, America, or Russia. Then you should put different tier of tank and research it. This game has potential.
Old version is 100 times better than new version. We like the new version but cmon you dont have to removed all the old version avatars for profile and others stuff. And its bad. You should change the old version back but we give you three credit star for making new image of troops thats are cool.

This game went through a lot of change. One day we logged in and saw that we not even had customer support. We now have a message stating that they have a new game out pretty much we have been abandoned.
This game used to be very fun and Wistone was actually making many improvements but now it’s nothing but a money pit and it’s very unbalanced because regular troops are useless. Wistone doesn’t listen to it’s customers and made it so you have to pay to be competitive. Only ultra troops can compete and you need to build level 10 buildings to make those and each building upgrade to lvl 10 costs 500 diamonds ($5). You’ll need 10-12 upgraded buildings per city and if 14-15 cities … Totally insane unless you have lots of money to spend on a generic graphic online game (14×10=140x$5=$700). Then you’ll need gear, medals etc and the top gear is ~20-50k diamonds per set ($100 = 16k diamonds). Wistone took a fun game that allowed players at all levels some fun but now it’s ridiculous how much they want everyone to spend .. And you’ll need to spend it unless you like living in truce cuz you’ll be wiped in one attack wave if u don’t.

Currently we are one of the top 10 players on our server. Unless you are willing to pay 10’s of thousands of dollars on this game you will not be successful. This game is managed by people who can’t speak english and its very very difficult to communicate with them if you have a problem which happens often. We have been playing for several years and unless you can play 10 hours each day and are extremely wealthy this game is a waste of time. Even if you have several to 50 accounts on a single server to try to get an advantage and to save $$ it won’t work. Don’t waste your time playing this game becuz it has very many flaws. The server crashes a lot and is extremely laggy quite often and continues to stay that way for many days at a time in which u are unable to play the game.
We haven’t played this game in a year, and it’s still going down hill. We quit playing originally because once you upgrade everything after a certain point you have to use real money to go anywhere. We were constantly attacked and quit playing because we kept getting farmed. And now the same things is happening and there’s to many graphics now that it takes a long time for anything to load. So do not download this game unless you have money to spend and don’t get aggravated easily.

Pro’s and Cons Pro’s Entirely new game. New textures. New interface. Cons Buttons are a bit unresponsive. Needs getting used to. This new game is good and all but we needed to change our password and buttons are a bit unresponsive but you made an entirely different game from b4 textures are better a more spread out environment stuff like that thanks guys.

This game has recenty been updated and after said update some people can’t lol on there accounts anymore. People are losing cities troops and everything try paid for because of bad programming. Writing the GM or apple hasn’t helped. Wistone hasn’t replied at all to any of the mails we sen them. According to their own EULA no one can take advantage of a glitch/exploit yet they’ve done nothing to correct the issues their update caused or to the ones taking advantage of the glitch. We wouldn’t recommend downloading as after 3 years of playing the game progressively gets worse, they don’t abide by their own EULA and the customer service is non existent. 0 stars from us but we’re forced to choose 1.

This is a great game. This is a super competitive game that takes lots of grinding, and learning but so worth it. We encourage everyone that loves strategy war games to come play this one. Prove your the best! Dont talk that talk if you cant back it up.
Server error messing us up on G2 our name on that server is MacArthur. We cant even get back into our account.
This game at one point was a very fun and competitive game but after 6-7 years of greed from the game developers Id say on average 30 people actually are still playing the IOS version of this game and thats actively playing while others only log in once a day to collect their daily bonus this game still could be recovered but its very doubtful and we hate that it is where it is. **Dev Team is still on a Greed Train and cares little to listen to the remaining community we hate to say what is already known but this game is dying and before long itll only have 2-3 people playing cause the Dev team is consistently just putting out new gears gear that cost $300-400 just to get and some peeps are still buying them up to stay competitive with the like 30 people remaining the reputation of players all extend into the billions and there is no real revival no body really joins the game anymore and it doesnt help they wont make new servers or that they dont sponsor the game anymore so it just sits and slowly dies and not to mention they rarely update the game so Id recommend playing somewhere else.
Im still looking for this cross-platform claim because none of our accounts are able to crossover when we try to log in. But we see yall trynna make a comeback and what not.
Man oh man. Remember the days? We began playing this game back in 2011. We instantly fell in love with it, started our own little clan called "LOTR" and began building steel plant after step plant, storming NOC city after NPC city. We all knew that Reputationwas a joke, but we still tired to hoard it anyway. Our cities grew, our alliance grew. We were on the competitive "Server 1", yet without spending a dime our alliance was able to climb to number 6 of the entire server, and we were personally able to be ranked 40th. And like we said, did not spend a single dime. This game was always 4-5 stars on the App Store. The … Something happened. The Dev’s realized they had saturated the market, or thought they had, and sunk in update after update, each one adding some perk you could spend money on. These perks slowly ruined the game. People with hundreds sitting around invested in these scams and quickly became unstoppable superpowers. Players dropped like flies. In the final days of our playing this game the world was filled with looted cities, the once active global chat silent, except for the occasional newbie that would ask for resources and would in turn get a 60,000,000 rep. Played to attack him. The game is dead. Do not play it. We wish they would try to turn this around… But alas it is too late. You can even go look at the update bait org and watch as the updates lost content, and began to consist only of adding things to spend money on. Now the don’t even bother to implying new scams. We wish we could buy the programming for this game, revert it to 1.06, give it a new title and go from there. This game used to truly be the best game in the AppStore… It really is saddening to see what it has come to.
You don’t need to be in the top ten players to have fun. We mean if you want to you have the option to pay them. We have lead top ten alliances and cotton within the top 100 on multiple servers. Our only problem now is that there isn’t enough active players to talk to, recruit to an alliance etc. This is the best game in the App Store with no new players. So please do us a favor, download it, you’ll see you don’t NEED money to have fun. If you see the alliance Olympus or a player named Zeus that’s us, so apply.
Played this game four years. It’s gotten progressively worse. Just a money pit save your time and don’t play it.
This game used to be the best game we had ever played, with everyone being active and everyone knew each other. But now its the complete opposite. Most people are not active and nobody really knows each other except the select few that are in the world chat often. Don’t get us wrong, we still love this game but we’re not nearly as active as we used to be and its technically free but in order to grow and survive, no matter how strong you are, you must spend money. Everything really started falling apart with the merges and ultra energy troops and the game is incomplete. There are features that have said unavailable for a couple years. Again we still enjoy the game but they are going down hill, not up hill.
The game is great brings back so many good memories but what we have a main problem is with the notifications we just wish they were accurate while off the game and while on it also There should be a setting asking which notifications you wish to receive, invader alert or troops came back or building finish There should be a sound also and as for the in game notification we just wish it would actually be accurate because it doesn’t inform us when we have receive a message and when we check we have a few missed an that looks bad on us Please fix that we would like for them to keep flashing until we read them.

This is all false advertisement there are now 3million active users. Only way you can win is if you spend big. Even if you were to spend now you can lose it all better go to Macau than play this game.
Would be a great game if it wasn’t money driven .. If you don’t wanna spend hundreds a month to be a good player then don’t download.
When Game developers lie on description, you know its a bad game. 3,000,000 monthly users is a joke lol, we have less than 1000 active players and half of them run the game because they have deeper pockets than the other half, what Developers count as active users are accounts that are logged into, and everybody creates alternate accounts to aid with resource production. We know of a player with 700 alts. Sorry w2v u can count one guy logging into 700 accounts as 700 monthly users.
Like we said this is a message for the games management. While at first when we played the game it was confusing we quickly got the hang of it and we spent a ton a time playing it gradually getting better and not paying a cent. Then because the games creators were greedy they decided that Ultra Energy troops would be omnipotent and the game turned into a game of spending while regular non spenders like us were quickly overshadowed. This is the greatest game on the App Store in our opinion but utterly ruined by the greed of a couple of chinese software disigners. Please gm stop with the Ultra troops and try to see a bigger reason to make this game other than money. This is A GAME OF THE APP STORE. We get it if you need money because the game is free to begin with but seriously tone it down or at least put everyone on a level playing field. It’s a war game, not war. Money isn’t everything and when you realize that, this review will be revised back to its old five star review.
The key to this game is simple :spend lots of $$$ or have no chance.
The game is really 3 stars (not more as it crashes a lot) however the experience of treating with the in game personnel (GM’s) and developers is -5 (negative 5), as most games, you have to spend $$$ to be above average so for some of the cash that is spent on this game you would expect the developers to listen and answer the questions of the players however, the norm is not to answer in the established 48 hours (that developers themselves have established) but pretty much it can take 5-7 days or depending on the topic, you get NO response at all even after multiple follow ups. Even fot items you earn in the game through significant ammounts of purchases, these are not assigned or take days/weeks to sort out. They also launch promotions to draw you into spending more which is ok considering they want to make money of this game however, the promotions are shady and the rules for these are not followed, for example they establish cutoff dates for a promotion to conclude on a set date and then they either end it earlier or even a day later (see last December ’14 promotion), in some cases without even notifying the players, a devious and unethical act to make you spend more or favor accounts that possibly might even belong to themselves. Don’t believe us? All you have to do is go on the public forum that Wistone has created and read the forums and endless posts from the W2V Community, the actual players that interract daily on this game. Respected Apple, from a reputation point of view you should evaluate if continuing to support this game is more important finantially than from an ethical point of view. We myself purchase a significant ammount of products and services from your company and have never had a complaint until now. We hope this review is helpful for all you considering to start playing this game.
The game keep saying connecting but not going anywhere.. We deleted and re-install 4 times without success… Why is not working.. Please fix the bugs…
Title pretty much says it. This app used o be so competitive and fun but the devs have gotten a lot more greedy and made it very pay to win. Someone who has $2000 to blow can wipe half the server out. Can’t play and have fun like this.

This used to be a great strategy game. Now it is a competition on who can spend t The most buying troops and not a couple Bucks. People spend $2,000 in ten days And guess what. They beat the people Who spend less.
This would be a great game but has been ruined by GM money hungry. Don’t get this game unless you have $1000 lying around to spend on it to compete. They don’t have time to fix the broken things yet have time to open a new spending event every couple weeks.
When we first ayes this game back in 2012 it was a decent and we spent money into this app but since they updated it we lost all our progress was wiped out don’t not even bother playing this they just want your money and once they have enough they’ll reset it again just so people can buy in game currency THIS APP IS A RIP OFF!!
Or use to be. They completely wiped accounts. It is bogus. We refuse to purchase anything in game until they fix their problem.
