We love the simple, fun gameplay of war, now brought to your device! Just like all Optime games, we love to play this game on the road when we're offline. The best part is that even when you exit the game, your progress saves, which is a game changer! Simply the best.
We like the four card draw for War, but when you or especially the opponent runs out of four cards to draw and draw one or two cards and wins the war,it seems unfair! Maybe it should go both ways, if either player has less than four cards to draw, then both draw the same amount of cards, from 1 to 4, or, the opponent with less then four lose by forfeit.
The game is just like the childrens game. Its good, suspenseful, fun to play.

Great game to kill time. We play this game all the time before our classes start and when we're waiting at either the airport or at the doctors office.
This is a fun game to play while your idle. There are some idiosyncrasies though. For some reason it randomly adds cards to the deck. If Im playing with the proper 52 cards, leave the game, com back and pick up where we left off theres now 72 cards or some random amount.
Theres a glitch it adds cards during game but doesnt know what causes it maybe the war does it. Because one of the games ended with 72 cards instead of 52 cards and had two ace of spades.
We are giving this a rating of 2 because we have played 1 game and lost nearly all of the wars. This infuriated us because we love war but not at the price that we lose every time.
We played ten games and lost 9 out of the 10. We dont expect to win every game but the law of averages suggests we should win more than 1 out of 10. 3 of the games the opponent had all 4 aces and 9 of the 12 face cards. All 3 of those games were over in under 2 minutes. We get that the Warcard game, in general, is a total time killer and takes no strategy. That being said, take a pass on this app and try a different one. The one star is because the game looks good.
This game is rigged for u to lose.
The computer player wins to often. Cards do not come up in order from the computer players hand. Need a updated version real bad.

We think it is hacked because we lose 10 times out of 10. Through no fault of the manufacturer though.

Our Grandmother and we used to play war when we were younger because we couldn't watch TV when it was storming outside! This game brought back fond memories of she and l! We love it.
This game is awesome becaus wit is very easy. When u r board u can like this with ur friend so class like we do. Or can play with u self but no like that.

Found some serious bugs her. Sometimes when we close the game and reopen the game it adds cards to the decks. We're now up to ~ 120 cards which is over twice a normal deck.
We love playing war to relax but it's kind of annoying that the computer always wins. We definitely wouldn't pay to upgrade the app if we never win when playing it. Who wants to pay to always lose.
What kind of a deck is this? We saw the same card like 7 times! And when you get war it deals 4 cards for each player then whoever wins the first one, gets them all right even if you do get one right. (Applies to single player only).
This brings back happy memories when us and our Dad used to play.

First if all, the game is free. Second of all, if you don't like it you can always delete it. We think that War is a good game. We've played the game before with real cards and have had people win twice in a row so quit having a cow. If you like war then you should get this game.
First off, let us say that we normally don't write reviews. The cards are not altered or changed throughout the game. Each card is traceable through the deck (if you don't believe us, count any card down from the bottom of the deck). We win about as many as we loose. This is a great game, but just a tad too predictable. The winning card will always go on the bottom of the deck. That is the only downfall we see in this app. All in all, we'll be playing this game for awhile.
We have enjoyed playing this game against the computer and our son. We win some and we lose some.
War is a really fun game. We think that other people should play it.
The game is alright at best. It is a little slow for us even on fast. The worst part is that in the middle of a game when you are clicking an ad will pop on to the screen interrupting the flow of the game.
We know it is random but we have played 6 games and lost all 6. When we win a war we will win like a 3, 5, and 6. When we lose a war the computer will end up taking our best cards almost every time. The games also take about 10 min each and when u go 0-6 it gets pretty old.
Had the game for years, loved it. Now tried playing it again, there's about an 95% chance the cpu will win. And those times you come close to winning its a long long game.
We gave this App 2 Stars, because the concept is brilliant. The execution of that concept, needs more work. Games are about the players. If they have no way to win, then why download. We read all of the reviews. Even though they weren't Rave reviews, we were curious. We downloaded the App and to our Surprise the Negative Reviews are on point. So Sad, this could be a great app. However the player has to win. The player has to believe there is an opening to beat the computer. You Cheat the Players out of the joy to conquer. That's what Games are about!! Our Opinion ( even if you don't want it ) GO BACK to the DRAWING BOARD N REVAMP THIS APP.
We only just got this game but we saw right from the beginning it was unfair the computer player wins the cards almost all the time even when we do win we get only 2s to 5s if we're lucky we get a jack or a 10 but even so we don't win every time we get a ace the computer gets one and we go in war and then lose and lose all our good cards we even restarted to see if it was just bad luck but it happened again don't get this game it's unfair and dumb and waste of space on phone.
You can't beat the computer when you get a war. The computer always has the good cards. Don't download, waste of time.
We gave this game a try despite the reviews, we figured we'd give it a try – big mistake! We tap on our card when we have War and we will give you an example: we will turn over a Queen and the computer has a three – the computer takes the cards. We tap the next card and we would have an eight and the computer will have a two and again, the computer takes the cards. We assumed the one with highest card takes the cards not the other way around. Regardless, we played a total of 20 rounds and we did not win not once. What fun is that? Crazy! It's ridiculous! If you want to be frustrated then we'd recommend this app. If you'd rather play a nice, relaxing game, we'd recommend solitaire. Don't bother with this app.
Ok, well, now that we have your attention… We'll tell you why this app is bad. In other words, don't get it. First, the computer almost always wins. If the computer ever gets below 10, they MAGICALLY get all of the good cards and then they are in the thirtys. Don't get it. Don't waste your time.
We never win every time we have like 20 and the computer has like 18 it gets 30 in a blink of an eye outrages we don't recommend it.
This game has a lot of ads in it we feel like every minute a ad is popping up mad it won't let us take it off also the computer that we are playing against is going beyond hard core you should not get this game if you want ads to pop up and a really hard computer to play against you should get this game.
This game is rigged! The computer had all the kings and queens and 3 aces! We never won! Also it is funny how every time we had a war with him he pulled out a king, queen, or ace and we pulled out a 4 or less.
We played his game 63 times and list every time!! We're not one to call someone out on rigging but seriously.
You can be sure of: If you win the war, you get 2s-8s If comp wins, it gets As-10s When you're down to 5 cards, there is a war, and you lose the war and game.
Don't download. Waste of time. Games never end one way or another.
We played 5 times never won they gave the CPU all GOOD CARDS and u would get some cards.

We are not the luckiest person in the world, but we have had this for a month now and haven't won a single war! Nor a single game! This actually might be a bit more fun if it was fair. Considering deleting. Download if you want just realize you won't win. So along as you pick a card game that you constantly lose at. Go for it.

We played this card game way we were little.
Just like the card game we played as a kid. Great way to pass the time. Worked okay until we hit More Games, then it locked into Load mode. Needs a cancel button.
Great way to just relax and not think. Do not understand how you don't win. We win about 50% of the time.
