** I’ve completed Seaman difficulty but Lieutenant difficulty is not unlocking. Is this a bug?
No it is not a bug. The next difficulty will only be unlocked once all of the puzzles within the current difficulty is completed. Level(s) marked in white, indicate that they are incomplete. Meanwhile, level(s) marked in orange numbers indicate levels that they have been completed.
** The square is not turning into a ship. Is this a bug?
No it is not a bug. Grey block(s) will only turn into ship once all of it’s surrounding blocks are marked as water. As seen in tutorial and game screenshot. The game is designed this way to help you validate your answers. This is not a bug!

Thank you for updating the application to work with iOS 11.
We wish it was heavier on pure logic, but the majority of puzzles end up with some guesswork. We used a couple hints just because we were too lazy to work through all the permutations on certain levels. Instead of tapping undo a dozen times for each guess, it might be cool to just tag the board just before the guessing begins and then have a single undo everything back to the tag button. All in all, a really fun game that took about 4 hours to finish.
Great thinking game. Completed all levels without buying clues just working through process of elimination and patience.

Great puzzle app. It’s well designed. It’s easy to play. But it requires considering all the clues surrounding each move. If you can deduce the best moves, you can’t lose. Love playing Warship Solitaire!
There are more than enough free hints to get you through the entire game. It’s a great distraction and doesn’t have intrusive ads or sounds.
We look forward to more big things from this developer. If you have good Minesweeper skills, you’ll have an advantage, but even with them we had a great challenge. Intuitive controls, simple theme, and a great system that makes you want to not give up on when you’re stuck.
This game is absolutely wonderful.
This game reminds of an old board game called "Mastermind", only this one uses a Battleship theme. Its fun, there are no timeclocks, and it makes you use your brain. That’s a good game in our view.

Small, non-consequential tweaks aside, this is a great game exactly as it is. One of the few games we will play over again after completion.
Game froze upon resetting level. Wouldn’t work after this. We had to delete and reinstall the app. We lost all purchased hints. We emailed creator, and we’ve heard nothing in 4+ days.

Really enjoy the self-paced mental challenge.
The game is great. They’re puzzles you enjoy working through, even when you have to brute force them (which is more often than you might into oaky expect.) The game is fun, zen, and challenging all at once. 2 minor issues: The game’s tutorial is severely lacking. We kind of had to learn by accident that (unlike battleship) no two black shapes will ever have diagonal corners touching. This is a huge benefit to know early on since one you can place a piece with confidence, you know that all 4 corners of that piece will be water. Second, the length. We loved this game, and we spent 2 weeks casually moving through all the puzzles, but this is the first game in a long while that we actually WISHED sold DLC packs. We would gladly pay 2 or 3 bucks for another 50-100 puzzles. I’d much rather THAT was in the in game purchase option than buying hints. The complaints aren’t solid enough to detract a star through. Great design, great puzzles, great gameplay. Get it.

Warship Solitaire kept us busy and challenged for hours and hours of play over an extended period of time. Nice to pick up here and there and complete all the logic type puzzles.
Never thought I’d be so addicted to an iPhone puzzle game.
We absolutely love this game. Some levels are easier than others but it has given a lot of hours of enjoyment. Great app, great job to the developers. It works great on our iPad. We haven’t tried it on our iPhone yet, but we will.
This logic- based battleship board game is amazing!
We have enjoyed playing this game every evening before bed. There are no timers, no in-app purchase, and most of all no annoying ads. This is just a very fun sudoku-style logic game with enough variation that once the entire game is completed at every level of advancement, you can start over or just select a random level. We look forward to other projects from this developer. A big "thank you" for putting fun back into tablet games.

You can a quick game or two on a lunch break but it does make you think.
We used to love doing the text version of this game in Games magazine. This is a spot-on digital version.
It kept us entertained enough to finish all the puzzles. That is an achievement, since we often get bored with games, and never finish. You can see the completed board after finishing by tapping the "Completed" board cover.
Game made for logics and puzzles. We enjoyed it at our own pace, no timers. Multiple levels with each level harder to figure out than the last. First levels are easy, but don’t get complacent! Each level has 25 puzzles, and you get 10 hints to use for the entire game. After you finish, you can start it all over again or play your favorite set over. We’ve had a lot of fun with it. Not like any other game we’ve tried.
If you want something that makes you think but won’t destroy you emotionally this game is great. A great puzzle trouble shooter, deduction game of understanding a answer. You won’t feel foolish if it takes a second, it’s part of the process.
This is probably too challenging for regulars but we love it. Working great. No hints needed, just brains.

Just completed all levels and hoping the developers come up with more. Hints aren’t needed if you have the patience to work through the possibilities. Logic narrows things down pretty quickly. Our only request would be for the board not to disappear right away when solved.

Funny – a bout of bronchitis set us looking for a diversion, and found this, but our brain was too fuzzy with illness to get it at first. In reality, the instructions and the goals are clear enough. This is a fun little puzzle. We bet the game will get much harder after the Seaman level – we look forward to it.
We haven’t been this addicted to a game in a few years. Wow. Easy to learn and fun to master.
We have thoroughly enjoyed Warship Solitare. We had an issue with a level freezing-up but when contacting support, we received a rapid response and was told what to do to solve our problem. We then received followup inquiries sure all was ok. Great support center..
