We were originally upset that they added a vip feature when we came back to this game. But they have done an excellent job with balancing this game out, and the battle deck really helped make the game more fair, strategic and fun. Love what they did with the game, and definitely considering buying VIP, just to support the developers.
Completely unfair game. Have play hundreds of times. The computers always work against the human player. Many games impossible to even come close to winning. Plus, the new interface is sooooo bad. Small. Hard to zoom. Hard to see. Cant continuous attack. But most of all it is just simply unfair. The computers do stupid moves just to go against the human player. Save your time and frustration.
Played this purchased game for at least 7 years. Upgrades were originally just tweaks that mostly improved the game. Then a bunch of new maps, features made it still ok but became harder to find online players. So we deleted it for a few months and decided to see if it was different. OMG it sure was! They now force paid customers to play one game mode, and restrict options that used to be present unless they pay a monthly fee to become a VIP! What was once a great version of the game Risk has just become an unrecognizable money begging disaster. Too bad they killed it. R.I.P. :year of death 2019.
This company has good artists and HORRIBLE programmers 1) Random Dice is seriously flawed. You routinely loose 10 to 1, 20 to 3. They pick random countries and random players and all they roll r 6s. Makes it impossible to win. 2) You can only play w 4 players… They used to allow 6 but changed that 3) Too many cheaters… Their r a ton of Italians and Arabs who dont play to win. All they do is gang up on the non-Italian or Arab players. 4) Every time the game is updated they break something that used to work. Then it takes them months to fix it again.
We dont understand why, on the hardest level, one of the bots will nuke another bot in order to help us win the game! If this is really the hard setting, then the bots should make attacks to help themselves, not to help us.
We used to love this game. In the latest version they did something to make it unusable.
We like the multiple theaters in this game. Haven’t tried it online yet. Its fun trying to match up against the leaders of WWII.
The last update ruined it for us. We have a vip account but must wait 15 minutes before playing the game again at the end of a battle. Who thought of that? « Hey guys we’ve got a great idea, lets prevent players who paid for a vip account from playing seriously ??? Also rounds are now limited instead of having the best win. If you want to make that drastic of a change then create a new game, dont destroy the existing one. Highly disappointed.
Had to go through tutorial to get it to stop but working now,
The recent update broke the game. Now you get stuck in a tutorial and it effectively freezes. Dont waste your money.
Everyone plays the classic map. Most of the alt maps are terrible.

Posted 3 years ago got no response. Played version 4 and prior religiously, made the mistake of updating to version 5 and game has never been playable since. We still just want our old game back!!! Why wont you guys give it back to those that want it!!!
This is our goto game… Great a.i., and we love the sound.
Worth what we paid for it, you can buy other stuff but really no need to. You get the full experience with just what you pay up front.
What in the world were you thinking?! Hopefully someone else will give us a good risk-like game… Now we have a reason to keep our first gen iPad, it still has the original game.
We wish they would let 2 people play on one device like they used to. And we wish they would allow more AI player to be allowed like Stalin who would represent the soviet like Patton does for the Americans.
Continuous steady improvements, multiplayer works well, reminds us of playing Risk but lots more options.

Many play options . Many cards to choose. Fun solo or as a team.
Players are coordinating offline. Not invading each others continents even when they have overwhelming superiority. Ending games in a tie so both get first place scores. Dont waste your money on this rigged game.
We’ve been playing this game for many years. The newer updates have significantly slowed down gameplay to the point where it is no longer fun. Crazy Generals was the better version of this game.
We bought the original add free version it was an outstanding game. This new version is like any other game app now. We dont play the new version, can you please honor our original purchase and allow myself and others like us to continue to play the game we lived! Allow us to download the original version, Ill even buy it again if need be.. Thank you!
Why did you change this to only the single move strategy. We will not play until next update and if old version where you have a choice is not back in. Im out.
We have had this game for at least 5 years. Each update has progressively reduced the functionality and our enjoyment of the game. The latest update is the last straw. We dont even understand how the functioning of the turns work. Im done.
We used to love this game, now it forces an internet connection and we cant play the game like we used to play it. Sometimes you just want to have a nice game against the computer!!!

The old version we played years ago was always entertaining. Gameplay and interface were simple and we wouldve had a 5 star rating. Now its just terrible. We are not gong to waste any time deciphering through the dump of a game it is now. Such a shame to lose a great game this way.
Love it! We have played it daily for years. Now (9/2020) we hate it! We don’t play it anymore. We wish we could back up and play the old version. We are sorry that we updated it.
The old version was like Risk, but much better. Great fun to play solo. Five stars. The new version is cumbersome, takes far too long, and way to many steps, to make a move. Only suited to online, multiplayer games? We wish the old version were available again!
With each new update they find a way to take away fun aspects of this game and punish their customers. Its sad because it is a fun game but pointing out some actual features that would improve the game doesnt even help. They dont listen to players. The developers must not have a clear direction/prioritized backlog.
Every time you update the game gets worse. It won’t even come up now. We have played this game for years but guess it’s time now to delete it since it won’t work at all now. The last game we played we rolled 12 times and lost every roll. Tables at the casinos are not that bad. Just made it obvious that whoever is designing this game have no clue in what they are doing.
The update stinks. We already paid you once for ad free. Now we have pay again to access maps and other options we had before. No way. You must be banking on people forgetting abt their subscription. The grift seems a sign of times.
Been playing for years. Then they introduced a new game mode with the new build (3 moves only per round). At first this new mode was just an option, but you could still enjoy the old school game rules if you wanted in single player. Now its not an option, its the only way to play. Not sure why they decided to scrap the rules that made the game so fun and popular in the first place.
