Horror version of the game if you want to.
We dont have a credit card and dont know why its needed just to update!!!! What the heck? Thats just not right.
We play it more than our other games.
We Love Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory! It was a great idea to make it into a game! Our favorite character is Veruca Salt.
A typical match 3 game. Nice graphics but you will hit a level that is nearly impossible all of the sudden (like many of this kind) and lose interest. Progress keeps you playing zynga. Very lazily created and nothing new here. Play candy crush or royal match.
May 8 cant get past level 1218. Today sept 6 we are still on the same level 1218.
Love playing this game, the graphics are cute. But, the last two days we cant get it to load. It starts loading updates and gets to 66% and freezes. Frustrating.

We really like this game, considering we’ve been a huge fan of the Willy Wonka movie since we were a kid. Gene Wilder and Johnny Depps Willy Wonka portrayals were incredible and a true cinematic masterpiece.
We love the game, have played for many years but their customer service response and FAQ are very limited. When Im trying to play and run into an issue, we dont want to wait a few days for a response! This is some really good graphics and its fun until it isnt. We spend way too much $$$ on adding coins for nothing in return when it comes to customer service. Yes we choose to spend our money but a quicker response time would be beneficial. The robots on chat are just that, ROBOTS. IM starting to lose interest guess thats our problem because they surely dont care it seems.. Frustrated.
We have been playing this game for about a year and loved it , now it crashes all the time , we cant pass this level Im on for a month .
We loved this game and we played it every day then last year it would only partially load. We tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it several times, but nothing worked. Then, after about four weeks, we tried it, and it started working. We were very happy. Then about three months ago, it stopped loading again. It would get to 96% and never get past that. We have tried everything. Uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting. Our phone is up-to-date. We just tried again today and nothing. Its too bad we really like this game. We cant remember what name we used for this game, we were on a sugar rush team called Sweet Revenge. Im sorry to them because we cant contribute to the team. If someone can help us get this loaded back on our phone that would be wonderful!
Got into the level 300s and now game wont open. Gets to 82% and stops. User ID says 0. Contacted support and no reply so far.

We’ve never in our entire life enjoyed a game as much as this one! Our only wish would be to purchase unlimited lives and/ or bombs for a one time purchase, especially for those who singularly want to play outside the realm of teams. Being on a limited income, we cant keep spending every turn in this process. We dont mind a one time bulk rate if it allows for pure enjoyment to the end!
Love this match 3 game but we can’t play anymore our iPad and iphone8 can’t download the new version and we truly would like to cont playing. Anyway this can happen.
Mov we love this game the powerups the sound affects after winning the congrats talks just only a ne thing its not a lot of them but its the ads other than that you guys out done yourself with this.
We play this game every day! We love the fun yet relaxing gameplay and the visuals. Its updated frequently, which is great! Too much pay to win, but we can enjoy it even without spending extra. Definitely a keeper – keep updating it!

When in the champion challenge it constantly goes off line and we lose our sugar activation! Very disappointing.
When we first started playing it was fun. It used to give you a few extra lives for watching a video. It doesnt anymore. Playing the same game over and over and over with no results is frustrating and maddening. The game wants us to make purchases, which Im not interested in doing. What happened to the free stuff for watching ads??
This is a fun game but not when youre doing do good on a round and at the last goal it freezes and force closes. Not once but several times. So annoying!!
We play these games to have something to do while we listen to podcasts this is the first game we’ve ever played that doesnt allow you to run a podcast in the background while playing . Not cool.
This game is rigged. You cant advance and win stars without spending coins that you have to buy. We spent $30 to buy coins to play, and we still cant advance.

We love the game, the graphics,, the Music and we discovered if you tap a the little guys they speak. But Willie Doesnt speak. We go around and change scenery in the factory.1 day we bought a bunch of chocolate bars and played and ate chocolate. But the game is awesome.
Fun game easy half hard challenge.
We really enjoy this game, the colors, the subject matter, and the gameplay. Unfortunately you guys just change something in the last update that will make this game much less a go to than it used to be. We loved to play while listening to audiobooks, podcasts, or the news. The audiobook, as of the update, pauses and wont stay started once we open the game. We havent tried any podcasts or the news yet. It would definitely be a five star game again if we could continue to use it the way we’ve always used it before.

Since last year we cannot play part where you get golden tickets. This has been downn since september. Whats with that.
We’ve been playing this game for a few years now with our mom on her phone and us on ours. Its kinda like our bonding thing, anyway. You USED to be able to have a friend help you with a hard level SAY LIKE AFTER 10 times of failing. Truth be told shes way better than we are at this game, but who cares its fun. Heck we started playing it only bc she begged us to so we could send each other a life here and there, and we ended up LOVING it mostly bc of the beloved movie original with Gene Wilder. Having loved this movie our whole 42 yrs of life, this game kinda makes us relive the movie again slowly while doing FUN puzzles. HOWEVER. BRING BACK FRIEND HELP ON A BOARD YOU CANT PASS. We’ve been playing sadly less and less bc Ill get stuck on a board for a month and thats just crazy to us and sad bc we NEED to see the ending. Ok rant over, great game, just wish we could bring back THAT FEATURE Id sure play as many hrs as we used to. IJS.
We requested a restart on our progress some time ago but it been a while and we still cant get in cause it keeps saying that our internet and/or WiFi isnt connecting but we have connection to both without issues, is there a way to fix this problem?
The game was fun and challenging but now its full of strange, weird ads, some are in Chinese. If you can read word close in Chinese, youll be able to exit those ads. The x to exit some ads are so small , its impossible to exit without the ad opening. Give the players a break and cut back on the creepy ads.
The game has been fun. However, we’ve spent a lot of money playing it and discovering a lot of glitches, inconsistencies and sabotage. Not to mention today when we went on after playing most of the day traveling yesterday, it said in order to keep our offline progress it would cost over 10k in coins. That will typically require having to spend a minimum of $17.99. This is the only game we’ve played that does that. Most harder levels you have to play lots and lots of times not even getting close to winning and then suddenly you win easily. Its like most games, set up to get you to buy to keep going. However, this game is way worse in that way. After requiring to use 10k in coins to keep our offline progress, Im done with it. Still game is fun, but just not set up to play a long time without putting it down for a day or spending money.
We had 2025 coins (I know what we had!) and the next day, for no reason, it dropped down to 499. Where did the rest go??! We never used them. This game is good until you get to higher levels, then its meant for you to spend money!!
Stop making your game impossible to win. Games are supposed to be fun, not irritating. Everything in this game including the powerups are designed to work against you. Get new developers and fire the old ones, and maybe Ill start paying real cash. We’ve been reluctantly playing this game for what seems like many years now and Im only on level 747. On Royal Match Im on level 4,361 and we’ve only been playing it for a year. Yes sometimes we pay cash to play, because that game doesnt cheat us out of our plays like this one does, and this game blatantly cheats no stop. So long story short, you will make more money the less greedy and irritating your game is.
We havent heard anything from customer service since February 2019.
