We really enjoy this game but whenever we opt to watch an ad for a power up its a waste of time. We dont get the power up we watched the ad for. Ive tried multiple times in case its a glitch and have watched up to 3 ads a time to try and troubleshoot it. Im on the verge of deleting this game because of it. It seems you only want the money for it.
We like this game because its not timed and it makes you think. We also feel like we have a decent chance of winning.

Im really enjoying this so far however its been malfunctioning for about a month now. You used to have the option of watching an ad to get more time to play or to reverse a move. Now you just watch the ad and nothing happens.
The Watch an ad to unlock a hole thing is not working at all. Frustrating to watch through the ad and not get the reward. The game itself is challenging, but because it is, often getting that extra slot is the difference between finishing a level and getting stuck (by design no doubt).
This game is really fun, however when you watch an ad to unlock a screw or get more time added it never unlocks the item and time is never added. Needs a fix.
The game is fun but the bug of unlocking features with ad watching is broken. Too bad.
We played the game got to level 8 and when we watch an ad for the holes to unlock it or even for the drill or the extra hole it will not give us the reward whats happening here.

We were actually trying to report a problem, but it wont let us, but this is our issue but we do love the game and we love the challenge. Also, if Im in a tight spot and we need to click to watch an ad to get an item to help us get further in the game. Not receiving any of the rewards after watching videos. This has been happening for quite some time now, even after updates. Ive noticed other people have also mentioned this issue in their reviews. Are the developers paying attention.
Have the option to watch several ads to get coins or other features that fails to deliver the perks as promised. Around the 4th puzzle the timer runs out to force you to use the features that you really dont have access to because even after watching ads you will never receive. We just deleted this game.
We like the game but lately Im not granted the rewards after watching the adds. Hopefully its a bug in the app that can be fixed soon.
Watched 6 ads to unlock holes and now to gain a bonus screwdriver and not once did it work. Something is wrong but we assure you we wont be watching anymore ads and we will probably uninstall soon.

While we do like this game, it has a lot of flaws. Well one big flaw!!! When they say watch the ad to get more coins they NEVER give you the coins. Ive also paid for extra coins and didnt receive them! Im thinking about getting rid of this game and telling others not to download.

You can't get far in this game without paying money, is our experience. The game play is fun, but the puzzles become too challenging to complete within the time limits. (The description says there are no time limits, but that is NOT TRUE). Then the "watch ad" feature to so you can try again or get a helper feature stops working altogether. The only way forward is to pay, no matter how much time you waste on watching ads.
Im only on level 6. It gives you 2 screw holes to start and the one extra they want you to buy. Then you start unscrewing things and the boards fall just enough where the screw hole is inaccessible. We feel like Im missing something or playing the game wrong. Within moments a banner comes across the screen saying no more spaces and our only option is to start over, but not before watching a long ad. We also have tried to use a tool by watching ads for them. We watch the ad and then it doesnt give us the tool. All in all frustrating. Try another screw game, this one aint it.

Fun game. Challenging and entertaining however the ads are a bit much AND if you offer rewards for watching ads you need to give the reward once the ads has been watched! No fun waisting time watching an ad then not even getting the reward that was desired. Please fix that or Ill just delete the app.
We love playing this game! Challenging and fun. We chose to be ad free. The biggest concern we have is that unlocking holes by watching an ad doesnt workIve watched a few ads to unlock that extra hole.NOTHING HAPPENS.we are super annoyed and feel like its your way to still force ads.bottom line IT IS A LIE.

Watching ads, but after ad is finished, its not allowing a screw to be removed.
We have played this game for a while now and really enjoy it, in spite of the adds (pretty much the price paid for most games). We appreciate being able to go in daily and add extra tickets that allow moves to help with blocked holes. However, the last few days when we attempt to add free tickets the ads play but no tickets are granted. We dont know if there was an update that messed up the process, but we would like to get the payoff for watching the ad.
Can anyone tell us what the coins are for.
Its a really fun game and challenging enough to keep you occupied for hours, just need to be patient to predict the result of every move before you make them however the ads are too much, its never been this much the only time you dont get ads is when youre playing and even sometimes when you make a wrong move and decide to watch an ad it takes up to 100 seconds and sometimes when you watch the ad it doesnt seem to work so you have to watch another one and also the save feature is a problem we can only use the save game on our iPhone we dont have a Facebook account we hope theres a different and more secure way to save other than facebook and just save game but other than that the game is really nice.
Love the game. Challenge level is good, but there should be an option to pay to remove ads. We only play about 2-3 levels at a time because of the ads.
Enjoy the game, paid the price to get rid of ads, but when you need help (a free tool which can be earned by watching an ad), its useless. Ive watched way too many ads and havent received the promised aids. Im about to move on to something else.
The ads are not giving the rewards as of late. When trying to purchase items, it doesnt go through. Last update has been over a month ago. Could this be fixed? We have been stuck on the same level for a week.
Been playing this for quite a while but am turned off by the timer. We liked being able to look and figure our strategy but now everything is timed Bad concept we still play it but not on the level we used to.
This game has ads after every play. You can push not interested . Ad keeps playing then gets it several times. You cant exit. Playing it will not force you to get it . It will cause us to delete.
Game was kinda fun up until level 500ish. Then the ads really started. Ads every other board. On top of that, there were some very questionable boards out there. Ours was level 541. Opened the puzzle to a literal swastika. Real cute. Took a screen shot of it too if anyone who actually reads these reviews wants to see it. Very poor taste.
Before when we would watch the ads we would get the promised items, now when we do so we havent gotten any of the abilities promised.. This is infuriating! On 2 different days Ive tried to win and when we watch full ads we dont get our items!! Tried multiple times and it never works anymore, fix this glitch!! The ads work fine but not the items being added!?? How pathetic.

Please check app . In our iphone , when open app , daily achievements run and dont work any option such as X or collect or Go , and we cant play , please check it.

Love this game. However, all the sudden the rewards videos/ads are no longer working. Which means we move onto a different game, which is a bummer.

This game is awesome, but when it's buggy…it's REALLY buggy. For example, sometimes you have to watch upwards of seven ads just to get a reward. Ughhhhhhh.
Game is great but currently when we watch an ad to add a tool (screwdriver, mallet, etc) is does not add the tool. Daily bonus is not working either.
Best game we have ever played love it.
Just wish we could buy it and not have in app purchases or ads. The ads are insulting as well.
