When friends send us an invitation to play, and we reply, Im constantly frustrated by inability to find the player we replied to. Result is Im playing ONLY with random players, and so many Im not getting much else done. Please add a way to play with actual friends and a way to leave a message to other players.
Great game despite all the ads, is there a paid version with no ads?
There really needs to be some sort of practice opportunity. And there is no instruction on how to submit a word! Very frustrating.

This is a game thats so challenging and exciting. Its Good for keeping ones brain alert and stimulated. Something is wrong with our word blitz. Unable to play and cant touch click. Cant do anything can u check.

We enjoyed the game with a few friends and family along with a couple of individuals that our skills were matched with the system. However after the most recent update we get the notifications of the longest daily word, in addition once an individual has challenged us to a game. Needless to say Im unable to open or access the game, or should we say Im able to accept it however it NEVER connects its like its thinking continuously spinning or thinking but it never opens. We’ve even shut off the IPAD or rebooted to no avail we cant get connected. Im thinking it must be system problems however Im still getting notifications of pending games or Ill lose if not played back within two days, you know the game rules. Can you share why Im not currently unable to access and play the game? So for those who are able to access or when we could, its addictive and love to play Im now at a loss. We must find another game since this one is no longer available to us to play.
For some reason, we cannot access the app right now. We’ve updated it. But now when we open it, the app continues to load and stay on the loading page.
The app wont load and we have paid for no ads three times now.
They ruin the board all the time with 2-3 letter words.
So this is our first game online. Played it on FB and loved it and then found it here. BUT there are ads after every round we play. We would pay for the game without the frustrating, never-ending ads, but thats not an option.
DO NOT understand why our points and status wouldnt merge from Facebook over. So now we have two accounts very strange. And why all the ads. Make it Ad free and up charge it makes us want to stay on Facebook to play.
Well we could find it on messenger anymore and Was very disappointed and frustrated. Tell us how to download it and now we have to start all the way over no points no friends.
This is a great game for us and our brain it makes us think So much more and better it also helps us with our spelling this game is so fun.

We’ve been playing this game for awhile now and since the last update when ads have been added to almost every screen this game has become unenjoyable and unplayable between crashing and the bombarding commercials it has lost its playability appeal.
The game is not skill when the winner wins because they entered random gibberish to win. The majority of words are not words. They need to use a scrabble dictionary or any dictionary for that matter.
Its almost impossible to win a game against above level 7000. We dont understand whats going on but it seems like other people must be cheating.
We love this game, but it wont connect to our Facebook and load the games we already play on the Facebook version of the app.
LOVE THIS FAST-PACED word game. Can play with random players at all times. HOWEVER you have to watch an ad after every single game which is super annoying. Also, playing against the random players seems to be the same 10 players in rotation.. Theres no way to find equally skilled players so it can kind of get boring without any levels or better competitions.
Started out fine for a couple days. Sound goes off. Reinstalled. Fine for a couple more games. Sound goes off again. Repeat a dozen times. We give up.
The latest update to Word Blitz has badly affected the touch response during the game to the point where Im unable to play well.

We like the game a lot-like okd time Boggle play without the paper or ruzzle, is a similar online game. So far we have not liked being asked after every turn if we want to post our score on FB or if we want to challenge other FB friends- constant hawking fir new players. Would like to turn that off. Only played a few times now and may quit if we cant get that to stop.
Its a lot of fun. We love the pace of it, and its challenging. But OMG the ads. We would gladly pay for an ad-free version. The ads in this game make us want to delete it.
We would give this game a 5 star if we could get rid of the ads. It is so annoying. We would pay a flat fee to get rid of them. Game is fun but so inconvenient to have to clear the ads before starting a new game. It makes us give up sometimes and quit playing b/c we get so tired of the ads.

Just loaded this game a month ago. We absolutely love it No blood, no shooting.. Just out thinking word creations with online friends Update: On our iPad, the game inexplicably goes into MUTE mode! Love this on our android platform. Please fix.
Hands-down our favorite word game. If we were to complain, it would be that there are glitches from time to time and worrying about being politically correct will utterly ruin the entire game if you continue removing words. Our biggest complaint is that it isnt clear (at least to dumb old me) how to remove ads. If the price isnt exorbitant, we would purchase an ad-free version. We just cant find the option. Help? We do love this game (hence the 5 stars) (please dont destroy the game by reducing words!!) and have been playing off and on for years. Now that we’ve found an app to download and play anonymously, Im super ecstatic.

We like the game, but the sound randomly stops so we cant tell if we’ve already played the words or not. Really annoying.
Good game but settings are not consistent. Get sound only every few games. Reward attainment is confusing. Otherwise fun.
What ‘s the point of being able to toggle the sound on AND GET NO SOUND!? This is 1 the few games where the sound kinda helps the game play. PLEASE FIX!
Disappointed that the game connectivity changed. We can no longer connect with folk we once played with through Messenger.
Update 6/22 – Sometimes Ill open the app and the screen immediately opens into a game, like we have to start playing immediately without even seeing the opening menu. Also many times we will open the app and again instead of seeing the Home Screen Ill be taken to show the results of another game. Why cant it just alway open to the Home Screen? Its stressful to have to sometimes begin playing without even a beat. And the report a problem link does not work. So we have to report the problem here. Please fix this, we’ve had this issue multiple times. Sometimes we just want to see if any games are waiting to play, not immediately begin playing upon opening the app. (Older review follows) Wish they wouldnt have made the rotate button smaller and squeezed it into the corner. Plus, would be nice to be able to play all 3 games without having to wait for the other person. Fun but you cant even report problems. Also, the game will randomly start games, why does it do this? We are not initiating these games but will open the app and Ill be taken directly into a game with someone we dont want to play with without even seeing the menu first. And it will always be with someone who we had a closed game with but chose not to play again.

EDIT 10. Also for each game, when you try to suggest a word, it only allows you to suggest words from round 1 even if youre on other rounds. 1. Make a toggle for temporary hiatuses. (Im going camping, and theres no WiFi. We dont want our WB friends to think Im ditching them or that Im a coward.) 2. Instead of making the tiles wiggle after each long word, mb make the background light up or something. The wiggle makes it hard to read and engage with the tiles for a sec, then we have to reorient myself, which throws us off. 3. Allow users whove already played the Daily Game to see all possible words. Theyre shown right after the game, but after you exit the screen, you cant go back. 4. Allow users whove already played the Daily Game to tap on another user on the DG board and see what words they got. Right now, tapping them only starts another game/takes you to the rounds board. 5. Allow users to take on another user to see yalls win/loss count together. If theres not a game in progress, we have to start a game with them and play round 1 just to see the win/loss count. 6. Make the ITS YOUR TURN, MY FRIENDS, WAITING FOR, and CLOSED GAMES sections easier to navigate since theyre all listed on the same page, which means a lotta scrolling. Maybe just make separate pages. 7. Allow all users to choose profile pics rather than using the ones from Facebook or not having one at all. 8. Any way to hook up with a dictionary app and let users tap a word in all possible words to see the definition? Idk we think thats what Wordscapes did. 9. Add vape as a word.
