We play with someone we dont know. They have to think Im an idiot. For some reason, we cant see the questions for Saturday. Its really annoying. Fix it!
Some of the questions and correct ansers are suspect. For example, for the question, Which of these artists has a famous self-portrait of themselves?, ignoring the redundancy in the question, both Leonardo da Vinci and Pablo Picasso were answer choices. Picasso was given as the correct answer, but both artists did self-portraits and we can make the case that da Vincis red chalk portrait is more easily recognizable by most people than any of Picassos portraits.
We love the game and its loads of fun, but just now, for the third time, an entire round was blank. It shows our score at the top and has the timer bar ticking down the time at the bottom, but there are no questions or answers visible. We dont like that.
We receive notifications it is our turn to play. We go to the app and there is no game. It shows someone is waiting on us. We keep getting nudged by the other player. Very irritating. Other than that, very fun game.
We really enjoyed this game until hitting the glitch by where you are given a blank screen… No questions, timer counts down, and you miss getting points. We were just up by 3 against our home country (first time so we were excited) and poised to win 100 rocket ships only to lose it because none of the questions appeared but we lost three points as a result. We tried forcing the app closed, uninstalling and reinstalling (which reset the game but still had no questions). We have already contacted customer support to no avail (was told theyd fix it by the next update). Just disappointing all around. And has soured the game for us.
The Party request does not work. The play button remains frozen when inviting three people to join a game. Plus we keep getting repeated questions, which on the second try we get right. . We do enjoy playing it. Please fix the Part Mode!
We enjoy this game but in the same time is frustrating us every time we quit the app we lose our points and we cant control the game simply because we cant find any instructions or options to get in. You might need to fix and improve this game. In addition, we have noticed that there are many questions incorrect.
Glitch 2- 1st, enjoyed playing this on Facebook until it stopped working a couple of months back and we lost all the points we earned. 2nd, downloaded the app with fewer available players and I, too, have gotten black/blank screens that the game continues playing but we cannot input any answer (no screen to view). We’ve tried rebooting, to no avail. Has happened 3 times in the past 2 months. We are losing points. And theres no Customer Service to seek solutions.
We get the blank screen a lot of people are complaining about quite often, but what compelled us to write this review is the fact that the app wont even load for us now. Our internet connection is stable and connects to everything else, and our LTE connection is also fine, but the app keeps telling us to check our hinter er connection. If we dont play the quizzes then Ill lose points for abandoning the games.
Lost all of our points we’ve accumulated in a period of a( year)! Context us please!! Iwill contact ( others) of your displacement of our ( earned points) of game ( quiz planet) of ( 487) points. ( answer) with an ( explanation) and Return the ( points) we’ve ( earned).!!!
Not at all happy as this continually drops out halfway through a question. The latest issue is the final straw for us. Leading by 4 Quiz Planet gave us no sight of or ability to answer the last 6 questions forcing us to fail to answer & subsequently lose. Will not play again.
Though we do enjoy playing this game, we have noticed multiple questions that have had incorrect answers. For instance, between a Greyhound dog and a Jack Russell, which is the fastest? Clearly the Greyhound which runs up to 45 miles and a Jack Russell is around 38.
Whats the point of loading the app if it doesnt transfer contacts played with online and points won? Stupid!
We learn so much from this game and its a blast to play.
Please let us customize the notifications from your app. We really really dont need 30 notifications a day reminding us of people that are waiting on us or who poked us. It is annoying us to the point where we are hesitant to play at all, even though we really enjoy quiz planet.
This game is awesome and fun but its really frustrating when you get dinged for a wrong answer when you were actually wrong and theres no way to inform the makers of this app besides writing a review which still probably wont get to them. Atleast trivia crack lets you inform them when an answer is wrong. Either you all need to double check your answers or let the users inform you when they are wrong.
When playing against USA, question screen is black and counts as wrong answer. Its the only contestant we have problems with. If not for that we would give higher rating. Also to many repeated questions.
We love this game but hate when we try to play us vs USA, the questions dont load. If the issue isnt fixed soon, we will quit playing.
Something happened to our screen when we tried to play and it was blank. We lost because we didnt see anything on our screen.
We love how this game is fun and kid friendly but yet the kids are learning something new! And we love how that made it so that all can play. Its an wonderful idea . Especially now with the Covid-19 is spreading. Lol !!

What a terrible mess this game is!
Too many commercials made us to delete the app very unhappy every two seconds it’s just as bad as sling TV come on guys get with the program.
Its a great little game otherwise, but we havent been able to load since the last update. We too have to delete and reinstall every time we play, or all we get is a blank screen.
Learn new trivia at a tremendous rate. Get rockets for correct answers to multiple choice questions. Beat your friends and others by having a great memory.
Why would you put in a question concerning Covid-19? This game was a great break from the virus/isolation stress until now. Changed our stars from five to four. Seeing the virus took us away from relaxation. Not a fun question.

We love this game, but our friend and myself have to delete the app and restore, every time we play! Otherwise its just a blank screen! Please help.
Fun game, and a chance to learn something. It works great on the iPad, but even after the latest update it frequently doesnt load on iPhone. Just sits with a blank screen and the loading bar at the bottom. Also if your account is somehow connected to Facebook it spams your Facebook friends every time you play a game.
Ever since the last update we’ve had to delete and reinstall the game daily to play. It won’t load and we’ve lost games due to not played in time. Other than this the game is great. Sometimes the answers are iffy but no one is perfect. We gave 3. Cause of the recent issues with playing.
Lately the app wont start. Today we had to go to the App Store and click Developers website in order for it to start. It happens randomly, we couldnt play for about two weeks until the last update was done five days ago. Clicking anything to get help takes us to the game, which wouldnt start. Is this the only way to communicate with the developer? Theres definitely a glitch, today its still glitchy, probably tomorrow too. We have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, no change. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP OR we WILL HAVE TO DELETE – we DONT WANT TO DO THAT, THIS IS ACTUALLY A FUN GAME.. WHEN IT WORKS.

Finally a trivia game with a mix of easy and hard questions but with plenty of difficult questions. We love playing trivia and we love learning something new so we want questions we dont actually know.
Its creator shut down and took the game with it. Maybe you could buy it and put it on the internet again. Its such a great game.
Quite disappointed that the developers have taken out party mode. We loved competing with our friends using this feature and we all feel they should bring it back.
This game was the main game that kept interaction between our family during the lockdown period. And slowly ads started coming in and started getting annoying and then the multiplayer option was removed. That was the main reason we used to play the game. Cause no matter how much people were there we were able to play together. Now its more like a single player game. Thats the reason we all uninstalled the game.
Quiz game only works once in a while. This is like the fourth time that we mentioned this. Not happy. Seems like you cannot fix the problems. Waste of our time trying to get this fixed. Would not recommend this phone to anyone.
One of the questions asked which US president wrote the whistle and they had the answer is Benjamin Franklin. Benjamin Franklin was never a president!!!
We liked the app very much. However, after using it for about two weeks through facebook screen freezes and time is still ticking against you for a given question. The display dims and you cant press anything. It can be due to ad that the app is trying to popup but IOS is probably blocking it. App needs error handler configuration for this scenario looks like. Will change the rating once issue is fixed.

It says you can play the world but we only see options to play with friends. We sat on the app for a couple minutes clicking everything and looking around but couldnt get into a game.
