We are trying to save our progress. Our phone was replaced and we want to save it so we can play on our new phone. Our old phone has Wi-Fi but sos only, but we keep getting the message you are offline now please try again later. What gives.
We love this game, but it all of a sudden started telling us we were offline. We dont even want to play anymore.

Im a sucker for word games especially unique & challenging ones- Im not talking about the million versions of how many words can you make from these letters – just presented differently we dont care how they do it theyre all the same or the different versions of scrabble – gets old quick – games like this take components of crossword, scrabble , how many words and spin it in their own completely different unique way. Word buddies is def our new addiction – thank you for taking the time to create something new unique and fun – bonus for a story line and boosters that help but arent required to win. Im sure as we progress Ill be spending cash to move forward as Im not the most patient player but props for not making us spend $ or sit through 30+ second ads right from the start.
We find this to be one of the best word games out there where you can play against yourself.
This game is a lot of fun BUT to many ads.
This is a great game but Ive been waiting for more levels to begin again. Also, the price of buying of letters has tripled as well as replacing words. We preferred it when we could replace the words without paying $300.
We like this word game a lot. Wish less ads. However we are on level 299 and cannot complete. How do we trigger the TW.
We enjoy it but ads are driving us crazy. Got 0 ads until level 9. We get the ads to double your coins but then interrupt game for an ad is what aggravates us.
Game wont let us in if Im not able to get in thru Facebook.
We like playing this game it stimulates your thoughts and challenging but just hate the more than usual frequent ads that now started to show up and dont like how stingy they are with coin rewards for each level a hint costs 500 coins and you only get 35 coins for each level completed.
We really enjoy this game and we understand the need for advertisements. But we will not continue to play if we are subjected to any more nasty, disgusting game adverts. Please stop.

We do love the game, we just wish it had more gem stone event things. Its the only time we play. And why in the he11 didnt you name it Cow-Wards.
We were on level 462 when the game locked us out.
Im only giving this three stars because of the NONSTOP ADS! We cant stand only being able to play one tile between ads. You place your tile, you watch an ad, you place your tile, you watch an ad. Its too many ADS! We love this app other than the ads. & the little events they have are fun if they load correctly.
Okay so Im going to start off by saying that this game honestly would get a full five stars from us for its uniqueness and challenging/fun gameplay. We have been hooked ever since we started playing THIS MORNING. Yeah, after level 9 the ads started getting obnoxious, but we were more than happy to pay the $1.99 to remove them. Havent had a single ad pop up since. The issue, however, is the fact that Im unable to interact with other players at all. Either nothing happens when we tap on someone, or Im told we have a network error (which is not the case). We cant communicate with people on our team, and we cant challenge other players. Im also a bit salty about the fact that we won the tournament by a landslide, having last checked the standings with 13 minutes left. We wish we wouldve taken a screenshot, but oh well. We were given exactly one coin for participation and the tournament just started itself over without honoring our victory. Which is a bit annoying, especially if thats just going to happen over and over. We still sincerely enjoy playing this game THAT much though that Ill continue to do so just for the fun of the levels, but we know eventually Im going to hit some kind of brick wall glitch. DEVELOPERS PLEASE COME BACK AND FIX IT BECAUSE IT IS ACTUALLY A WONDERFUL GAME AND we WANNA EXPERIENCE THE WHOLE THING.
We used to enjoy this game, And support used to be responsive, now we cant seemTo access support within the game, messages are being sent. And Im on a level that doesnt appear to be winnable. Its a very bad combination when you cant pass the level and Support isnt there to address the issue.
Love the idea. Hate all the ads, will not pay to remove. Piggy bank should be free when filled.. With all the ads this uses, the devs should have plenty of money to have an all free game. Also, lvl 299 .. There is dL, no dw. Tried 3 times… Whats wrong with this lvl. We saw others have probs w it too. Would love to continue playing, but if no way to get passed this, will delete. Plz respond in kind about how to fix lvl 299, consider free play with as much ads as yall use.
We are enjoying this game. However there is one pet peeve that we have about this game and so many others. You play the game and collect coins that go into a piggy bank of some description. Then to access the coins youve earned through playing the game and watching numerous ads to get to the next screen youre encouraged to pay $2.99 to open your piggy bank. We understand wanting to make money, but come on! The consumer/player of your game is already watching ads for which the company/maker of the game is receiving money. Just dont offer us the coins if we have to pay to bust em out of the piggy bank. Annoying! Otherwise, the game is fun. Love the graphics, puzzles, etc.

Loved this game, but its never had any more levels updated. Great game wishing there was another one like it.
It stuck in offline mode and we cannot figure out to undo this. We cannot add name or save it. No we do not have an ID number… Because again offline mode. We are on the internet no problem with other games etc.
We have been waiting for months to get coming soon!!! Im going to uninstall it if it doesnt come ASAP.

Cute game but once you get to level 12 the ads are ridiculous… We Hate at every single puzzle theres a LONG ad then you cannot even close them without going to the app store.
Soooooo many ads! Other games let you play a polity le before an ad – but this app has ads – AFTER EVERY MOVE! Its ridiculous.
We have been stuck on level 299. Supposed to be able to create double words only shows double letters. No help, no solutions, no customer service no nothing.
The game starts fine but the higher you get, it just starts giving unusable letter and no vowels. How do you make a word with two Vs, three Qs and an X??? We have never even seen the letter L unless it is already placed on the board for a challenge. Purpose is to get you to spend real money!! Ill be moving on!! Bye.
Fun game too ADS its like every minute they interrupt EVERY game its over kill :(.
This game will take our money to purchase but when theres a few hours left of a tournament the placement screen always times out and will not show your place. With 3 or 5 hours Im in the top 3 and pretty soon some glitch occurs, and when the tournament is over, conveniently theres no winnings to pay out. Thats ridiculous.
An ad after every play? No way! Ads are longer than play time. DELETED.
After the track our progress update, we only had 6000 coins, not 65000. We bought many of those by purchasing the 2700 coins. If thats not robbery, we dont know what is. Also, several times we lost all our treasures in the chest just by closing the app mid game and following the track our progress. Thank goodness for Apple. Our most recent purchases were refunded, but the developers arent responsive, so the app has been deleted from all of our devices.
This game would be fun if it didnt have ads. We purchased no ads but kept getting ads. Tried contacting their customer service and they never responded. Deleting app now.
We would give it 0 stars if we could but lets just say the one star is for the game concept. The game is fun to play. When you can play it. There are so many ads we cannot even enjoy this game. Evey other turn while in a board seems there is an ad. Then for the extra letter thats flying by watch another ad (we can get that one, watch this ad and get this xtra) But its the ads that keep playing while you already on a board that are frustrating. Then we are on a Team that is apparently now dead (we seem to be the only one on it) But we cant leave it. Keeps telling us network error when our network is fine. Wont let us get the daily 5 bonuses you can get from watching ads. Shows Im offline when Im not. When ads play when they are done our screen goes black and we are having to blindly tap around the top of the screen until the ad disappears. We are not having any offline or this issue with the ads going to blackscreen on any other game we play. We are done.. This game has become too frustrating to play.
Be careful with this one if you win first secon or third place, they dont even honor the coins you are to receive. Fortunately we had a screen shot of the page saying we were number 2. What a rip. Ok, you said you fixed the problem, where are the coins we won. We can send you the user Id if you need it. And a screen shot of the win.
Ive played this game for a long time. We spend money on coins because we enjoy the game and playing through the levels. This week, we won the champions tournament. Our reward? Nothing. Zilch. Our 5,000 coins are nowhere to be seen. We opened a chat through the app to ask for help and now (10 hours later) we have not received a response. So, we can pay them, but they cant reward us. Cool. Ill delete the app now.
Hi very disappointed with your new update.we just spent 25$on the game one of which was the 4.99$ extra helps.anyway they were taken away from us (the golden ticket).with your new update It sure doesnt seem fair .Im going to be very Leary of buying it again as you seem to have an update every month. Again very disappointed and now to top it off we cant get the free coins for watching the ads ,l have tried many times a day and every day for a week .and we have to shut our machine down to get it off there we dont want to quit the game we really like it.but we might have to .please at lease look into this .it seems so unfair.
Love the game but for the last 2 days it keeps freezing/crashing on us in the middle of our game.
We used to enjoy this game, enough so that we paid the one time fee to play ad-free. However, since youve updated the app, the letters provided typically include only one vowel, necessitating the player to watch an ad to receive a free tile. Or the letters on the players rack will be so awful that the player is forced to watch an ad or pay for the boxing glove assist to replace chosen letters. We find it impossible to play without watching constantly ads or continuously paying money. We are sad to say goodbye to what was once a favorite game, but it feels like the developers pulled a bait & switch, offering a price to play the game ad-free and then forcing an update that now negates what was promised, in an underhanded way.
We have tried to download the new version three times now to no avail.
This is a great game and is very challenging. The only thing that would be nice is not having the ads during a game after receiving new tiles. It is very distracting especially when you are trying to think of the next word. We have tried other scrabble games but really like the format of this game.
We love this game, however in the middle of playing and ads pop up to get free letters or a free move the game freezes and we lose it and have to start all over! Which means we lose our Olivers treasures. And it cost to many coins to buy new letters or extra moves.
However, we dont think the costs to play should be so prohibitive. Ive played for a long time and the prices for extra letters has almost tripled. Excessive Greed is never a basis for good ratings, and recommendations to new players, when challengers are taken advantage of.
App has been telling us Ive completed all levels but more are coming (for over two weeks now). Ive reached out to customer service, and nothing.

To many ads. Not what we were expecting. We were expecting more fun games not scrabble. We are deleting.
We love the concept. It is a fun game, but when we get ads between every single move within the same round, it becomes beyond frustrating. Playing the game is probably not the best use of our time, but when we spend 3 minutes on a round with 6 moves because we have so many ads, and repeating ones at that, it makes us not want to play the game. Poor programming, creators.. It has so much potential.
