We play this game constantly and look forward to the mid week Butterfly collection. However when we clear the wheel there isnt a way to merge our butterflies. Ugh!
Game will no longer load after last update. Im not reinstalling, because we will lose all of our coins and progress. Please, please fix!
Far too many interruptions with a ridiculous amount of ads. Takes away from the fun of playing the game. Makes us want to delete the game.
Every few seconds it would interrupt our game, go to the internet, and say we won some Amazon thing.
This app does not work. Every time we try to open it, it shuts our phone completely down. We thought maybe they were working on it but 3 days later, its still not working. And it still shuts our phone all the way down just by trying to open the app! Would not recommend at all. Terrible app!

We got blank screens twice within the last month. Need to delete app to redownload it. We were ranked #1 in the tournament this past weekend. Lost all our coins and the placement.
We love this game but the ads are entirely too long. Anyone with half a brain knows within 15 seconds whether they are interested in the ad or not !!! First they start at 15 or 25 seconds and then you think the ad is over and up pops another 5 seconds and then sometimes another 5 seconds pops up. Its ridiculous!!
We’ve been playing this game on and off for several years. Recently we’ve been playing every day. Yesterday the game stopped opening. We did the update and now the game wont open at all Guess we have to find another word game to play. We’ve tried to open it at least 15 times since yesterday.
It has been about three weeks now that it refuses to open. It was a fun game while it lasted, but we may be deleting soon it if doesnt fix itself.

Enjoyed this until now. Finish a game and ad starts. Runs 5 seconds and X appears in upper right. Used to be you click on X and it would go to screen of sponsor. Click Done and youre back in game. Now you click X and goes to screen of sponsor and then Done but goes back to another 5 second ad. Sometimes 3 times. Was good to play but not now. Probably delete it if this doesnt change.
This looked like fun but soon became frustrating with an ad after almost every game. Im done.
This game is rigged. It is extremely selective of which words are accepted for each round. As you try to figure out the last words, the game has some word that wouldnt even be admissible in a spelling bee. They want you to buy and spend their way. No thanks!! Also, your rewards are very chintzy- one has to watch 5 long ads to get 50 coins. We will go back to playing something thats challenging and fair to its users!!
When and if it works!! Used to play it multiple times per day; had accumulated around 7,500 score. In the middle of a contest when it stopped working. Only getting a white screen with Word Puzzles Logo. PLEASE FIX THIS!!
In the commercial there was a women with a baby who got pushed off of a bridge. So when downloading we were expecting to help her like in the ad. BUT to our surprise there was no woman. IT LIED TO METhis is very upsetting considering we wanted to help the woman and we were expecting fun decorating. Im very angry now.
This game is super easy, takes you to a place of relaxation.
We’ve been playing this game for a long time. When we open Word Card it just shows word card in the middle of the screen and doesnt open. We really miss playing Word Card. We are playing on an IPad 9th generation, Version 16.3.1. Is there anything you can do to fix this problem?
We have written the developers several times because we can no longer collect butterflies yet we can purchase the bonus by giving up 10,000 pts every week. There are a lot of ad interruptions, too. We enjoy the weekend tournaments but we like playing for butterflies until last 3 mos. We also agree with others that some of the most common words are not useable & made up ones are. We do hope the developers care what the players are reporting is most frustrating about game so they can continue to have long term players.
It should have bigger word boards.
Have been playing this for a while and its OK, if somewhat too simple, didnt even mind the ads too much since most of them are short BUT it recently started running an ad (you might like this at the top) with which will NOT go away no matter how long you wait. Only way to continue playing is to exit the app and return some time later (not right away, the ad is still up). Have deleted other apps because of this particular ad and am doing it again. Adios Word Card.
Fast pace and not too many interruptions.
Use of brand name products in one puzzle that doesnt work in another is frustrating especially when its not a common product like the word bowser. Otherwise the best puzzle game we’ve used.
We really games like this. It keeps the brain active and fresh.
