If we dont finish a puzzle in one sitting it will delete some of our progress when we return the next day.
Too many ads now. It was not always so. Too bad we enjoyed it once and had completed many levels. Now deleting the game.
We’ve played this for a long time. We like the daily puzzles too but it wont keep your scores unless you watch ads between the challenges. The last 2 updates are ONLY to show continuous ads! We deleted the game today. You can keep your stupid ads.

Many other similar games that are superior without the annoying adds that you have to watch entire ad many multiple minutes long with no way to exit ad. Removed this ap as it is too annoying!!
We were able to use the word rape as an acceptable word one round and the very next round it was denied? We have also put in words as crane and was told its not an acceptable word? What is wrong with this game and why are legitimate words denied in one round in the next round approved? Customer support support is nonexistent.
We made it to level 2000 through pure perseverance. The game is addicting and stimulates the old grey matter while attempting to figure out what words arent either rejected or filed away without populating the puzzle. Im done with the frustration. Deleted.
Love this game, but the Daily Challenge has not worked since March! We have messaged support and they said they were aware, but thats been 2-3 months ago.
It is frozen on the purchase coins page again 3 times you have answered we will get your coins. We DO NOT WANT TO BUY COINS! We just want to play the game. This will not restore or give you game. So no puzzle just money page again. Please fix. Sorry we completed May & started June , but today it will not go to June maybe because we finished 31st then went back &completed the 29th. But had played some June now it will not switch to June. Help! We have played everyday thru today June 13 th. All squares had 3 icons. Today come back to play & all days are empty as if we did not play all month. Yet we can go back & replay them. From June 1 until June13. Help this never happened before. Can you replay? Happened on6/14 all blank again. Happened today 6/15 earlier today all days were filled thru6/14 & tonite entire screen is blank 6/1 thru 6/14 so we play the 15th & it fills in but all others are blank like never played. The stars that show when completed 3 stars are not there for yesterday or any day from the 1st thru 23rd. So we went back to 23rd & played & got 3 stars again. So we can double play 1-23. You never corrected. So we will get double thanks. 7/1/20 calendar states Julybut frozen no numbers on calendar to indicate days. Dated April cannot get any dates to appear like 1-31. Unable to play please fix we love the game but doesnt always work 7/2 no way to play in July. No dates on calendar. Get collect for day but nothing to play. HELP FIX YOUR GAME. Now no dates to play for July on calendar one on August cannot play. Never an answer.
We have loved this game and enjoyed the daily challenges. They were not available for the entire month of April, came back for May and have not worked for June or July. Im about done with it.
We enjoy the game but it accepts abbreviations as words and doesnt accept other words. Plus we have not been able to play the daily game since April 18th. Very annoying!!

Frustrating to play, inconsistent rules, constant ads. Words that are recognized in one round aren’t even considered words in the next. Sometimes proper nouns are acceptable, other times not. The "free hint" button is a joke – you have to hit it multiple times (and watch multiple ads) just to get enough coins for one hint. Just avoid this trash.
We have it on our moms phone and on our iPad you dont have to have internet for it it gets tricky but thats what is fun about it and that is not the ad for the game it is just a different game ok.

We used to love this game, and still love playing the regular game… But here lately, if we play the daily puzzles… We go to play the next daily puzzle, and the three stars are gone from the day before… As if we hadnt played it at all… Its not worth even trying to play it… The sad thing is… Its a great game… When it works the way its supposed to… Hopefully the bugs in the game will be fixed SOON…
There are numerous instances of common words that are not recognized as valid. Its frustrating to not receive points for valid words.
We have sent messages to the developers but no response. Since the last update, a lot of the features in this are now broken. Daily games no longer work. Going to delete soon if they cant fix it.
No new games in months, so we think this game is a dead end & they wont provide new puzzles. Also, this game takes slang words but rejects tons of real words, & the amount of ads will make you crazy. Move along to a better game.
We hate that stuff. Dont force ads on us after every level. We thought it was doing good got to level 35 no forced ads. Then BOOM forced ad after every level. BOOM DELETE! If you have banner ads and ads for your tips and ads for extra gold thats good enough dont force it on us. We will delete your game and one star the game.
We used to love this game. We played it every day through March 31, 2020. When we went in on April 1st, the daily puzzles are no longer available & when we start a regular game & log out during the game, when we go back in later or the next day, all of our words are gone & we have to start over again. We have reported these issues several times but nothing has been done. Please dont tell us to reboot our device & try again because that does not work. We have emailed & we have done the contact us from within the game with no response. We guess it is time to delete it & replace it with something else!
We liked this game and have played it regularly, but as of tonight, Im done. Im tired of actual words that most people would recognize being rejected and abbreviations and little known words being in the list. Example: sty not accepted but etc, cline, and trey were words we had to find to complete a round. Also, some plurals are accepted, some are not and it seems pretty random. It was fun for a long time, but Im tired of the ads and the randomness of the accepted/rejected words.
We open to play and for two days now nothing. All we can do is open and its frozen. Please fix. We are now trying to open game and it closes on us. Freezes if we can get it open.
We love this game. In the past we believe we were able to play without the ads. The ads are too frequent and last a long time. We have found other games we like but would return if they cut us a break and make it paid, with no ads.
This game is our favorite but it keeps freezing on us and at one point and time we were on level 600 something and had to delete it and when we downloaded it again we had to start over now we are in the 200 s and it is doing it again. Please fix it so it stops doing it, it is a daily game for us and we have spent a lot of money on this game but will delete and find another game if it dont stop freezing.
We understand some ads, but this app is ridiculous. There are too many ads and they are too long for what play time you get. We like the app, particularly the daily challenge, but we quit playing cause we dont have the patience to get to the actual play.
We really love this game. Our dad first downloaded it on his phone, and our whole family loves it! We are currently on level 808 and still going! There are some minor mistakes where it doesnt recognize a word when its an actual word. Besides that, this game is really addicting. Whenever our dad opens the app, everyone in our family joins in, including our five-year-old brother and our mom. We would definitely recommend this game! Also, for our family, there arent any ads at all. Its probably because we play it when theres no WiFi. If you are playing this game, we would suggest disabling the WiFi while playing, based on all of the other reviews about all of the ads.
Overall, we like the game; but there are aspects we dont like at all: 1. Either allow proper nouns or dont. Having it so some puzzles accept them and others dont is frustrating. 2. Either accept plural words or dont. 3. Load a real dictionary into your system and accept all words that are in the dictionary. 4. You recently changed the game so puzzles accept only words of certain lengths. Thats fine, and its ok that you flash a note to remind us. But dont yell at us with that exclamation point.

We loved playing this game. But as of today, we are deleting and telling our friends to do the same. One of the words available on the puzzle that we were playing, was an ethnically offensive word. Why this word was not deemed invalid as so many other words are, Im not sure. This is a time where we need to make sure that we are uniting as a country and not becoming more divisive.
We loved this game, we played it every single day but since it was updated we can no longer play it. It freezes like crazy within 10 seconds of opening the app and wont unfreeze. Please fix this issue and then Ill give it 5 stars. Im on level 871 and have done the dailys since we began playing the app. Please fix this issue the app is now having.

Game is fun but the ads.. Grrr! Even though we enjoy this game time to delete. Many word games to choose from. Fun game as we once said but now the issue with game is it freezes up, ads are still an issue too. Not paying when we have a free game.

Cant believe the game ads…. Like Choices …. Your wifes water broke… Should you stay with your lover or go to your wife. Uhmmm… We dont know… That will take some deep thinking to decide what to do!
