Good game, but it has been crashing on our iPhone 7 lately. Needs updating.
Good concept for a game and relaxing to play. The trouble is that you have to find word in the letters you are give. However, several times the game makes words that arent really word or that reuse letters that you can actually reuse – making the game unplayable for some puzzles. You have to use your power ups or spend you coins to be able to solve the puzzle and move on. Definitely frustrating. Either the game is portly designed or its designed to get you to have to spend real money to advance.
We enjoyed the word game but the design game is childish and insulting to human intelligence. We are at level 104 so we played for a while and collected many star and many diamonds. Here is what happens, you solve a word puzzle and you get some coins, 5 diamonds and one star. Now comes the design part, there is so many meaningless task and stupid tasks that waste your stars and we will give you an example: Alice had a Flash of inspiration whatever that is and that cost us one star, and it cost us two stars because Alice has A new friend and the Good old days which is meaningless cost us two stars.2 stars for Alice to have breakfast with her mom. The most annoying task is that we have to spend so many stars to build a dog house. A dog house in a restaurant is something we havent seen and we dont want to be there when the health department shows up. After that it is two stars to bathe the dog and two stars to feed him. When we had to use 2 stars because the dog is happy we decided that we had enough and we deleted the game. The word game is fun and we may have continued playing that without the design part.
On our android we are playing the latest version that was updated on March 12 when will it be updated on this platform.
Ugh, you know, we love this game, but we cant save our progress through Facebook. It wont let us saying that this app is still in development mode and we dont have access to it. It says switch to a register test user or ask an app administrator for permission. And Im all like, Say what? Youve got to be kidding us. Aw, come on, thats not fair. We just downloaded this game not too long ago on our iPhone 8. We dont know how to switch to a register test user. We never learned how. To the creator of this app, if you are reading this, please help us out. Because Im not in the mood for this.
We enjoy playing this game. We’ve played it everyday. We like how the ads are once in a while and not after ever game. Now we still log in and play to get the points and gems. We only wish there is/was another level. Seems we’ve done all the levels and hope for new levels soon if theres any.

We like this game a lot. We’ve been playing over a year. The ads arent between every level, are only 5 seconds before you can skip unless you are watching one to get something. Then they are at most 30 seconds. You also have the option of buying no ads. We dont care for the style of the stuff to pick, but it doesnt really matter, its just not our style. The game always works and gets more challenging, but not ridiculous (so far and Im on level 1054).
We suggest giving the recipe for certain ones like the honey bagel as we messed up when we used one from online.
We love the game but it keeps closing we cant play.
Been playing this for a while and it has the potential to be a really fun game aside from a few things. First, there is way too much talking, way too much of a storyline, we find myself skipping the majority of it because it becomes tedious very quickly. Also you have to spend way too many stars you play levels for on tasks that are not decorating. You spend 2 stars constantly just to make a phone call or have a conversation. Its ridiculous. We’ve played almost 200 levels and have spent the majority of the stars we have gotten on the people talking and calling each other. You also only get 2 options to decorate unless you wanna spend 240 gems on the other ones and you only get 5 gems per level and thats only if you complete the combo and dont mess up. So yeah, this game needs a lot of work but could be really fun.
This is a well-designed game with a thoughtful story, adorable characters (I love that theyre not all super-skinny!) and a great variety of levels within the crossword concept. Unfortunately, the remove ads feature is extremely unreliable. Its 4.99 a month, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Theres no way to know until suddenly youre sitting through another 30-second pop up. Also, the games own special offers pop up so often that its frustrating. Sometimes theyre reasonable; other times Ill have to click through 3 specials after every level we play.
How long is the wait for new tasks?
We really love this game, but we’ve been trying to open out the past hour and we click play and it just stays on the title screen. Its restarted multiple times. Not sure what the issue is.

This game is so fun! The puzzles and backgrounds are visually pleasing, not too complicated, generous with helps bad boosters and we love the decoration part! Great choices to choose from!
We like this game except for the fact that we paid for no ads and guess what? We are still getting ADS! Not just one either. Its constantly popping up. Come on!!! Plus it does insult your intelligence. Two stars to send a text that doubles on the text page. Another 2 stars, if not more, to see how a character is feeling, etc. 3 stars to put up a painting but you dont get to pick a painting yet. You have to read about how they feel about it first, then you have to get 3 more stars to actually do the deed! Please! Good grief! Another thing is the game refuses to sync up with FB for some ungodly reason. We have it on two devices yet on one device we are on level 520 something and on the other device we have had to play one scene 4 times now! Get it together people or youre going bye bye.
We like solving the word puzzles, but we have a question. We unlock all these food items in the game, and all the customers order bagels. What is the point of unlocking the food? Found some bugs. When doing ice cream you cant back out when your done. It requires you to play a level whether you want to or not. Also when they do the text messages everything gets double posted. Finally sometimes when your telling the player whats going on you get it wrong. For example you had a conversation about paintings and it was actually plants. We just unlocked the receptionist and cant place him or her. We just get a black screen and have to back out. Do we have to progress the story or is it a future update or something?
Im wondering why when we do those combos we never get any stars? We really like the game but Im disappointed that we have to use our stars for just an employee to talk for ten seconds! We use alot of the props in the puzzles for nothing. Im also wondering why we cannot purchase any Stars??! Im really getting frustrated because you do 3 word puzzles that are extremely long just for the employees to talk for 3 seconds over and over!!

Opens and then nothing happens! Please fix the bug.
Installed the game Friday and even now when we click play it doesnt open the game we hear the noise of beach in background but just repeats the noise. Even if we force close and restart app same thing happens.
We saw an add for this game. It looked fun so we downloaded it. When we open the app there is a loading bar that fills to 100% but when we press play nothing happens and we cant even play the game.

We love this game but, it keeps crashing and not loading in today. It worked fine last night, now this… We way up in levels and dont want to lose any progress.
The game is fun and interesting in the beginning. When you get to rebuilding the kitchen, the options for the furniture are more limited. Before we had three free options, now we only have two. Definitely deleted the game after that. If youre going to limit us so much at least have cheaper options than 300 gem furniture. What happens when we get to the the other rooms? Will we only have one choice?
