We paid for the ad-free version, but when they updated the app, we lost it. Lost all of our coins, history, etc. Emails are not being responded to.
We have been playing this game for many years, and yes, once we made the investment to eliminate Ads, as necessary as they are for the income and growth of the game, they are also what destroys interest in playing the game. This is a great adult calm past time.
Hace aos que juego con mi viejo a Apalabrados en su antigua y clara interfaz, es una pena esta versin sobrecargada con elementos innecesarios. Impensable instalrselo a mi pap lo dejara mareado y peor an us reclamara que le instale esta nueva versin para perjudicarlo y tomar ventaja. Es entendible que requieran una suscripcin para que sea viable como negocio, pero es razonable contar con una version mas minimalista con suscripcin. Saludos.

Ive had to delete the app and reinstall 5 times this week! Our favorite game is increasingly frustrating! Now its making us log in , which is a multi step process, EVERYTIME we OPEN THE APP. Come on, get it together please.
We just updated to the newest version of Word Crack. Honestly, the previous version was FAR superior to this one. Quicker, better graphics, more user friendly. Just our opinion.
One of our favorite games. Unfortunately recently there has been a weird issue with it refusing to launch properly. Opens and closes in a split second. Only fix is delete and reinstall. Getting tiresome. Please fix.
Muchas veces creo es la falta de anuncios, pero todo iba bien hasta la semana pasada, durante la actualizacin, al querer abrir el app resulta inactivo, ya no existe. Raro! Pero bien us quede sin juego. Por suerte tena guardada la vieja versin, que no es ni por cerca como est.
We inadvertently deleted the original word crack app and am horrified with the update. It is terrible. The original Word Crack was simple and competitive,. This update is nothing but ad-watch options and is crap.
What is going on with your company? The new version is awful! Our Turn is not our turn.it is our opponents turn. We cannot delete old games. We have to search, even under their turn, for active games that are really our turn. What a mess you have created. We guess we will have to search for another similar app to play as yours has become more aggravating than enjoyable. And depending on where you live, the app is different. Our brother lives in a different state and his game is nothing like ours. Please go back to your old version or you have lost us.

We have played this game for years, its our favorite, however, it freezes innthe ads, we have paid for free ad, it doesnt work. Continues to freeze after an ad. We have to delete it every time, this happens when we want to trade our letters or anytime an ad comes on. So annoying.
We loved this game! Yesterday when we turned it on we had to put in user name and password. It wouldnt take our password. So we tried to get a new password.They sent us one and we put it in and it said password incorrect. Well, we have sent in 4 more passwords that were sent to us None worked! We guess Ill have to just give up. We have played with some people a long time.

Ive played this for several years but Im quitting. We dont like the recent significant update. May be its the interface or the new added cheats. We played Word w/ Friends but quit after their new version too.
The old one was much better. Too many ads. You better get another scrabble clone.
We used to love playing this game and made some friends that we would chat with while we played. We like that we can come back to the game and play at our own pace. Unfortunately this update is terrible. We can no longer chat, we can't even open up the chat at all. There's a red dot showing we have messages that we can't get to. It also got rid of our scores after the update so we are back to zero. We liked the simplicity of the original game as well but am willing to overlook the new game and graphics to still play if our chat is restored.
Games disappear. Sometimes it doesnt tell you if you win or lose. Please revert to the previous version. The only good new feature is the instant totaling.

A lot of issues, ads last forever, have to reopen the app each time in order to fix the issues… It was much much better and faster before this new version.
This game was our favorite at then, we usually play against many opponents around the world, our kids and we chat while the game is going on even when the game is not running but since the app is updated it becomes so annoying You can't chat with opponents and the gameplay is just different. Please we would appreciate if you bring back the old version. We bet many of our friends from different countries deleted the app because of the useless updatesdo something about it.. You are losing a lot of customers.

Great game for people who are not good at Scrabble and would prefer to cheat and buy hints and aids in coming up with high-point words. Im offloading.
We play this game daily. But, within the last week it no longer saves our preferences. We hate the zoom, and it is aways on one we close the app. We turn it off and its back when we return.
Dont like this new update. Now every time we go into the app we have to manually turn off the music, the automatic zoom and other noises. It does not save our setting and to avoid we go in less than before.
Frustrated that most of the ads wont let us mute the sound. The button to mute just takes you to download. Back and forth. Plus 30 sec ads are too long especially with annoying sounds. Love the game but starting to become annoying.

For the past couple weeks the server has been offline make it impossible to play. Word Crack2 still works but its much too busy and clunky to be as easy to play.

This game was so much more fun when you were allowed to interact with friends and family. Now its just like playing with a computer. Dry and boring. And whats up with giving hints on what words to play? You dont need to develop scrabble skills to be good anymore. The game tells you where to play. Its more like a childrens game now.
We just downloaded this cuz we really like playing Scrabble. Im frustrated by the fact that the spelling allowed is atrocious!!.. Given that, we tried turning a misspelled word that the game accepted by an opponent into a properly spelled word it wouldnt accept it!! Very frustrating!.. Its difficult to play a game when nonsense words are accepted & actual words are not.
Just a problem, we think you may have forgotten a little bit of game between this ad library app.
