We love this game to keep myself sharp and to just enjoy some downtime. Im in level 3001. Our main issue is starting about 100 games back it went from being challenging at times to almost ridiculous. We’ve had multiple times where we had 40 or more extra words that werent used and the ones in the puzzle were guesses. When we hit the definitions they were words of a highly scientific nature no one would know. Just almost made up. We get challenging but when over 40 legit words arent used for ones no one knows, its ridiculous.
We like the game a lot but annoying ed that the background sometimes changes to the big red question mark!
It now has words that are not actual words. Today in puzzle 1645 one their words was NTH Other words recently include PHSCY which prob was suppose to be PSYCH. And NDD Please spell check these better!
In the adds it was fake and it was hard.

Used to be relaxing, fun game. Commercials are now out of control. 30 sec commercials with great frequency; some are rather obnoxious. Life is too short for thus.
We received a survey during our game & told us we could win an iPad. We did the survey, we had 3 chances to open a box to see if we won. 1st one, nope. 2nd one yep, it said we won. Said we needed to pay $1-5 for shipping. Well, you know what happened. We were charged twice, $25.32 & $9.97. Looked at us email, it said thanks for shopping with us???
This game is a lot of fun and very challenging also very addictive . An all night game .
We tried and tried to buy from the full piggy bank and it wont let us connect. Cant even connect to the support page. Hope this gets fixed.

We have played this game since since 2018. Well worth the in app purchase to avoid ads. Im on level 23394. The end of the line. Really disappointed in how long it takes for more levels to be added. We play about 25-30 levels daily. You need to play many levels to collect all the coins in the Quests. Would really be nice if the developers would add new levels more frequently. We enjoy the tournaments on the weekends when you get close to the end of the line you are not invited to participate in the tournaments because there are not enough levels to play. This is the only game we play. We enjoy finding out how many words we can find. Its good for our mind. We would recommend this game but do not count on updates.
Ads after every level and they are LONG ads. We like the game but we cant with all the ads.
We’ve played this game for a while now, and lately they added an extra tile game. This time we decided to get a couple of extra add-ons to play, and the game shut down on us. We couldnt restart it, and it never reset. We emailed several times to get a refund, or have them transfer the add-ons to the original game, but got nothing in a reply, at all! We have written a few other times about bugs in the game, and its the same thing. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was enough for us. If youre going to have a game, and offer purchases, you should have some sort of technical help, to assist when something like this happens. Not some auto reply of thank you for the suggestion on improving our game!!
We have a friend who is an English professor and shes never heard of a lot of them.
We’ve been playing this game for a long time. When we first got it several years ago we played it fairly frequently, but then stopped because of the amount of ads and when we filled up the bank it wasnt releasing the coins. Something about only once a day. We gave up because some of the games can be fairly difficult and you need a hint. We deleted it from our phone and about a year later we reloaded it and it appeared they had fixed it where once you got 50 coins in the bank and watched yet another advertisement for another 30 seconds it released the coins. So we’ve played a lot. Now all of a sudden its back to only giving you one win of 50 coins a day. The box is grayed out until the next day. We think they make money on the number of ads you watch. So if youre only giving us 50 coins a day. Which by the way is only one hint. Then Im going to delete the app again and youll make less money because Im not watching the same stupid ads over and over again. Too bad because we did enjoy it.
We love the game but can no longer take all the advertising.
When doing the tournament you start out 70 and the next time you go in the two people ahead of you have1153 and 424 after rounds there is a problem. We would give it – 5 stars but it will let us.
This is a great app and we play it every day. Right now, Im having some problem with the tile crush sub game. Its totally locked up. Id like the developers to address this bug. Thanks!!

We played this game for two years and then made the mistake of purchasing coins a couple times to speed up progress in a tournament. After that, the puzzles became impossible to solve so that we had to spend down our coins for clues continuously. When we say impossible we mean truly obscure words, scientific terms, expert terms, and abbreviated slang words. Would you be able to guess the word ethmoid? We are assuming we triggered some algorithm that will require constant purchases if we want to continue the game. Even if you are a Jeopardy champion, an internationally-recognized scholar, or a bonafide word smith, our advice to you is – play but dont spend!.
Great game. We’ve been playing it for about 3 years and love it, but as of lately our game has not been rewarding us for our daily gifts or whatever they are. Especially on the spins. Our app is up to date and everything else works within the app just fine except for when we spin to win and land on coins. Our coin amount before spinning doesnt change after its shown us to win coins.
All of a sudden our game stopped,working. The download doesnt work either. What is happening?
We used to have almost no adds. Upgrade our phone and now we have ads between each game. WTH? Where is the pay version? Also it has always been annoying that the plural of some words is in the dictionary yet the singular are not.
You get to spin this wheel in the game, there are some awesome rewards on the wheel, BUT we’ve played this game for years and the wheel just keeps on spinning until it feels like stopping. Even after you hit stop. It ALWAYS stops on just a discounted prize. This game is pretty much pay to play. Update: the wheel still spins a full 3 or 4 turns after you hit stop and still only lands on discounts. Shameless money grab. Why give us the option to stop it at all?? Utterly stupid. We think Im finally going to uninstall. There are better games that have developers that ACTUALLY care.

We played up to level 7000 something and lost it when we bought a new phone. Oh well, we just restarted. What happened to the ability to purchase coins at the end of each game at special prices? It was something like 4000 coins for $10.00. That lasted a long time for us and was better than the shop. We love this game and we miss that feature.
We have played this game for years. We are at a very high level. But its become a game that Im about ready to retire because at the level Im at they are using words that are impossible to guess. Im really good at word games and our vocabulary is extensive. But its gotten to the point that its ridiculous. Words are chosen that no one ever uses nor have we ever heard. Weird words. It was more fun when there were a couple that way, but for the most part, with a lot of thinking, and maybe a clue or two, you could actually figure the words. At the level Im at most of the words are completely unknown (some we even checked to verify in the dictionary and they werent there). We can make 30 guesses and all of them will be bonus words that dont even show up on the game board. Cmon! Use words that we actually use in the English language. Its not fun anymore.
Our hubby and we downloaded this same game. He has no ads while we get an add after every puzzle solved. Why? He didn’t buy anything either it’s frustrating after every puzzle we have to wait for over 4 min to play another puzzle. Meanwhile hubby just a plays on. Why is that??

This game has an advertiser that tries to fool you into downloading their app by telling you that your phone memory is full. BEWARE. It is a lie. Do not download!
While we enjoy playing the game, we decided that we would only give it one star because there are too many advertisements and the advertisements are too long up to 30 seconds. Open a game (advertisement), have the bees drop some coins (advertisement), request a hint (advertisement). Plus after you watch the advertisement then they switch to the application store which you have to cancel out of and then you go at another 5 second countdown before you can play.
The games super addicting. Only thing we dont get is why they advertise such bad graphics. The graphics in the actual game are beautiful.

In the beginning we played this game a lot because we really enjoyed it, but now theres nothing new, they havent added any new butterflies level which Im waiting since 2020 (bummer) we dont have adds because we bought it but they took out the options to see the adds voluntarily for points. Please add more butterflies level.

This is a very relaxing game!! We found this word game very peaceful when we first started playing it!!
We’ve been playing this app for years. Its OK to pass time. One thing does bother us. Now that we are retired we have more time to play. Which has helped tremendously we’ve learned so many words and gotten better at it. Problem we find is once your piggy bank is full with 50 coins. Which you earn. If you are constantly playing and you emptied your previous bank. You gotta wait over 12 hours to empty your extra coins. Thats insane. We keep playing for nothing as bank full 50 coins. We cannot get anymore. Its only for entertainment not points. Not like your paying off real money. Another thing change the format a bit no update. Game always seems the same getting boring. We also notice not one feedback from your company to any other review. Like most companies. Regardless customer with a great review or a critique. They usually answer back.
We used to get points with every level and now all of a sudden Im not getting them. Im not doing anything wrong but we are loosing points as we have to use a few from time to time. We cant afford to pay for them as Im a senior so please help.
We HATE the ads! Every level, in between levels, during levels there are ads that run long.
We have been playing this game for 4 years now. We play it every day, multiple times a day (sometimes for hours if Im REALLY bored.) we like the fact that its not timed and the levels arent capped per day. We thought the no ad purchase was well worth it and we’ve never had to buy coins in-game. We’ve only come the end of the levels once in 4 years, but more were loaded by the end of the day. Having said that, it can be a little glitchy. Some levels restart progress when going in/out of the game, only annoying to us if we had a significant amount of extra words already. Rarely, some words arent accepted on every level they should appear(developer overlooked?) Once, it replayed the same four levels three times and we had to restart the app. Twice, the weekend tournament never started for us which is very disappointing because we REALLY look forward to those and the added challenge (and coins.) Overall, we are very dedicated to this game and will keep playing it as long as they keep the levels coming (and never make moving ahead impossible unless you pay real money.)
It is very fun to play when you are bored and have nothing to do. We play it all the time when other games get boring.
