Please take the adds away after the game has ended..we like to say good game or well played!!! The adds prevent that option.
Paid people have way more power. Its not a level playing field. It could be such an awesome game though. We hope theyll change how its so unfair in that way.
Difficult to attain gems unless you purchase them with your own money.
Played a lot, fun game only crooked…each time on the winning streak miraculously connection gets lost..how pathetic…unsubscribing, disappointed.
Why is the game constantly telling us that we are not connected to WiFi and it kicks us off from time to time? We were in the beginning of a game, placed our tiles down, submitted and received a score then the next thing we see was everything disappeared as if we hadnt done anything and just missed a turn. The Stories is just a waste of time when you keep giving out the same tokens repeatedly and then you have some that you have never gotten. Stories has been out for a while and it should not take this long to complete at least ONE. If you are not going to fair with the distributions of tokens then get rid of the Stories. Paying customers, let alone free patrons should not have to deal with these issues.
We played the interactive game with Pectra Dactyl and for some reason he/she had to use the F word for a word! If this is game is for 4 years old and up. Why are they using they using these words to play other people. What if we had been a young child? Clean up your act.
We really hate these new paid boosters….they all giving too much high scores….giving so much hard time for non paid player beat those boosters. We think the developers just want to keep this game heat up for paid players..and make non paid players behind but a looser..it s totally not fair. We really love this game but these new concepts really really annoying and turn us off.
The newest download has a long ad right after the game is finished . The page of the results comes AFTER the ad. It cuts short the time you have to respond to your opponent. Just irritating. Still enjoy the game, so Ill just have to get used to it.
This game is trash we don't even think this game shoukd deserve any stars because of how trashy it is and how stupid the rules are. Like some words that are actually words don't count and some words that don't make any sense do? Like what kind of game counts words that don't make sense and doesn't count the words that actually make sense. This game is trashy and stulid all in all.
This is our favorite and only game we play and lately it will not stop glitching and freezing and closing , Im getting really sick of it, if you could something about the ads that freeze and the game freezing and closing Ill play again but til then Im taking a break.
How annoying that you decided to double the adds with the latest update. We are playing less and less because we are sick of the ridiculous amount of adds.
This is a great game but the rewards being based on a bag now is a waste of time. Go back to the previous reward system.

We enjoy this game. But we recently started having ads pop up even though we have an active subscription. Please fix it.
Many times the opponent freezes on the free game. No way to play. When you log back in, they want you to use a ticket.
First of all we play this game in all of our spare time. We are a VIP, the VIP reward for rare/epic cards are all common cards when turned over and that shouldnt be! We believe Im only paying for no ads cause nothing special happens after that. Disappointed and if no improvement or specials for VIPs we are done.
The upgrade is great on our iPhone but crashes EVERY time on our iPad.
This game has had major glitching in the past few weeks even after an update. Cards are showing as blank and sometimes it doesnt switch over to our turn during a game. The timer just stops on the other player. Guess Ill have to find a new word game to play.
We reallllly enjoyed this games. Until we started constantly getting booted out of games, loosing gems and energy, not being able to complete solo mode in time to win prizes or how about using gems for solo mode and still loosing game and your gem. We have been emailing for months and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been fixed. This is terrrible how long we have been going through not being able to get through a game. New update still not WORKING!!!!!!! Happening again. This original post was from a little while ago. So just added that it keeps crashing again.
The game is not scrabble in using your smarts to win. The players with high scores have boosters or handicap cards, which skew the game with mega points to win rather than winning with the best words as with Scrabble. The developers have so many marketing ads interrupting the game, but you can buy booster cards to win. BTW the game does not pay out boosters-necessary to play. The app does not pay out boosters even if you win seven games in a row during a tournament game. Too many glitches to play.
This is our all time favorite game ever,but when we play the game cuts off while playing we really love this game.
We dont think its fare that you spend money on it too try and get a new card and it always the same card we havent got any bonus cards in for ever and the bags we have been trying too get cards and again it the same tiles too try and get the bonus card and and it needs too be up date it October were is the special for the pumpkin tiles this is the way we feel.

The developers reached out to us and seem to have fixed the glitches. So far so good. This is a really fun game now that its working again.
This is a great game, we just won an hour of free play. Every time we attempt to use it which has been for the last 25 minutes it says we have a weak Internet connection and wont let us play. However when we want to play one of the other games something thats not using our free hour it. Other than that the concept is wonderful the cards are a nice surprise to see used to try to out strategize your opponent.
We really like the challenges like the Ice Cream one we just completed. Its nice to earn a new bonus card and have opportunities to win more diamonds and coins. Keep them coming.
A few of our pet peeves are No opponent shouldnt have to resign when they are losing. Both players should be able to play their turn until the very end. Also there should be more words besides hello well played etc…other then that we are so addicted to this game we put other family members on. Hopefully, you continue to add new and exciting things to keep the game fun and challenging! And make necessary changes if needed. If quite a few players are asking for the same thing as far as a change. Maybe it should be looked into!! Thanks.
Game is fun, addicting almost. But the story bag we really dont see the point of it. We want to do us 10 game challenge and win another booster, not some bag full of random things. Besides that we love the game.
But its so rigged it drives us crazy. Whatever you do, dont spend money on this app because it wont get you anywhere or any further. We paid for gems to buy a rare bag of cards and it literally gave us ones we already had. This app like all their other apps is merciless and will take your money and give you nothing in return if you let them. So just play for free and your money on this one. Trust us.
Unless you buy the game for $4.99/month, you only have a certain amount of energy even if you win. So you use up all your energy after 3 or 4 games. Also, its really irritating when your opponent flakes on the game and wastes your energy. We feel like when your opponent resigns, you should get your energy back. Aside from that, we do really enjoy this game. We just wish it didnt try to nickel and dime you for wanting to play longer than 20 minutes.
We love this game! It is so fun to play! It is fun to play by yourself, but it is better with Family and Friends. We recommend this app for all ages. The only problem we have with the game is that you can not buy gems for $1.00 you can only buy them $2.00 and up.
Connection issues which causes loss of turns, the whole lightning and coins for a play is super annoying. We just want to play the game not play 3 times and then wait forever for our turns to fill back up. And its not fair that should the other player resign, we lose our lightening and ability to play. Ill probably keep playing for a bit until Im over it and then delete.
We played the game everyday for a few months but then we realized that the winner is determined before the game even starts. The player selected to go first is at a huge disadvantage and will lose 75% of the time. There needs to be a double letter in the center to even things out.
Too many ads but that holds true to all games. How do you get lightening freeze boosters and the other booster for ice cream cones. We have never been awarded them App developers please respond.
When we first started this game we thought this would be great to play scrabble. But youre not really playing scrabble youre playing a game of who has the best boosters…. Which isnt scrabble at all. In scrabble do you have to use the hand youre dealt and use your mind to win. People dont use their mind all they do is test tiles all over the whole board until it lights up green. So unfortunately this was not the game we thought we would be moving on to find a game that actually is about using your brain.
So many terrible changes made to this game. Its not fun anymore. Its impossible to get good cards unless you pay. Ive deleted it once, Im thinking of deleting it again.
App will crash at random in the middle of games! Super annoying also, we dont get much for the $4.99 a month we pay to have perks the only useful thing we get is more time but not better cards!!! Useless… Plus, you are at a disadvantage when you have the 1st turn in a game. The app says that it is a random choice of who goes 1st but we played about 30 games one day and we went 1st EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. How the hell is that random. The people that design this game need to do a better job.
This game was fun, so we thought. Those cards that you use to change the game direction, such as add points, etc, are ridiculous! Its like cheating! We work hard during a timed turn to make words by actually using our brain and our loser opponent uses their cheat cards to steal an unearned lead or win! Deleting the app.
For the 3rd time in a row level 10 will open but not begin the game. We have to either resign or turn our phone off.
Our story bag has the same thing (even rare bags we get same thing) and its taking forever. So we dont play much anymore because the story bag is not fun at all. We liked the picking from the nine booster cards better even if we have the boosters already we get a choice of Gem or buy another chance. We know its random in the story bag but we can only take so much so and our interest is loosing fast. Just gonna have to end our monthly subscription and find another fun game.
No chance unless you buy boosters then when you buy you cant choose they do it for you money grab ripoff.
What happen to the booster option after completing 10 games ??? There is no option to choose! This game is getting more ridiculous.
It looses connection a lot and even after regaining connection it has done this multiple times where Ive submitted our word and takes it away also you are only allowed 3 games for free before they make you pay to play. Its a rip off and so annoying how looses connection and then takes away your points.
We meant to do five stars. We really like this game.
Ive had numerous occasions with this game where we have a legitimate word placed on the board, select submit and it will just randomly remove our tiles from play and it becomes the opponents turn. This happens so often and it has become so frustrating that it is no longer enjoyable to play. We cant recommend this game to anyone because of this. We have never had anything like this happen with any other game. Dont waste your time and energy trying to play this game. Select something else to play.

We love this game so much its perfect to play when you are bored and also it makes you intelligent and everyone of you who is watching our review we prefer you to play this game this game also increase the knowledge of a kid like us and we so like this game also we want to say it would be better if the cards would be of less price too but without counting that this game is perfect in every way you can challange friends and do anything you like and also in corona since school is off its real fun and good for knowledge now.
