Im having an issue which just started 11/13/20 when we open the app all we get is a hand pointing up? It wont let us do anything? Whats up with that? Can you please help as we have been playing for a long time now and dont want to delete it!!! Thanks, Denise.
When we do the daily challenges some time we win 3 stars but we dont get awarded them for the total. We’ve been doing the daily challenges and Im not getting the reward tokens for making the stars. Three months in a row now. Well now we have a real problem. We tried to re-install this game and we’ve lost all our progress. We’ve deleted it. We are not going to start from scratch. When you get this fixed, let us know.
We enjoy word games and this one is no exception. Unfortunately it has been locking up on us. When we get the wheel to spin it does not give us an x to allow us to close, so we need to reboot and it has us redo the previous game that we had already done.

Good game but it keeps crashing every time we load it and there are way too many ads we realize ads are what keeps the game free and running, but do you really need that many? Its excessive and unnecessary.

There is a glitch in the system that doesnt allow last letter to be shown. This makes it impossible to clear level.
This game freezes up to much, occasionally, we understand but within about 5 minutes it freezes up, we only had this app about 20 minutes already froze up twice! There are to many off the wall words we never heard of, and we read a lot so we have a large vocabulary. Plus you have initials like C we A, thing you have words like INT, plus your hints are 100 points, ridiculous. Am deleting this app.
The clue given for tomato in the ads isnt close to factual. Tomatoes are botanically a fruit because they develop from flowers and produce seeds.
Every time a ad finishes up the screen goes black and does nothing so we have to close out the app and get back on and the ads are so annoying.
Saw this game in an ad from another game, downloaded and started to play. Not the same game as in the ad so uninstalling for misleading us.
Too many good word games than to have to put up with a money grab like this!
It portrayed to be different than what we are playing. Maybe after progressing to a higher level it will be different. We will see.
We downloaded this app on our iPhone not too long ago to try to play it. But it kept shutting down on us. And Im at our wists end. Wont someone please fix it before we lose our mind?
The ad are annoying but thats the case with most free game. Your ad made this seem like a whole different game, when its the same as hundreds of other word games. Even thats something thats okay, but spelling errors on a word game SMH!

Thought provoking and challenging!
The adds are long and happen very often. We like watching an add to earn points, but there are so many between games, that we do not know if we will keep the app.
We have tried a few of these puzzle games and the Ads are ridiculous. We cant turn these off so we are getting rid of this game.
AFTER EVERY HAND THERE IS A BREAK FOR A DIFFERENT GAME. THIS IS MAKING ME WANT TO QUIT ALL SUCH GAMES. STOP ALREADY.
