We wouldnt mind an ad here & there like other sites but some of these ads are around a minute long. Its ridiculous. We get frustrated waiting on them to finish.

Ive been playing for years but one of the recent updates does not show the word when guessing the daily word. Please fix.

For some correctable (we hope) reason, the letters are not showing up in the box above the letters. That makes it difficult to try difficult combinations. We're a visual person and need to see what we're doing! Or have done! Other than that the crosswords are simple and we like to be able to do them as quickly as possible.

Our game no longer loads after last update. Help.

We have been playing this word game for a long time. We loved it. We played everyday. Now we try to play but it just switches back off every time. Dont know what happened but we are going to have to delete this game after all this time. We thought maybe the developers were doing an update but its been a couple of weeks now and nothing has happened. We really did like this app.

What changed? Now we can no longer see the word that we are creating, the letters are a smaller size, and the ads are sooo long. WHY do you always change a good thing.

Since your last update the game crashes and closes out. We read the reviews and it seems other players are having the same issue. If we want to play we have to be quick and click in the daily challenge button before it closes the second time which is annoying because your building your words but can not see the preview of what your writing like you use too. Im hoping you guys plan on fixing this! Before the update the game was good and we enjoyed playing, dont care too much for the ads but they are manageable.

Please correct crashing of the game caused by the last update.

It is the best game ever created.

We loved this game. We even purchased ad free version. After playing over 9200+ games, the app froze. We have tried rebooting our iPad and nothing. Any suggestions.

Ive been stuck on the same puzzle for days. Ill wait hours or a day and try again, but its the same puzzle over and over. When completed, it goes back to the home page, then same puzzle again. Daily puzzle is working. Frustrating, Ive been playing since 2018, first time Ive had a big problem.

Big new negative, you solve the puzzle and have to watch a 30 second video to get to next level. Why? Just why??? Other games out there that dont make you watch a video when you win.

Ive been playing this game for years Im on level 9281 but the same letters keep coming up everyday.we get the daily puzzle everyday but the same sequence of letters come up and wont change.did we reach the last level ? Any help you can give us would be appreciated.thanks.

Our game stop moving forward on chapter 954 and level 9281. We can play that level over and over again. We are able to play the daily puzzles, and collect extra words for diamonds. We love the game and would like to continue to play without losing our accomplishments.

Fun game but app developer is going overboard on creepiness. Why does it want to see devices on our local network? This is unnecessary for a game of this type.

Some words we have never seen in any dictionary.

Cheats you on the daily puzzle. Most times on the 7th day it resets you back to the 1st day and you miss out on the bigger daily reward.

Not optimized for screens with notch! Seriously.

Found a better app with the same objective. Less advertisements and not advertisements about a game where the spouse cheats leaving the parent with the child.

HELP!!! For over a month now, Word Link wont let us go past Chapter 954. And Im stuck on level 9281. If this is the end of the game, we wish that it would say that Ive reached the end of the game. It just keeps having us play the same word puzzle every time. We feel like Im stuck in the movie, Groundhog Day over & over & over again. Ive been playing this game for almost 3 years & Id really like to keep playing it except that it wont let us proceed to the next chapter or level. Please contact us & let us know that we have reached the end of the game or PLEASE EXPAND THE GAME so that we can continue to play it every night before bed. Thank you.

This game will not let us past chapter 954. It keeps playing the same scramble over and over again. Ive emailed several times with zero feedback. Disappointing. Also, the visual does not work with iPhone 11. You cant see your score. This used to be our favorite game. Not anymore.

We have purchased over $100 in coins and none of them show up. We reached out to support and no one ever got back to us after several tries. Awful.

We purchase a diamond package that said it went through but never received the extra diamonds. We thought it was an error because even though it said youre all set we didnt see it on our bank account right away. So we tried it again and it did the same thing. Only to go check our account to see that it took the money out both times and we still didnt receive the extra diamonds. We tried to click settings in the game and then contact but nothing would happen. But if we press any other button in the settings they work completely fine. Give us our money back or our diamonds.

We just love this app it is really entertaining.

Too many religious words like god and lord Im not religious so wish it wasnt included to be neutral.

We were going on level 850 and our progress got reset out of nowhere. We tried to see if we could restore the data but couldnt do anything about it.

Edit: Reduced rating to 1 star. The developer is no longer responsive, and has not been updating their games. We will be deleting and finding something different. There arent even advertisements any more! The last update was 3 months ago, we have had our iPhone 11 for well over 3 months. Would it kill you to make it native for iPhone 11 so it doesnt cut off the information at the top.

We liked the game but we cancelled it because of the political TRUMP survey that was put on it. So disappointing that you reached such a level.

This is such a helpful app! We dont know WHAT we would do if we did not have this app. It really is a five star app. BUT… If you want more diamonds, you will have to buy more. Or just watch an add. It is not so fun, though. Watching the ads. But all in all, it is a very fun and educational app. We love it.

We were just wondering why you is that we were like we were gonna.

We would have given a five star but the game is not optimised for iPhones 10 upwards. The diamond count and level count are cut off but the notch. Please fix this. It gets really annoying because we have to slide our app back to view the diamonds and level.

Used to like this game, but now its common to have a stupid, repetitive ad almost after every puzzle. We are getting tired of that, its not even fun to play anymore.

Please look into the issue as the app crashes frequently and does not start up at all.

We like the app a lot, but our only problem is sometimes it would go to the closest letter (the one we dont need)and sometimes wont undo the letters we swiped! We dont know if our device is just broken or its the app? If its the app please fix it.
