No real complaints – use the free version so ads between games as expected. An improvement suggestion might be to add the ability to look up word definitions after you have entered them. A few words have been unfamiliar to us, so it would be nice to quickly look up their meaning from the app.

It asks personal questions to obtain your information. This prize suddenly takes you out of the app into the browser. No ads in the game does this. Apple should remove this app from the App Store.
Are we able to use coins for purchases?? Thats the only reason we didnt give 5 stars. Love the game and its RELAXING and not always difficult. Thanks.
We Like it but it has too many ads.
Both our wife and we paid the $2.99 to go ad free forever that keeps popping up. This is a SCAM! We have contacted these people several times to resolve this, with no resolution, as the ads between games are still there. We do enjoy playing the game, BUT DO NOT APPRECIATE THE ADS. What led us pay the $2.99 was when we had a 6 year old watching us play, and a completely inappropriate sexually related ad showed up. We had to shut down our device to stop this disgusting ad as to not pollute the young mind.
Not enough levels. We completed the highest level and all our accomplishments were gone. Everything was re-set to nothing.
Was one of our favorite games to playeven with the ads. Until today when the ads became political. We play games to get away from the ugliness and politics in this world. We do not want to see ad from politicians in our games! From any party This will NOT make us buy the ad-free version (which is $417.00/year). It will make us stop playing our favorite game. Shame on you for selling out. You will definitely lose a lot of people for this.

Ive had this game on our phone for years and we only play the daily puzzle but we have a question, what are the coins we keep collecting used for. Some games we can buy a letter or a hint but this game we just keep getting them because the sign says Claim so we do.
We thought we found the perfect word game when we paid to upgrade. Now what we get is this annoying blinking icon to the right of the game with Free! You have to click on it to make it stop, and that takes you to an ad, after which you spin a wheel to see what prize you got. Back to the game. In a few seconds, it starts all over again. The only remedy is to cover it with a piece of paper or something. Very distracting, and disappointing that they sneakily got ads in there anyway, even after paying for the game.
This game was a pleasant surprise! Its relaxing, but still challenging enough to be fun. We play word games every day, and we will certainly return to this one. Its free, so take a chance.
Just want to see what happened to wordscapes? We were like on level 900 plus and can't get it . Peace is ok, but original better.
Your bug fix doesnt work. It actually increases the time of the ad. And we are unable to use any of the hints and helpers. Just keeps taking us to the page to buy. Response??? How do we use our hints and helpers.
Great game needs higher payouts.
The game is ok, but it is very hard to get points the you have to use your point to buy the gems in order to get hints then you dont get very many gems with all the points you collected.Then on top of that you have to use 3 of you gems to get a hint. And what in the world is those stupid cards for, we cant see anything they are far, plus you got to pay to get them.
The app is very very good and it has never ever been really able to get us frustrated and questioning our decision to get the app in the first place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED APP.

Great game. We cant figure out how to see all the Wisdom cards we receive. We can see some but not all. There was one we didnt share by accident and we cant go back to it. Checked directions & it wasnt helpful. No customer service link.

Love the challenges : VIP and daily! A difficulty we are experiencing now: we have coins available but game is not allowing us to use. Would really appreciate resolution to this puzzle.
We had to delete app and reinstall to get this to work. It froze at level 435. We do want to add this game is great to play but the commercials are a bit much. We have been stuck on level 1018 for several days. What is the problem.
We were up to 400 and was knocked back to the beginning! What happened? Im not starting over. We were loving this word game. Im very disappointed.
Its nice we havent found any words that are in the dictionary that you say dont exist. That had been a real problem with that other game. We cant wait til it starts to get tough! We know its coming! We must say however you have the most annoying ads that last way too long. We finish a round in 10 seconds then watch 25 or 30 seconds of ads only to return to another round of the same. When your watching ads longer than playing the game, its an issue so why bother. We hope you can fix it.
We enjoy the game, hate the ads and we cant find a way out of the ads unless we leave the game for a few minutes. We also am not sure how to use the coins, we have accumulated over 13,000….what can we do with them.
Pity the wisdom cards are so incredibly trite. It would improve the game greatly to use quotes from all manner of people instead of drivel. Quotes from across the boardhistorical figures, leaders, artists, etc. We could even tolerate a smattering of athletes and coaches if there were a balance. As it is the card are embarrassing schlock. Nothing to try to earn ones way toward.
Something is wrong with set up. Keep losing the puzzle after one turn. Losing interest in a game we liked. HELP HELP. HELP.
App crashes constantly. Kill (X or FF >>) button on ads often leads to App Store. Ads are WAY too long.
Have over 4000 coins and cannot use them til l get to this many tiles and when l do, have to pay to get them and never dooo even when paid again, ripoff.

We have 6 finger hints and 3 reg hints but when we push to use one it takes us to the pay for stuff page. Why cant we use our hints? Otherwise we love the game but this is so annoying.
Your ad showed words not in the dictionary or correct ones. But when we opened the game there was the typical puzzle that so many words games have. We wanted the game we saw advertised. How do we get there.
We have 11.352 coins and the app . Will not let us buy a hint.What a cheat . Go figure but dont waste Your time with this App. Don prater.
What is the point of the coins. What do you do with them?? Ads are getting annoying. Overdone.
Stuck? Play all your words over again, the game will correct itself. This happened to us twice. Easy fix. Pay the fee and end adds. If you enjoy the game its worth it for the quick play. Red Gems (Hints) you can buy with your coins. You can figure it out click on the red gem icon. Coins are added on extra words so keep them coming. We havent had any other issues and enjoy the game a lot.
Im stuck on level 15 optimism, cant go to next level! How can we get to level 16.
The app is fun but, with over 8000 coins we cant buy a hint. It sends us straight to a purchase page… & the prices are outrageous. And you cant contact HELP.
The long ads are very painful. We were having a lot of fun till it froze at 482. No way we can change anything, not even shutting the phone and starting over. Also it is not self explanatory about the power ups.
We really like this game. We would have given them 5stars but not sure why they give us gold coin when we cant use them to buy hints…seems strange.
Finished level 180 ,but stayed on that puzzle would go no further.
It was good but we got stuck on level 10 it was the word pin but it had it twice.
We enjoy it but the ads are unreal, even when you close it – App Store opens anyway- always to the same lousy game (which we tried, hated & deleted) we just deleted this too… Never had any app so miserable with those ads. Otherwise someone may enjoy. We did when the ads werent dominating everything.
How do we find directions to play.
The game is interesting but Ive NEVER been able to use any of our accumulated points to buy hints. Whats up with that? Kind of useless in our opinion! Ok… So now we cant even submit this because every nickname we enter says its taken. Just not possible.
Advise please. Game froze on level 222 if we erase app then we will have to replay every level.
Nice game if we could get unstuck after completing level 92. It wont let us use any of the 2300 coins we have earned. Frustrating.
Fun app but we got stuck on level 52 and all words are filled in but it wont finish out and go to the next t puzzle no matter what we do.we tried restarting our IPAD , we tried making a purchase and using those to fill in this ghost missing word but it didnt work.
For as many puzzles as you have to solve to get points, it seems very uneven. On top of that, we HAD 11 points and all of a sudden it went to 7 points! Lots of solving for little reward.
