The game is quite fun and educational! Really! We learn something every time we play. The newest version is faster with fun sounds and new graphics, which honestly is a great improvement! Unfortunately there seems to be a glitch somewhere that wont allow us to access the game without going through the App Store. Also the advertisements for the free game have gotten quite long and tedious. Hopefully they remedy this soon or we will be forced to take a break from the ALL NEW QUIZDUEL.
Everything keeps freezing up On us. The shop the arena etc. Just keep freezing.
This new quiz duel doesnt work as well as the old. We like the hours to expire but it is not accurate until you play a round which defeats the purpose. Our friends are having trouble with the game freezing. There is no notification, even though we activated it, to say that your opponent have played and its your turn. Please work out the bugs fast or were gone.
We really prefer the original version, but looks like thats no longer an option. The ads are way too long.
Its fun but free version has too many ads.
Fun game but crashes very frequently to the point where we cant even open the app to play.
Just heard from a friend that there is a$5.99 per month subscription! How come we did not get told during installation? And how do we get rid off it again.
It frequently asks the same question 2 or 3 times in one round. It also has multiple of the same category to choose from in one round.
Miss playing a number games in a row with other players.
This is by far one of the best quiz games out there. The matching is fast, you play against real people, there are a ton of questions (people can send in questions as well) and different game modes. We wish there would be clubs in QuizDuel. That would give the game a more social aspect and we could even have club clashes where we quiz against other clubs. We would love that.
We just downloaded it (April 7, 2020) and it crashed nearly after every round. Had to delete it. Please fix this.
We definitely love this Game. Definitely a keeper.
This app is really fun. Its fun and somewhat educational if you think about it. But every time an ad pops up, the facebook one for instance, where it has close on the left and open on the right. We click close so we can continue ny round but nothing happens. Then we have to close out the entire app then restart our game.
Its like helps you know stuff like its like trivia.
We really like this game but the part we liked the most was the live quiz why did they stop making those? Also we would wish for more variety of the arena categories. This is getting boring pls bring back the live quiz.
Q: Which one of these words is interchangeable with Grasslands? A: Savannah or All Three Thats not a very good selection of answers to choose from. Agree or Disagree.
Ads after every single round? Seriously we used to play with our wife, dont care about arena or whatever. And after last update the game appears to be unplayable. The force u to watch ads after every 3 questions. Crazy ah. Deleted.
The ads have become ridiculously long, we are about to stop using it. And the questions repeat over and over, many being outdated.

Lots of pro-russian propaganda within the game. The way they structure their questions makes it clear that its part of the information war. Do not recommend.
There is ads every 2 seconds, dont download.
The free version has so many ads it completely disrupts any possible enjoyment of this game. Its insulting. How anyone cant stand to play through all that it beyond us. 0.00 stars.
They messed up with the new version. No fun at all anymore. Greedy and unimaginative developers.
Look, we understand ads are part of these games, but we have never seen a game app where the ads run between play levels as long as they do in this one. Its ridiculous! We enjoy the game but not enough to put up with that. And no game is worth paying for a no-ad option. So we deleted the app and Im done.
This app only exists to flood people with advertising. Subscription model to get rid of it is scummy.
Had the previous version, even paid for add-free. After forced to update, previous add-free version no longer honored. Instead, one is supposed to pay expensive monthly fees or you have to live with layers of annoying adds. Im out.

We really like this game but it becomes tedious when they ask the same questions in subsequent matches. Play a couple of rounds and more than half of the questions you just had in the previous round! We know you can have enough questions to not repeat in at least say 100 questions! It becomes a matter of who can push the buttons faster not a contest really any longer about the trivia. Easy fix we would think. Other than that it could be a very fun game.
Game was ruined with the removal of ad based ways to play. Basically, greedy developers making it a complete pay to play game. If they want revenue either make it ad based or give a reasonable purchase price with no limits on arena play. No thanks with the current setup and they will lose a lot of players.
Logged in this morning and discovered the ability to watch a video to play a round is gone. Now you must use a ticket to earn points or use 10 tickets for 12 times your score. Im done – will not spend our money purchasing tickets to play every day!! Deleting app.
We have played another game from Mag Interactive, so when we attempted to register for this one, it alerted us that email was already in use. We have been communicating back and forth with the company's support for 8 days, trying to get a solution. It has come down to the advice that we have to use a different email for this game. This is not worth the trouble, and we will be looking for a different replacement for their QuizCross game (which no longer works with current iOS.) Disappointing.
Mostly enjoying app, chat function is a bit of a joke. Needs to remove outdated questions, have an editor check spelling and correct the questions with wrong answers. Has nothing on QuizUp which sadly is gone but its better than nothing.
We love this game , however, there are WAY too many ads!!!! Makes us want to quit playing having to wait for them all to run.
Its a lot of fun. We would play more and recommend it but the continuous freezing/locking up is really becoming increasingly frustrating. We hope you can fix this so it can be enjoyed. We would give it 5 stars if fixed.
Love this app and havent found any other trivia game thats as good/fun. But with each update more goes wrong and support well, they havent been helpful. If you need to block players you can but all of a sudden, within a short time and for no discernible reason, theyre unblocked. Ive been reporting this since early September it just keeps getting worse. And this is a basic feature of the app. The app does not update things like your score, players randomly assigned, etc. You have to close and restart the app to update. With subscriptions youre promised three free arena plays per day. The latest version has broken this and now, free plays are given but disappear before you can use them. Generally, the questions are pretty good/challenging but theyre stale same questions come up again and again with very few new ones. Im happy to pay for an ad-free version of this app in order to support Mag but if we pay it seems only fair that they ensure that basic features work and that when something is brought to their attention, via support, they fix it. Thats not happening right now. Hoping this will all be addressed/fixed so we can change to the five stars they merited up until NEW QD was forced on us. We miss the version that worked.
Latest update crashed the app. Completely frozen.
Fun to play the old version with our friends it became increasingly annoying as it was changed to The New QuizDuel. The new App is an answer to a question NOBODY asked. Sluggish on the fastest phone we ever owned, being pushed towards pay to play features and 30 second loud advertisements after every completed round of 3 questions for other games and products ….. Very very annoying. For the previous quiz duel we had paid off the advertisements and wow …. Was we surprised to find out they ran with it and invented The New QuizDuel to push advertisements on us …..again. Keep it … Its the last revenue from us. The New QuizDuel ….. One star is too many for this new and imworsened game.
We really liked to play from time to time, and when the new version came out we tried! Especially the arena (new addition). However after the first time we played on the app, it would bug everytime (we tried 10) we try to go the arena (nothing happens and we cant even play on normal game). So Im giving up.
We like the game and got into it. However, when we would go to play the Arena, the game would freeze. This happened 5 times. We finally gave up and deleted the game. Too bad.
We like the app, but the advertisements are just annoying. Thats why we purchased the ad-free version a few months ago. With one of the recent updates, that brought back ads without reimbursing for the purchase. Looks like they try to sell memberships now. After our experience, we would not trust that they deliver the product that you paid for.
Could be fun but we dont really know since it freezes every time we try to play in the arena and there is no tech support.
We recently downloaded the game and find it to be educational and actually fun! The reason we gave it 2 stars is because we have only been able to play a handful of times. Once we open the app it freezes up or crashes. We tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but the problem persists. Disappointed.
