This is so much fun to play so many different variety of puzzles. If you love puzzles this is definitely one for you.
We love the word searches on this app. However, the app has been hijacked by the Royal Kingdom ads. To do the second daily word search one must listen to an ad for an app. For the past few months the ad has almost always been the royal kingdom ad. It never moves in. You cant mute the sound on it and it goes on and on and on. We corresponded with Collin who said he is also having trouble with the ads. But nothing ever changes. We dont even do that game anymore. We thought the ads were only supposed to last about 30 seconds. We wouldnt download that app on our phone if somebody paid us $1 million. So thats why Im giving world search world traveler two stars. If not for that ad, it would definitely be five stars.
We played this game years ago and somehow when we changed phones a long time ago it got deleted and we could not remember the name we finally found it again and this is still one of the best games to play if you like word searches that are unique. Great great game.
The puzzles are varied and they make you think in a subtle trivia way. Finding the words is not that different from other games but the big difference is the themes. We find the geography , historical, and general info puzzles challenging and informative. Thank you for making us think.
Our top 10's we love david l hoyt's world traveler as well as the hollywood search – they are our 'go to's', however, we're not so keen on the game after the hollywood games seem repetitive – it's like spin the wheel game with pat sajek – not so great – think we'd rather have more of the repetitive hollywood search personally … Anyway, not a day goes by, that those two (2) games aforementioned are our go to every single morning.
Over the last week or two launching the game triggers some type of audio, probably from some ad. We notified the developer who said to just force quit the app. Ive done so on a couple occasions but the audio is still triggered. Only putting the phone in silent mode allows us to play the game without the loud, annoying audio. Ive had the app since it was first released and have never had such an issue before. We still enjoy playing it every day but this should be fixed.

We really like this game. We had it on our original iPad, but, when the iPad died, we knew we had to replace it. Our only regret is that we lost all our progress. Its fun and informative. It has quizzes that are up to the minute.
We love itit doesnt give you anytime to get bored! We have played it today from afternoon to evening & need to literally make our self get to bed! The game itself literally makes a person keep going.
We love this app every day is a new opportunity to see p,aces in the world that we would love to see, explore, and take in the sights and sounds! Unfortunately, this morning, November 29, 2024, something unusual happened we kept repeating the same math puzzle over and over again (?) it never allowed us to leave the daily puzzles? Im sure it was not intentional.
This is a great game and we love playing it. However, it always starts with a chance to get some points and hes very stingy with the points so we always start off with a bad feeling.
However, Im sick and tired of how the Royal Match Ad holds you hostage for like 2 minutes. Im ad-free but to play the bonus we have to watch it. Honestly, we just walk away while it plays. Please do something about this.
A mix of challenging and fun word search games with attractive graphics and an interesting world traveler theme. Excellent customer support. We had to change phones and the developer was able to restore our game intact within hours.
Our daughter showed us this game. She said she loves it and it can be addictive. We are now addictive. But love it.
We find ourselves spending hours on this app and we also it makes us challenge ourselves. It makes us think of words that we havent used in years, therefore Im loving it thus far. We normally order the books from Amazon, being on a fixed income, we searched the Apple Store and found your puzzle and Im happy we did and we recently loaded Find and Seek while playing this game and cant wait to give it a go, if we can stop this one long enough. You really have to think to solve most of these word searches. Youre not just inanely searching for lists of words. Mostly the hidden words have to be found by solving puzzles or using knowledge. We really had to think about some of these answers.
This game is awesome it keeps you thinking with some of the puzzles being difficult and a some being easy but it keeps one busy. It differs from other games which are just lists to find your game included other ways of finding words in different ways. You are truly a genius along with your other games that you have created. Keep up the great work and add more when you can. Thanks again. Word puzzle 681. The Spanish word for earth is Tierra. And in the puzzle its spelled Terra which is wrong.

Its a good idea, theres good execution and the developers are great too. Highly recommend it.
The updates have fixed the issues and the play is smoother. Oddly, when we played today, our saved hints were reduced by 10 and the next several puzzles were repeats of previous ones. That aside, this is great puzzle game that will challenge your attention to detail and test your knowledge of science, arts, and geography.
We enjoy playing the daily puzzles and challenges. We also like how some of the puzzles offer clues and you have to find the answers. This is truly not your average word search app. Love it.
We thought this game would be easy; nope. But it does keep our brain alive.
We learn so much about the world.
We like the game and feel like we learn something too! We love the daily puzzles, and the challenge to complete 7 days in a row. It is also nice to get a few hint in exchange for a few seconds of an ad. We do wish there was more of a payoff for reaching a destination. Fireworks arent enough to make us want to continue a journey, although the mid flight reward is great. Many days we only do the daily puzzle. Otherwise this would be a 5 star.

The word games in the app we love and play everyday and enjoy the intellectual challenge. The adds you are forced to endure for mindless matching games between the games, are becoming longer and longer. Whats going on? Some days there is no getting out of them so we miss the second game or give up in frustration. They used to be short adds some are now well over a minute. It is getting ridiculous. Give us a way of avoiding adds for mindless games.
We are addicted! The variety of games is challenging. We forget ourselves and what Im doing. Help us.
Been playing this game for a long time. Our day is not complete until Ive completed at least one puzzle and see how many bonus points we get. Challenges our brain to keep sharp, but also a nice escape from the silliness of this world.

We like to play the games, but we have to keep our phone or iPad on silent because that annoying trumpet fanfare sound that goes off at least twice after each puzzle goes through our head like a nail. Would be much much more relaxing if that was gone.
Theres a bug in one of the puzzles (heading to Washington DC-word that fits each category). Clue is relative & the hints show neon as the answer. Wish we could send a screenshot.

We love a challenge but sometimes it is just too hard especially when it is about a city you have never visited or read about. Then it's more like you are looking for coins by forcing a person to use their hints. There should be someway to simply back out of one which is obviously too difficult.
These puzzles encourage us to think and presents a challenge to find the correct solution. Time flies by because it is so enjoyable to become involved. Great mental therapy and super fun to play. Please keep them coming.
Points should be based on number of words/letters found times the amount of time to complete puzzle.
This game is not only fun and amusingly entertaining, its worthy of our time because we can teach others that which we didnt even know. And that feels good. Love those free hints too.

Soooooo tired of the very long ads that will mot allow us to silence NOR is there a way to cexit out of the ads unless we play the wretched game or get the app. Not what we bargained for. So annoying. Otherwise we very much enjoy the games.

Fun game. At times the timer starts at 20 seconds.
The advert for Solitaire Tri Peaks is causing the game to be locked. There is no means of canceling the TriPeaks ad. Thanks for any help. Quick response from support resolved problem. Love this challenging game. Tiki solitaire is back and its locking out the game.
This game is great to test yourself against the clock or playing to get points. Every puzzle is a challenge!! Would recommend Word Search World Traveler. David C. Hoyt has several other games so you can search his site for them.
We have already reviewed this game, but we dont mind doing it again. We find this game fun & challenging, when our brain is working. We also enjoy his other game, Word Search Hollywood.
Currently our favorite game! So we have 247 postcards and have thoroughly enjoyed this game for many months until recently. Clue answers are sometimes so obscure that even Google searches are difficult. Grids with multiple three letter and, again, obscure answers are going beyond challenging to something more like frustrating. Thats a fine line for a game designer to tread but this game is too good not to listen to long time player input. For what its worth! Best wishes.
