We would give it 5 stars if it werent for the fact that we have apparently reached the end (level 654) and keep receiving a message of Download Failed Puzzle is not available. Please check you(r) connection or try later! When we attempt to play the Daily Challenge. Seems this is happening to many other people, who have also tried reaching out with the same issue and are not hearing anything back. The game itself was really fun though, Ill give em that much ;-).
For some reason ,we cant connect to the internet when we try to do the daily word game. We have no problem watching the adds to get a free hint.
On the home page, when we want to go to the next level the game moves past the level we moved up to. Then we have to move the game screen to the level Im actually on. Not a big deal just annoying. Im glad it shows the level Im on.
Its too bad that you have to invite friends in order to continue accessing levels. Why cant someone just play on their own without going global.
Better than most word games. However there have been quite a few glitches. Never able to access the daily games and had no more levels after level 654. Also, many spelling errors, even allowing for difference in American spelling versus British spelling. Fix a few things and this would be an excellent game. We tried deleting and downloading again and did not help.
This game is ok but wont allow us to download the puzzles to earn stars. States cant download try again later. Please fix this issue.
Why does the levels stop at 654.
We got all the way to level 645 & it wont let us go any further!! It also doesnt say how to get more levels!! This is B.S.
When we arrived to lvl 654 it didnt showed us more questions, also the daily questions didnt open it says Download Failed.
Ive been playing for a few days and am really enjoying it. However, level 39 wont let you enter any letters. Ive tried it on 2 devices. Im not sure how to contact the company to get it fixed either.
The free spin should not have a blank. The coins should be 50 and 100 only. The circle that shows you where Togo Should be a red color. The images need to be more Clarifying some of them you cannot Figure out and must resort to using Your coins. Unfair.
We paid for NO ADS and they kept coming. We would like a refund.
Fix the error on the daily game on 22 of February and open the old daily puzzles.
Fun game but won't let you log into Facebook and therefore dumps any progress. We would like to love this game but about to delete. We were ranking about 44th on the daily but it's dumped all our progress and so now our ranking is about 332.
Still no new levels very disappointed.
Im with them. Still waiting for new levels to start. It has been months now and nothing. If something doesnt come soon Im deleting this game.
This game has no music and stops our other music apps from playing music while in the app. Can only play silently.
We paid 5 dollars for no ads updated game now we have ads and no way to contact customer service. So sad because we loved game.
