In the middle of critical TIMED games our game stops! Duels and the other one. We quit the old team game because it happened there and also this ridiculous, stupid dating game started every time we tried to play that team wins at 750 points. Makes us very sad that people use this game to find a way to chat behind their significant others back. In most cases that is what we believe it to be. Happily married people do not like this constant interference. Get off and go to a dating site or something but leave that harassment out of the games. In a NO CHAT club but shouldnt be forced to start a CLUB to stop the nonsense. We will not reply to a chat unless we personally know someone. So many games dropped on us when we wouldnt return a chat. Annoying as all get out. Wasting our game time. Also the game sometimes has a big blank space above it and stops working because it hides the rest of the board and the keyboard wont come up! It freezes sometimes and MAKES us resign, thus losing the game for us! A lot of quirks but somehow we still love the game.
We love playing this game. We are not seeking big numbers or any other plaudits, we just enjoy the game! Ads that freeze the Shirley timer and wont allow us to play are beyond frustrating, but may be resolved… Now we have gotten that great gray screen the responds to nothing. We have to delete the app and reload it. Thankfully we did not lose our games. What next? Heres whats next – choose to watch ad for a hint on a word – dont do it!!! Ignore the offer. The hint is minimal compared to the aggravation of a ad that refuses to leave your screen even when you download the stupid game and play a few rounds. Now neither game works. This is utterly ridiculous.
The unicorn tile style is super cute One thing is that we wish you could go ad free permanently. Too many ads in between moves is making this game a little annoying.
We tru love this game but The stickers are annoying and childish. The word wheel is the same ALL the time and we dont enjoy it at all. The lightning round games are really fun but a bigger explanation would be good for people who are new to it. We dont think people understand fully that its a team effort and they should try to set up their teammates x for best opp to score. And thank you we like the quick play and rival games. Thank you for the block choice on chat.
Fun game but it always starts with such simple puzzles. Id love to see it offered as new players, intermediate, and challenging, or something like that so we dont have to go through stop, top, pot, etc, every time. Love Words with Friends 2! Just keep adding to the word list. Its inconsistent with foreign words and proper names.
Love this game but the ads are allowed to hide the X in the corner behind your battery or similar places making us force close the app to continue. Thats dirty.
We know you probably make tons of money from the Diet Gummie Bears BUT they are not endorsed by Oprah Winfrey or Shark Tank. You may find yourselves in a huge lawsuit with this scam someday.
How can we get off of being stuck on 23 we believe we’re on. We play all the time and cant move up. Is there a way to move up quicker??? Aggravating.
We dont use Facebook but love the game and our own friends and family.
We have to constantly shut down our iPhone after every few plays. It must have something to do with the many ads. Please let us know how this can be avoided.

We have been playing this game for more than 11years, at level 30, currently have over 40 games going with friends. Obviously we ENJOY the game!! There are very few opportunities to earn points at this level ( wish there were more), but one we have been closely watching is earning 150 weekly badges. Usually the game is so prompt on awarding the points earned. But we have been sitting at 149 for a while now, and just waiting and waiting, earning more and more badges and the counter is stuck at 149. Whats up with that? We did not know any other means to contact anyone other than this review place. And we definitely not a whiner but would love to see this issue cleared up. We really enjoy this game!! And ever make it to Ethiopia, we will order TEJ. PS. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE RESPONDING TO THE REVIEWS, ANSWERING QUESTIONS, UPDATING AND DELETING THE REVIEWS THAT ARE MORE THAN 1 year old? What good is a 5 year old review?
Love the game but Im so sick of the ads that are all lies. Today we watched the weight loss gummies ad about five times. Nobody loses 80 pounds in 30 days unless they have a tapeworm! These ads are so harmful.
Im continually getting locked out and having to reboot when watching ads in order to buy more points. Its ridiculous!!! Makes playing frustrating and totally unenjoyable to the point Id rather not play.
Why cant some club members see and play the new Wordle-like puzzle? We play on iPad and iPhone, have updated settings, and made sure we have the latest version of the app, but no daily puzzle visible. It would be helpful to earn more club trophies if we all could play it.

Hi, a member of our club has been playing Clubs Daily Puzzle, and our version doesnt have that. So we tried un installing the app, and reinstalling it to see if itll pop up. But the Clubs portion is no longer there! Help, please!

Entertaining and challenging, but it blows our mind how many common words arent usable while the strangest ones are. Abbreviations like OD are legal, and Jun (a monetary unit of North Korea) is a usable word, but neither June or Korea are.
Been playing the game for years! Now this past few weeks the daily coin reward dropped from 3 to 1. Buying coins went up…3 for what used to be 50 coins is now 60! Really disappointed and will probably after all these years get rid of the app. Update: we still love and play the game. Recently when that dumb Apple cider vinegar Oprah commercial comes on it does not end! Today, September 1st 2022 for the first time we saw the ridiculous ad for The Wolf Game. Wouldnt X out! We could not get out of it for more than a minute! We eventually had to closed the app. Lately we can barely stand the ads! Three and sometimes 4 ad screens for the same game or that stupid Oprah gummie ad to get past after every play. What the heck? We know you can do better!
This is a great game to play with friends over the internet. It also has a lot of (sometimes) useful features and other word-based games. However, the ads get very excessive after a while (must watch EVERY time after you make a move) and be careful or itll eat up all of your data. Overall pretty good-would recommend.
We love this game but we hate that it zooms way in when you place a letter. You have to zoom back out to see the tiles around it and its extremely annoying!

There should be a way to react to the word the other player plays. If they throw down a triple digit word, it would be neat if we could react with an emoji giving them kudos.
Please fix the daily word play. Our point value reset and now when we do play it will error when we get close to 100 points!!! Erg! It is very disappointing! Please fix this! And yes our app is up to date!!!
We always had the ability to buy Power Ups in bulk in the Store. Why did you remove this and now we only have the ability to buy them one at a time within a game only. Ridiculous move on your part.
We can under stand having ads and having to wait but when you have to click off 5 times to skip the ads and still pull up the ads after you hit skip and the x . But every play you make you get forced to click bait ! It Is aggravating and ruins the game should be like every 3 plays you get the ads then but its a very fun game besides that.
Love, love this game.. HOWEVER the game freezes on the ad page 8 out of 10 ads. We dont mind the ads but it is annoying as heck to have to shut down and restart game every time we make a word move because the ad never ends or plays. Just gets locked on a black screen. Our IOS is up to date.. Game is updated. We tried to submit help via tech support but got a standard canned bot response.
In Club Leaderboard there needs to be a category for under 10 players, or perhaps under 5 players. We only have 3 and are competing against 30 players.
Please take away the bots. We have never beaten all 5 rows and apparently we never will. Not fun.
Why were all the games taken away? We are maxed out at 1500 points and we would spend the points on these extra games. That was a big part of the fun! We dont play as much now. Bring back the games!
Love the game but please vet the ads. The keto gummies are a scam – nobody loses 50 pounds in a month unless they are deathly ill. And Im pretty sure Oprahs image is being used illegally. These ads are fraudulent and dangerous.
This is the second time we have bought the premium package without ads and the ads still show up. Please explain why this is happening! We love the game but specifically pay to remove ads!!
We love this game. Been playing for years but we consider myself a purist and this app is waaaayyy to busy. Couple of things: 1) Please let us opt out of wordmaster challenges entirely. We dont want to play. They take up space in our queue. 2) Why are there so many interruptions to the game? We would give you so much money to just have an uninterrupted game. Classic game and great way to pass time time, but just too much going on.
We dont know if you have the capability or not, but adding set-ups (assists) to the three Lightening stats would be fun to see, but it would also encourage others to set one another up during playwhich most do poorly. -Andrew.
Love this game but hate the ads. We would totally pay for a permanent ad free version, but $10 a month for ad free is a little much imo. We would even pay $30 or $40 or more to play ad free forever. But no option to do so. We have 1 friend who will play with us steadily. The others delete the app because of the annoying ads. 30 seconds minimum. Just too much and turns people off from playing. Please consider offering a permanent paid ad free experience.
Love it but have lost all our friends that we have been playing. Its been over a month that there is a problem and unable to play. Reported to Support Team and they are promising that they are working on the problem. Hard to believe that something couldnt be fixed in a months time. Most frustrating! Not happy!

We downloaded this game thinking it was the basic Words with Friends we used to play. No, not at all. We had the game for a day and still couldnt actually play the word game. Everything was about fake coins, fake junk to earn, play a different game within the game to earn crap. We just wanted to play the game we downloaded. So annoying.
Great game but ads after EVERY turn and $15 to remove ads is quite a bit overpriced. Not worth the hassle.
Today, for the first time, we had issues with game crashing. We solved that by deleting and reinstalling, but now am plagued by ads after every move and am also not able to access our team play again.
We’ve been playing WWF for 12+ years and still love it but some things have cheaped out – the rewards are stingy these days. But bring back the fun solo challenges, the games where you play a 5 turn game against another player. Those little side tournaments were super fun – way better than playing against the computer soloists.
You guys are making it really difficult to play the game. We get the ads between rounds even if sometimes theyre really long, but the pop ups and ads for other challenges and puzzles are sometimes a trap requiring us to close the game completely. We can only take so much of this before Ill just delete the game. Fix this or Im done.
We really enjoy the games with random people and first team to 650 wins. Its rarely an option anymore. Extremely annoyed with the men and ads for dumb games. We changed our pic to our dog to try to avoid messages from men but obviously they will talk to anything that has a heartbeat. This isnt a dating app. Bizarre that people actually just wanna play a game huh. This is the only game we keep up with and play almost daily tho.
We cant keep playing the game when you constantly block the tiles with app ads. Even after we open them, they still show up randomly and when we have one turn to go. Its ridiculous.
