Love this game! English majors, beware. You too may sometimes be stumped!

We adored this game; we only wish there were more quotations or in app purchases.

Any literature nerd will be positively giddy about this little game! The visual style is lovely and sets the mood perfectly. Its a game that simultaneously celebrates fine works of literature while not taking itself too seriously. In fact, the player can decide exactly how serious they want to be! Recommend 100%

We have never enjoyed poetry as much as we do with this app! Although we completed all the content in one day. We need more!!! Especially Shakespeare!!!

As an English major with a love of Mad Libs and silly jokes, this game couldnt be more up our alley. We can quiz myself on classic texts, read and remember things we havent read in a long time, and let our kids play along with us and learn some of these texts. Plus, we can make up silly versions and then read them aloud in funny voices until our daughters roll their eyes at us and thats worth the price of the game all on its own. We would love to see some more classic childrens lit (Anne of Green Gables, Secret Garden, Black Beauty, Treasure Island, etc.) and maybe some really tough challenges (a little Gertrude Stein?) It would also be cool to play with more plays than just Shakespeares. Marlowe, Shaw, Chekov, Ibsen, Strindbergall would be great! Thanks for the great game!

Great app very stimulating and entertaining.

How fun! We have done about 10 of these so far. They start easy. It is very satisfying to discover that we do remember some of the Shakespeare we used to memorize because we were so in awe of him. But then they start to get harder. But its okay because even the wrong answers are fun. We just go back and redo until Im satisfied with our percentage of right answers. There are a whole bunch of achievements to work toward, including things like getting every answer wrong, which we suspect is hard to do. We love word games but sometimes we get tired of the same sorts of games showing up in the apple store. What a rare and pleasant surprise to find one that is unlike any other that we’ve found.

What a little gem! The illustrations are fantastic, and the content is great. Relaxing /challenging modes, and a fun gameplay scheme. Id buy extra content packs in a heartbeat. Great job.

Why, oh why is there no landscape display option for this game, the mode we can use to play games on our iPad Developer: As a humanitarian gesture, please update accordingly, let us know, and Ill happily write a complete game review after reinstalling this app. Meanwhile, we just wasted our money on an app we cant use.

We really like this app; its fun and you learn some new texts. We suggest f. Scott Fitzgerald and maybe some world literature ??

We just downloaded the game and played it for the first time, and after a bit of a slow start, we found it to be very pleasant and stimulating. The slow start was probably necessary to bring the new player up to speed, and all things considered, it worked well enough and was fine. We love Shakespeare and interacting with his work was as enjoyable as I’d imagined it would be. To the developer of this game we would like to say thank you. We know how much resistance pops up in response to creative ideas that are coupled with real and meaningful areas of understanding and intellectual works that are worth learning and knowing. You have accomplished a rare and wonderful thing. RP Wilson.

This app is very educational and helpful for learning older writings. We enjoy this a lot.

A nice way to pass time, or to challenge yourself. The "novelty" options can also be fairly funny. In short, we enjoy it.
