We’re trying to purchase the big deal and it’s not letting us, we’re willing to purchase the characters, please fix the issue, it keeps saying preparation, we really love this game and want to continue playing it, thank you.
On more than one occasion when you purchase items from the App, they charge you for items you did not intend to purchase or charge you a fee in excess to the posted amount. You take the item and then reasonably believe that you can get a refund but they deny eligibility for a refund. Thereafter, you ask for a reconsideration, thinking they would come to their senses, but they fail again. They did not provide any explanation. They clearly stole from me.
Everyday we build a big lead,then the game just shuts down. How hard is that to fix?
We been playing this for over a year now spinning the lucky wheel everyday started charting what we won for the last 3 months and believe it or not we got 1 time a player card out of 6 spots on the wheel we won more balls bats and a ticket that we have no clue what its for but seriously 1 players card in 3 months is ridiculous.
Today, completely unable to access anything with internal server error. Customer service non existent, exorbitant prices and fixed beyond belief. Should be a great game but in incapable hands. Its really too bad.
We spend more than most on bats, balls, and player upgrades and have a pretty successful team because of it. Be that as it may, we have recently starting losing games that we have won because of our internet disconnection. To be clear our internet does not disconnect from our phone Im still receiving text messages and phone calls while playing on our WiFi all our calls and texts are wifi generated. But the app keeps disconnecting while Im on a winning streak and thus Im eliminated in single and double elimination games because the app says we were disconnected from the app even when we won the game the app even tells us we won the game and it will be graded as a win once we restart the app but when we restart the app its graded as a lost. Im beginning to feel like its a conspiracy and the app does nt want to us to win these tournaments which is silly because its just an emotional win. Im not really winning anything tangible. And with the amount of money Im spending on the app way more than people who acting place higher than us in these tournaments it makes absolutely no senses you would not want to keep a good paying customer happy. Please help and explain these weird internet disconnection losses. Our screen name is Showtime 1 thanks.
We dont recommend this game. When we first started playing this game it was fun, but not anymore. This game crashes all the time and they want you to spend a lot of money $$$$$$ to upgrade players. The issues started when they added the WBS playoff tournament, single elimination tournament, daily league tournament and home run derby. We have been reporting these issues for the past 2 or 3 months. When we started playing this game you would collect coins and rubies to upgrade players now with the new tournaments you collect points and crowns to upgrade player. So when the game crashes you are charged with a loss and eliminated from the game. We have reported these issues, sent pictures and explained these issues. They respond by saying sorry for the inconvenience but you have reported these issues, we are aware of these issues, try restarting your device. In other words they are not going to fix issues or compensate for these issues they just want your money.
Honestly we really dislike the physics on the womens chests. Makes us uncomfortable.
We spend a majority of our time playing in the tournaments. However, if an opponent decides to forfeit, the winner should be granted additional points for such an action. It ends up hurting your final score when opponents forfeit. We suggest that if your in a tournament, either you shouldnt be allowed to forfeit or if you do so, the winner should be granted additional points. Also, the strike zone doesnt line up, the ball may be just out of reach of the bat and still be called a strick at the bottom of the box. Please address this. Lots of players are using this to their advantage.
This game was great at the start and up to stadium five or so. Now Im opening stadium eight bags and getting stadium 4 cards. It cost way too much to upgrade cards at this level. Once you get higher up you receive lower end cards and not enough of them. It is set up to be a money game for the most part, which is too bad because its a pretty fun game. Unfortunately, Im erasing it even though we spent a little money on it.
We loved this game at first up to the point where you advance in to new stadiums (around stadium lvl 9-10) we found that at this point your players need a lot of $$$ upgrades to be competitive. So from this point on you will get matched with players you have zero chances of beating much less scoring any runs against. TOTAL BUMMER!
The game is fun but the customer service is the WORST we have EVER experienced. We have written several times about the same issue of being glitched out of any participation in Tournaments and nothing done at all after spending hundreds of dollars. Atrocious.

Its easy for beginners to play but Im a pro fun to play when bored.
All u do is play the last inning and pitch/bat Gets boring fast Cant control anything else.
Well we agree they are going the wrong way with this game and new version wont even download so guess we can all save or money now.
We like the game but it gets expensive to stay competitive in the later stadiums we stand corrected the new update makes this game much better. The scout system evens the playing field. Thanks WBS.
Game is great but it would be even better if you added a lot more players and stadiums to unlock, other than that its an amazing game.
Oh we forgot to mention this the bots cant hit home runs every hit that wont be fair for the other player that you shouldnt add one hit every location where the ball is they it a home run.

There have been a select few who have given us a rematch. Yeah Im mad and Im calling yall out and saying that 90% of you are Yella! Heres our game name – GREAT ONES. Dont sing it, bring it!

Game is fun, untill you start matching up with people who are over powered. All the gold players, balls , an bats you have to buy to become dcent is annoying.
Game isn’t real while you are playing the stadiums you play the same people/computers nonstop. They name might change but the profile pic of the player stays the same along with the skill points of that player you aren’t even trying to hide that you’re cheating people out of money by holding them back so they have to spend to get certain bats/ball/player cards to progress you guys messed up what could have been a good game.
Do not buy the star pass because even though its a good game the developers are greedy!!!! Not matter how well you do or play once you reach level 10 you get garbage upgrades, none of the gold players get upgrades and when u spend money on a bag you still get garbage upgrades!!!! When we first downloaded the game we loved it and now we hate it!!!
Stadium 4 every other person has special bats special balls players level 8-9 already not fair to the ppl who dont want to spend $ on players and coins.
Its so obvious that the AI decides who will win, its not a game of skill at all. For example, we had a legendary pitcher and every pitch would somehow move from where we placed it into the center of the strike zone, every single pitch. Cant play a game where the control is decided for you. Waste of time.
The lively characters, the gameplay, graphics, silly emoticons to send, can open multiple bags at once, everything is great about this app.
The game needs more thats it just need season mode or create players mode.

We really love this game as a hole and have played it constantly since downloading. After this latest update we have to say theyre going the wrong direction. It was great as it was but since they added the special balls/bats theyve muddled up the game. To compete you have to constantly spend $ for gems etc so those with more play room in their budget have the advantages so to speak. Im all for graphic improvements, bug fixes etc but dont mess up a good thing people.
It seems pointless to spin the wheel for coins if all we get are between 60 & 190. Why not just make the coins available? It isnt as if any users are going to win more than 200. Of course its likely here to make us watch 30-35 sec clips for Apps no one wants.
Did not fix bug our screen froze and we are done playing the game for a long time.
Game was fun initially until we built our team to be competitive. That is when we encountered Bots and the decision of wether we wanted to donate our hard earn cash to improve our team. We decided that it was not worth it & deleted the game. Best decision we made this week.
At the start this game is fun! Then as you build it seems the game stacks against you to the point if you dont buy anything the match ups are so mismatched that a person plays against 2 to 4 levelers higher!

Hi, we have been trying to claim the ultimate bag from the 25th level prize claim but we keep getting a server error (400). What could we do about this? Other than that, great game.
We cant even have fun anymore because of this card that hits a home run every time no madder what the pitch is and same with his ability its too over powered you need to have more balance changes for him.
After you hit stadium 9 you just play people with all legendaries level 12 and you just keep losing. The matchmaking is so unbalanced. Lost 300 straight trophy because our opponents teams were 30-50 ratings higher.
Game is flawed. Instead of playing the game, players are making multiple throws to the bases until player on base we throwed out. It is happening on the 3rd or 4th throw. Happened to us in back to back games. One was vs. GUEST10953 who is the President of captainbanana.

It was going good till we couldnt get into a match in Stadium 3 it would let us go into 1 and 2 instantly but wouldnt let us go Into 3 tried multiple things to get it working and it wont. Please fix it. Dont want to stop playing bc of it!!
Got the third stadium open and havent been able to play since the only button that Will actually do anything is swapping players.
