We just started playing this game, and we wasn't sure we would like it, but it is a lot more fun than we thought it would be. We like the fact that we can build on more than one area, which gives more of an opportunity to play for an unlimited amount of time. We recommend this game to any one that enjoys playing building games.
Need to expand the land. Can't do anything nice to it. It's too crowded. U need to buy all these things but no space to put them hellooo… Frustrating.
We have no idea why we still play this game. No space to build, ya got to buy everything if you want to get ahead. Have the moves don't make any sense. We have been playing it for years and it goes nowhere. Lol. We use to sell off our gifts. Now we just have a thousand alphabet letters. Ok.
This game is very addicting. Just wish it was easier to money besides waiting for the next level.
Love this game! We wish there was a way to earn more mayor cash more quickly though.
The only downside to this game is that one must purchase items, or be extremely patient while you build up supplies, coins & mayor's cash. It would be great to introduce challenges to earn coins or supplies that did not require a cash expenditure but rewarded you on your strategy & luck. We know that making money is important to keep the game going, but there needs to be an option for those us that have no extra funds.
Five stars because so many improvements that keeps you interested.

It's a pretty good game, give it a try if you like city building games!!!!And you don't need to spend money if you don't want to.
One change we would make is giving the player more space to create there world also when a player is visiting another player it would be cool if they could live in the town and pay for things. But it's a pretty cool game.

We are still new to the game but enjoy it so far. We really enjoy this game and there are many good things about it. We only wish they would allow you to sell things in your storage. There is only a limited space to build and most of the many gifts we receive have to go into storage. Good thing it seems to be unlimited.
Ok, it's a free game, great. BUT they should mention in the description that without in-app purchases, you CANNOT complete most of the challenges. You need to pay to succeed. If you have money to blow on the game, it's fun. If you don't, don't bother, you'll just be disappointed. Free should be free.
A little long to gather resources but a fun game.
We have been looking for a game like this since we don't know how long. When we found it we were super excited and when we actually played it, we were obsessed!( but a good obsessed) no complaints must get the game.
Tried to get help with this game but we're still waiting..we're going to delete it soon.
Note:we gave this 3 stars only because we're day 1 trying the game. We're liking this game so far. The graphics are beautiful and not cartoony. You can work on several "tasks" at once. Building are affordable as of now. We like this game doesn't use the energy format(use energy for every action). Right now we say, give it a go and see how you like it :) we are pleased so far and look forward to rating this game again after we've played awhile.
We really enjoy building & decorating games such as this one. We've had a lot of fun with it & can't wait to see the other lands.. However there's one thing we're irritable about. We're only in the first area & starting to get irritated because you give us all these buildings but not enough space. We can't even finish some missions because of it. We want to be able to decorate with flowers & things, but it's impossible if you want all the buildings. What gives? Let us buy some land expansions or something like other games because this is ridiculous.

Update…FORGET THIS GAME! We played for months, was gone awhile and when we went back to it our game was reset this game was ok but not fun enough to start over when our progress is randomly deleted! Fun…but…needs help. The fact that you can only use gifts from friends on certain lands is a real pain especially since most things go to the first land which is so overcrowded already we dont think ill be able to finish quest. On top of this you cant store half the things so again space consuming. You cant rotate buildings once they are placed, nor can you move the original builders huts. The wild west town it is beyond stupid not only how long it takes for emergency services to get anyway, made worse by the fact you have to sit online and wait for it to get there or it doesnt count. The vineyard continually has some stupid glitch that says emergency services cant access a building even when its right next door! The thanksgiving event, why in the world it only worked on the first land and cant be placed in wild west town is idiotic! First its indians and colonial buildings which looks silky in a modern town, second the first land is ridiculously over crowded! Ive contacted them about most of these issues, sadly nothing changes. Could be a 5 star game but as it stands 2.5 is what id give it.
We've been playing this for a while now. It's fun, especially since there are so many 'towns' you can build. Our biggest complaint is when you are 'gifted' items, they only work for the main town, you can't use them in other towns. We wish they'd change that. Of course, with any 'free' game, they try to get you to spend money. Some buildings you cannot get unless you're have 'X' amount of dollars, which are slow to accumulate….and we mean sloooooow to accumulate so they want you to 'purchase' dollars. We just won't do it. Other than that, it's a fun game, you make friends quickly. We like the graphics, and they add holiday themed items when appropriate, but Christmas was late.
We love this game, it's fun to build your own town.
Fun, we really enjoy this game. Please we need more room to expand the main island! We've used up all our room and have multiple buildings in storage. The wine valley is okay but,Santaville is useless. The main island is best it's just way to small. That's the only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of5.
Just opened Santa's village – can't wait to get started.
The pool hall and carousal was on sale. We can only buy these sale items with green bucks. Friends of ours play but they were given the options of buying these sale items with coins or green bucks. But we can only buy these sale items with green bucks. The only reason we feel that we don't also have the option of buying with coins like our friends is because we had purchased green bucks before and our friends haven't. We really don't feel that is fair to us. If this is the case we won't be buying anymore green bucks anymore if that is the way this game is played. Is there a way that it can be changed so we will have that option of buying with coins or green bucks again. This is very frustrating. Also, our husband plays it on his iPad and since green bucks were purchased he doesn't get the option of coins or green bucks on sale items.
We just started the game and am loving it.
They have fixed the game and now added more lands and let you proceed past level 50. Great game, providing more opportunities to increase levels and stronger levels. Hope you continue to improve the games and provide more opportunities to improve each area, good on for lessoning to your customers congratulations.
The only suggestion we have is that you add more space for building.

This is a very relaxing simulation building game. Easy and a great time killer.
Frustrating because it costs so much to build residential in order to upgrade the castle, and we had over 1600 population and came back today and was back to 1427 population…what happened to our people. We were building up money for the castle that we HAD 1600 people that we needed, then suddenly, less people. We knew we had the correct amount of people because we were working hard to build up the required cash. Ugh. Ugh ugh ugh….wait, we just went back to the game again and our people were back…what's up with that…glad our people are back…thank you.
Not a bad game but to play it all you need to spend money.
Its amazing. All it needs is a clear all button so we can remodel our resort and not have to waste time moving everything into our inventory.

To get to winter location all you need is to complete simple quest (youll need to build and ice rink and something else). And that it – the whole new city is yours! WEEEEEEEE.
Once again was happy to see a new update, but then again we were disappointed. We can't play with any of the new features because we still have no place to put them we're out of room.
We think that the game is pretty cool, there r just a few thing that the inventor should look at. For example how hard it is to earn money and how long it takes to help "Santa". We think besides that and a few more tiny things the games is pretty cool.
We need more lands and opened more cash.

This is an awesome update and we love the game but when we're on santas village, will we lose all our progress on it after the next update comes out bc we don't want to waste all our money we it for nothing.
Great game but way 2 expensive. It takes the fun out of it for us, but we will stay play in hopes that you fix that problem. We just lost our whole game. We have to start all over again. Are you kidding us. We just updated for xmas and our screen is huge, we cant get it back to a small screen. What is going on. Please help.

We can't get our population high enough to build the next fort upgrade. We need 2700. We're at 2383. We build things with population and no improvement. Then we have to turn around and delete because we don't have enough space to buy more. But things you delete take away population! We're so confused. We're at level 34. We've invested in it. Help please! More land!,, more info.
We just updated this game but nothing changed! Where's the snow and the santa? Nothing like the screenshot you guys have. Help? Explain.
How do you restart the game? We don't want Christmas and we want to start from scratch. Do we have to wait till January.
We have been enjoying the old version – although definitely agree that we need more land to be able to expand. But the screen is now blown up so large we can no longer see the whole town….it's like this is a version for the phone that we have to blow up instead of an iPad version. Please fix this and we will gladly change our rating.
We've been playing this game for 3 days it's very addicting. Kind of hate that you have to use real money in order to get most of the buildings tho. But we recommend this game.
