We really enjoying playing this trivia game every day, and it has helped us hone our geography and vexillology skills. We like the extra options to increase/decrease difficulty also, such as rotating the country. It would be really great if there were additional options such as to include sub-national outlines and flags as well. Our only (small) complaint is that there seems to be a bug where we lose our streak if we havent guessed successfully by evening (our time), even if its still on todays country or flag. In other words, its like the streak counter is set to a time zone a few hours ahead of ours. (Also, even more minor, the outline for Turks & Caicos only showed one island and not the whole chain.) Thanks for the great free app.
Ive only played it for a minute and a half so we dont even know we felt generous we guess and gave it a 5 star.
This is a great exercise to do everyday with the kids, who unfortunately seem pretty lacking on world geography.
We wish you could do multiple different ones instead of just a day.
Love this game. Some days are easy, others have us analyzing shapes and asking ourselves what looks like shoreline, river, or a synthetic straight line that smacks of colonialism. Mini lessons on geography and history. :-).
Very nice,thoughtful, and helping! It told us the distance between Bangladesh and Tonga its approximately 12,762 kilometers or 7,924 miles. And generally a good game. Oh and by the way Im 7. But yeah definitely deserves five stars from everyone. In our opinion.
Im 77 years old, a life time of changing political boundaries, Worldle challenges our ability to keep current on these changes.
We love the game, its a ton of fun and very well done. The app, unfortunately, has even more adds than the web site and no extra features. Id gladly pay $.99 a month for an ad free app, but we wont use this one.
One note, Heard Island & McDonald Island have the same flag as Australiathey are a territory of Australia.
We just played and the date is August 6th. Every other day it would work but today it was glitched. The flag was Norway but it said it was 1900 km away. Fix the game pls. Btw, we know it was Norway we know what the countrys are and we even searched it up to make sure. And no Im not confusing it with Iceland or Sweden, or any other countries like that.
For the flags, youll get the same flag twice a week so if you could fix that bug, it would be 5/5 stars.
A small qualm with the flag guessing was that the answer was Heard Island and McDonald Island, but as a territory of Australia, they share the same flag. The AI agreed with our questions about the legitimacy of the answer not being Australia though, so at least Im sure theyre aware of how that would make a guessing game difficult. Other than that, we enjoy the daily exercise of our geography knowledge.
Love the idea, and will continue to play it. Be aware that sometimes the silhouette of the country is skewed. The day Brazil was the choice was a great example. We could tell it was Brazil, but the dimensions of north to south and east to west were all off. Love the stats and the way the game shows you how close you are to the right answer. Keep it up.
Many times Ive gotten a major countrys flag and have it be way off the mark only to find that it is a territory of the country that has no official flag. Thats dumb.
So we just downloaded this, and playing without the bonus rounds is completely sh, because the website has more rounds than just one and is more interactive! We think this is a fake version of that, or you are procrastinating harder than on google where your money comes from. You are just lying and swimming in your pile of dolla bills so fix your adititude and fix it! Remove your stupid premium.
Its good but everything cost money not irl money but game money and then we cant play because we dont have enough.
We love the premise of this game, and we are a self-proclaimed geography nerd, but more than half of the countries are obscure island nations which are impossible to guess. We tried for a while, years actually, but finally we threw in the towel. We don't even bother guessing the country if it's an island nation. Similarly, the flags tend to repeat themselves. We see the same dozen repeated every month or two with a few new ones every now and then. Most of them are also obscure island nations or unrecognized countries/territories globally. There are so many Asiatic and African countries who's flags are never put up to guess and it's frustrating when we see the British Virgin Islands for the fourth time in as many weeks.
Todays answer for the flag was Svalbard. We guessed Norway. Svalbard is a territory of Norway and does not have its own flag. The flags should only be for countries, not territories and especially not cities.
Soooo. Im a kid and this app brings you to a website, and we cant go on websites, so basically, we cant play the game, and plus the ai doesnt react to our question.
A great concept but with issues. On the flags, if you fail to identify one and look away at the point you fail, you will miss seeing what country the flag is for. The name appears and disappears in an instant. Once you complete it for that day, the solution should stick. Also, yesterday it featured a flag that had appeared less than a week earlier. Regarding the country identification, minuscule islands in the middle of nowhere that have nothing but military bases on them should be featured seldom or not at all. We believe some of the country silhouettes are skewed, as when we went to look at Malaysia. It didn't appear to resemble the outline, but it was the answer.
After hearing about the all and getting excited about the concept, we installed and bought the yearly subscription, however, we could not keep with the puzzles, we restarted the app and the phone without any luck.
Too often the country is a minuscule island. Its ok to have them now and then but they appear often and several countries have been repeated often while some never appear.
There is no country/territory silhouette today. Flag still comes up.
It says guess country. Some of these selections are not countries, and some are not properly shaped. A tiny island 1000 or more miles away from a country that owns it should not be a part of this game. But here we are still playing it because sometimes it is a lot of fun.
Roblox is a game where the players make the rules. It is a fun and unique experience. We highly recommend playing Roblox today.

Too often the graphic rendition of a country is inaccurate enough to be very difficult to locate on any world map.
Some you will know at first sight, but many countries will have you searching maps of the wrong continent! Fun and challenging even for this old Geography major.
There are a few country maps that are using the same map, but we use it every day.
It helps to already know something about geography, but it helps with a different aspect, that is, the shapes of countries. We play every day.
An excellent way to learn the world.
Why does our country differ from other players if we are in the same time zone. Also we dont have the option of Neighbors or Capitals. The site doesnt copy or share either we cant post direct onto Worldle page.
Why are only question marks showing on the Flag quiz, instead of directional arrows, like are present on the daily Country quiz? Its not possible to play the Flags quiz without the assistance of the arrows.
We love this game but it has changed recently. We no longer can go to the map link at the end to see the country. Also, we enjoyed playing the follow-up games to guess the neighbors and really liked that you could search all countries without having to enter any letters in the answer box. None of these are available anymore. Could you bring those back? Then it would be five stars again.
Database needs to be updated. Antarctica isnt a country. There are others like this too. It will be a territory not a country. Just say guess the place not guess the country.
The emojis on the flagle game dont render, which makes that game way more difficult (and less fun imo).
This game is fun, but Ive noticed something bad on 3 different occasions. Sometimes, the country label is just plain wrong. It said it was Rwanda, but it was clearly Saudi Arabia. You can notice its distinct borders.

Fun game! We live geography, and this is a fun way to challenge ourselves. However, the game claims that you are to guess a country each day. Many times however, it is not a country. Examples such as Svalbard, Christmas Island, or Guernsey are not nations, but rather territories/small parts of other countries.
Monaco has been on twice the last two weeks. Same with Svalbard-.
A great game, challenging, humbling. We only wish it worked on iPad – it crashes reliably :(.
It starting when it showed us a picture of Saudi Arabia, we guessed Saudi Arabia, it said it was Rwanda.
Downloaded the app yesterday on iPad but crashes every time shortly after starting. IPad (6th generation) running 15.4 Developer fixed the issue. Great job.
The fun comes from narrowing down the search. For many islands, we definitely needed to consult Google maps. Just remember the distance separating the choices is between the geographical centers of each country.
Great concept, but not as well executed as Id hoped. First, there are way to many repeats just a day or two apart. Second, the list includes countless territories (not countries), which we didnt find out until getting them wrong. If those were options, it would be nice to know before starting.
This game is fun, but many territories used are not countries. Also, some images arent the countries they say they are, like Saudi Arabia was the image, but the app said Rwanda was the correct answer.
Today Kiribati does not look anything like your map. Google maps has it an altogether different shape. Otherwise fun game.
This game is usually quite good. However, todays map is of an island in the Azores (Terceria) but the solution says it is Bouvet Island, which has a different shape. This has happened with other countries in past. Database has errors.
A few friends and we love playing this game and sending our results to each other. When we post our scores though, sometimes there is a black box in the grid. We cant find any explanation as to why the results sometimes are all green boxes and sometimes have this black box.
