In 911 OPERATOR, you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher, who has to rapidly deal with the incoming reports. Your task is not just to pick up the calls, but also to react appropriately to the situation – sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, at other times a police, fire department or paramedics’ intervention is a necessity. We really like this game it is fun.
This is a fun game (aint no way, really?).
This game truly is fun and an intuitive experience; however, on iPhone 14 Pro and Im sure other devices equipped with the notch or dynamic island, are improperly optimized and are not displaying correctly. The notch or dynamic island in our case impedes certain aspects such as assigning personnel, assigning vehicles, and tools. We hope this issue can be resolved soon, as it does severely hinder playing on smaller screened devices. We also do play on our iPad which has no issues due the screen size being optimized properly. Even with all said, love the game and hope to keep playing till we cant.

Ive been playing this game for quite some time. Now its one of our favorites Im a retired fire, fighter, and EMS and former special police officer. It is the closest game to dispatch that we have ever played. If we can give it seven stars, we would give it seven stars.
We bought this game a few days ago, and we do net regret pay 5$ for it. With the recommendations, what to do during an emergency loading screen, and its realistic calls and aspects, it is a very fun game. If you download the Lite version, it can also give you a good perspective on what this game feels like. Definite 5 stars.
Our real life bill paying job is alarm dispatcher. Not quite as life and death as this but there are times like during storms it gets sick hectic. This handles that tension well. Plus we get to play in our hometown which is fun. So far, so good. Totes digging it.
We love the game. The issue Im having is it keeps telling us that we have some invalid teams. But it is t quite clear on how to address it. Ive bought cops and firefighters but no change.
We give the star 5. Because it's very fun. That we control hard. We wish update new someone.

Its a fun manager game that grabs our attention. The only thing is that you cant see what equipment each squad has when deploying. It is a bit buggy on mobile. We think after some more content and fixes its certainly a great game.
911 operator game is a very good game.
This game is awesome. For once, a new game that isnt a money grabbing scheme created in five minutes with graphics from Windows 95. This game is a masterpiece. We love the idea of the game, the graphics, the features, everything. The only flaw is that some of the grammar isnt correct (this is very, very rare). The units, vehicles, and tools are great. The accuracy is also amazing. For example, what most people and games call an assault rifle is called a rifle on here, which is the proper term. We do have some suggestions. Heres a few: 1. Sandbox mode. We get to try all the features, units, vehicles, tools, calls and reports for free, but it doesnt save them and you can choose when to activate an emergency of your choice, as well as the amount of people involved and their items. 2. S.W.A.T teams. There should be a S.W.A.T van in the game, which can have 5 or 6 team members, looks like the armored van, has 80 speed, holds four criminals, and has a special ability called turret which uses the turret atop the van whenever the officers get into combat. The turret acts like the Rifle but the stats are doubled, however you can change the turret to Tear Gas, Smoke Grenades, Flashbangs, Rubber Bullets, or Water Cannons. The S.W.A.T teams have their own special gear: S.W.A.T armor (basically riot armor but it offers more protection and looks more militaristic), Modifiable Weapons (Submachine Gun, Rifle, Sniper, Shotgun, Pistol, Grenade Launcher. They can be given new mods and attachments that you can buy, such as an ACOG scope that costs 1000$ and increases the rate of fire by 1. Another example is a Bipod, which increases the likely hood of landing a critical shot, basically doubling damage every two shots.) 3. Investigations. New units for police, Detectives, Investigators, Forensic Specialists. These units will be used for new calls (CALLS ONLY), that explain crime mysteries. For example, a robbery at a rich familys house. Gather info during the call, then dispatch the Investigation units to the location, who will interview different people and find clues. Eventually, at the end of the Duty, you can see the whole case that the detectives were doing if you click on that Report, and if the detectives got it right or wrong. If it is right you receive money, if it is wrong you lose points and money. You can increase the likelihood of detectives succeeding in a case by using cash to upgrade them, or give them new equipment such as Fingerprint Kit (increases the probability of the detectives being correct by 1.), Evidence Kit (increases by 2), Hacking Kit (increases by 1), or Investigation Handbook (increases by 5.) theses units also get a new vehicle, the Mobile Investigation Lab. It is a large trailer/van that serves as a mobile forensics and investigation base. It holds 4 crew members and 4 criminals, and has a speed of 80. It can speed up the process of solving a Detective case by a good 20 seconds, and using the equipment inside the vehicle, increases the probability of the case being solved correctly by about 6. 4. Natural Disaster Reaction Teams. These teams are used for special events where natural disasters occur. They distribute food and supplies, find and rescue victims and survivors, and provide support to people affected by the event. It is a rare Special Event. These N.D.R.Ts have the abilities of both Firefighters and Medics, giving them Technical and Medical skills, alongside Driving. They also get new equipment, SAR dogs (find trapped survivors), Advanced First Aid Kit (2x better than normal First Aid Kit), etc. They get the following vehicles: Rescue Truck (technical and medical, holds 4 crew and 4 wounded, 90 speed), Rescue ATV (2 crew, 180 speed), Mobile Aid Station (basically the Mobile Hospital.) 5. New combat-related Reports. Bank Robbery (usually 3 to 5 criminals, 1 to 2 wounded. Criminals almost always have guns. Usually Handguns or Rifles, sometimes Shotguns or Submachine guns. Knives too. ALWAYS attack instantly.) Large Gang War (8 to 12 criminals, 3 wounded. Criminals usually have assorted guns, and knives, bats, and sometimes Molotov Cocktails, which require Fire Department to extinguish the flames from the Molotovs. Criminals ALWAYS attack instantly. This report only happens once the player has at least 4 police units, 3 medical units, and 2 fire units, due to the extremity of the event.) Mass Shooting. (A touchy subject, but usually one criminal with a Rifle and Bulletproof Vest with a lot of Health. There are 3 to 5 wounded. Criminal sometimes attacks.) Illegal Weapons Deal or Drug Deal (5 to 8 criminals, all with weapons, usually guns. They attack MOST OF THE TIME.) Drug Raid (3 or 4 criminals, all of them armed. We saw this game from a few YouTubers playing it on their computer, and we gotta say its the best game Ive ever downloaded. Even though it costs 5 bucks that really nothing and jeez was this game fun. Its a little tricky but fun when you get the hang of it we highly recommend it. 5 star game by far.
Its really fun to play! We enjoy playing as the dispatcher a lot, and its especially fun when you download your own city. The Voice Calls are fun, theres actually quite a few, and theres lots of different incidents that happen. Our favorite part is that you can switch between the call and your dispatcher map screen so you can direct the emergency vehicles while chatting with the caller, adds a bit to the realism. The touch does get a bit wonky from time to time and we find some of our units wont attach to the incident Im trying to direct it and it stops beside it and it eventually fades or the vehicle goes where we tap instead of drag and makes it hard to direct them. Last complaint is its hard to establish how many units are on top of each other if they are the same when looking at the map. Spend a couple hours here and there playing. Worth the money, great app.

This game is pretty good we have not seen glitches nor bugs and it is enjoyable. Usually the games we buy entertain us for 5 seconds but this game has wowed us. It also is not too addictive which is a problem for one games. So good job developers.
Im a 10 year old kid and we love police when we saw the game we knew it was for us and we love love love this game.

The radio chatter in the background is good for getting a taste of what ACTUAL 911 Response people have to go through. We think its smart of the people who made this game to do that. Thanks (to the game developers).

Im having fun with the game. Im currently on Chicago on career mode, however in Chicago the background isnt loaded in and theres just a blurry question mark.
Its just an awesome game and worth the money.
Most games like this have a great demo but the full version gets repetitive and old fast but this game does a good job with keeping it fresh and entertaining dont like that there is DLCs that cost more but great game worth the price.
This game is amazing and it really has a realistic element and we love how it makes you think and getting a horrible phone call and then having to worry about other things like another beating or fire.

We just found this game a few weeks back Ive purchased all the expansions and Im truly addicted to the thrill of this game Im truly looking forward to what you guys can do next.
This game is AMAZING in our mind this game is perfect ( we literally know nothing about 911 so Im not an accurate source of data ) some of the calls can be a bit scary like the hostage where you here people in the background and no talking. It can also be a bit funny like some of the prank calls we also love just the calls in general idk why. Some suggestions we think there could be some more calls because we get sick of one call after hearing it 5 time in thirty minutes. And make more emergencys and free vehicles.
Love this game and play it a lot. The only complaint we have is in the earthquake level the game gets hung up processing the results, so you cant progress past it. No matter which city it always gets stuck. Other than that amazingly fun and so much replay ability.
We have never been so addicted before we love unlocking new vehicles and there is so much fun stuff to do.
This game is great but we wonder when the next update is going to come.we know you are working on 112 operator but still dont people update their older games.
We have downloaded the LITE version and made us want to pay and download this game however we have no regrets of downloading but for some reason the game crashes a lot making us lose our progress when Im in the middle of playing a round, this is a slight issue we have that it crashes a lot but besides that we recommend this game a lot! So we dont know if this crashing issue is just our phone or its a app issue.

We love this game but when we got our new iPhone 11 the screen was still smushed like we were playing on an 8, so we cant see anything on the sides and therefore is unplayable. PLS help as we have all the DLC and love this game.
Ok one we get a officer to a site that requires a officer to the area and theres 4 suspects then we get a other accident we deploy a officer to the location and there another 4 suspects as we have a unit left. Can you guys add a button for the other unit could go put them in jail while the other is taking over there position.
This game is extremely realistic, fun and addicting. To go with the realism it would be great if you could add a female dispatcher voice. Also, to focus on suicide prevention, perhaps a call from someone who may have suicidal thoughts. The game provides tips on cpr and other medical emergencies. It would be nice to step into the shoes of someone who has to speak with a person having suicidal thoughts. Also to read the tips on what to do if you know someone who is suicidal. Food for thought.
Amazing game. We think you should add something like an active shooter special event to the game. There should be multiple reports of the same thing, only in different places, where it might not actually be. There should be calls where you hear people are panicking, shot, or just eerie silence. We also think that with this, there should be an officer killed in this, so there is a radio transmissions of the officer down, and his last words as he dies on the radio. We also think you should add SWAT gear and increase the amount of items a team member can hold. Please add these.
You guys should make a mode called sandbox so we can test the new thing that is add so we can feel how it works and we love all the updates and can you guys make more cars and have a riot officer to work with any high crime that will start a fight.
We really like the game. Only thing we would suggest is adding a sale for buying all the dlcs, for ex. $10 for all the dlcs, it would be $13 for all.
Very nice game though we wish there were a Sandbox mode where you could change the amount of incidents and have however much money you want( such as a choose system such as $1-$1000000000 or (one to one billion dollars)) Another thing is to add things like terror attacks as well as the national guard.

Please make the following just a little better make the background radio more better new people saying not same thing and make it more like PC.Also when criminals go to prison does not make the text bar a small crime means go to jail.
We cant even say how terrific this game is. The game has smooth gameplay, great calls and awesome elements and DLCs. The 911 calls are so detailed. In the calls you hear things in the back, you here situations and there are a bunch! The squad selection is great and the gameplay has just the amount of difficulty. The DLCs are definitely not expensive either. They do not go over $4 and thats great. The calls have many different endings and the choice is yours. We really recommend this game over everything on the App Store. This is the only game Ive given 5 stars to in our life and probably the only one we ever will.
We used to love this game, playing it every single day, but since we got an iPhone 13, some display buttons are missing because they are off screen, including some unit slots during the set up, and in the actual game, the shift time and buttons overlap and are off screen. Id love to see a setting that adds a feature some other games have; a safe area that sets the edge of where display buttons and visuals are placed so none goes off screen. Also try to make sure the buttons dont overlap! Thanks.
