Zinga /Hit it rich have made the games impossible to win on or to be able to play with giant minimums and their last update was worthless as far as game play goes game freezes and you have to close out of it to get it to work again.
Ive never had SO many problems recently with this game. We have told tech support, first about a patch, then another patch required. Every update, the wheel bonus doesnt work. Now we go into collect our bonuswait, and wait..says it has to be reloaded. So it trysbut doesnt do it! We are throughly fed up! So, currently cant get on, whats new? Been playing this game for agesso we wish someone would fix whatever issues, so we can get back to gaming! Ridiculous.
In the past few weeks Ive had many technical issues. When the game changes from horizontal game to vertical it flashes or freezes and you have to close it and start again. Im tempted to delete and reinstall it but am afraid to lose our standing. Very annoying and needs to be looked into.

Ive played the game a lot and its our favorite slot game. But recently Ive noticed that the minimums for the three daily race games have soared, often to 1.5 billion or more. Thats way too high for us to play without dropping our bankroll to nothing. Those minimums need to be more reasonable.

Recently updated ios26 and now theres a problem with the screen changing from large to small, and often only fractions of a game appear on the screen. This happens intermittently while moving from one game to another. We suspect you need to update to accommodate ios26. Application works very poorly with ios26 and doesnt allow itself to be closed without rebooting our device.
We do not like the new format for this game. We will be looking for a new one.

The best games Ive ever played by far.
We love this app and we've been playing for a few years, but we're getting burnt out getting ripped off of our coins. We for one spend ALOT of money (real money) and the game can be pretty tight about letting you win their FAKE money. Two…we've won many many times and not received our coins. You used to be able to go into the site on a daily basis and click on different things and get coins and we dont see any place where you can do that. We liked playing hit it rich but lately our favorite games have disappeared and the games we liked playing in the vip room are gone and so is the max voltage.
The actual slot games are terrific- great graphics, good variety and fun quests. Not so good is the manipulation to make you purchase coins. Impossible to complete card sets after first one or two, bonuses that dont pay even with 20 spins, multipliers and jackpot scatters. And they just doubled the cost of their recent coin offer.
