Been playing so long love this game but over the years the match making is terrible.
We just wrote a really accurate review and before we could submit it it went away. This game is fun at first but fn terrible. Connection to server is pathetic. No matter the region its going to lag. Response time to directional movement is pathetic. They go by rank but for example Im going to use levels. If youre lvl 10 with lvl 15 weapon thy will put you against people on level 20 with level 40 weapons. They do that to get you to upgrade and make purchases due to repeated losses. The game disconnects you and closes the app at key moments like right before the match starts are when your playing really good. They say its the ping its not just us. EVERYONE has this issue. Objects will perfectly land on you from out of nowhere. This game has too many updates that lowers your person abilities and states to help the more terrible players. So if youre good at playing the game be prepared for random BS to happen that helps the other team. You could be waiting for a match to start and its already started and you loose before even playing. Smh.
Honestly this game is nearly perfect there are so many weapons different operators with endless cool abilities so many gameplay styles and they tend to not nerf classic operators and weapons to the point where its unplayable unlike most games you can still compete with the meta with certain classic and cool operators like Diana, Charon, Moses and Jb just to name a few our only complaint is we wish the game was cheaper all around but other than that its probably going to be the most unique and best game you will ever play.
We used to play this game nonstop. Spent money on it. Had a ton of stuff unlocked. Agents, guns. Max level gear. Lots of work. Came back to play again and our entire account was reset for some reason. No matter what we do our account is fully gone. Tried to start over and we can say starting over is BS because everyone Im playing against has fully geared out stuff like we used to have and dont now. Game became pay to win big time now. Guess Ill move on. It was a fun thought to come back to this game until all our work was erased.
Ive been playing this game for a long long time, wasted money in it, every was getting fine except not. Everything is and keeps going worse and this HAS to be on purpose, like price for 500 gold is $15 thats just a example, getting level up without paying is hard TOO MUCH, and even if paying you still got to cry because these same lags that keep happening and its over and over and never ending with every single update, like why is a update bringing us so many lags, we like the game but please make it easier for us, lower the price for things, please make low levels fight against low levels, mid against mid, and higher against higher, and levels available to level up easier, thanks you.
This game is so greedyyou cant even upgrade your operators anymore Im not talking about the people who spend money on the game, but the ones who cant afford it. The game itself is good, but honestly, yall are destroying it with greed. Lots of players are already complaining, and still nothing changes. Youre making it hard for those who cant spend. To be honest, we prefer the old versionnow you cant even upgrade your players, and the gun upgrades are way too much. Please make changes.

You should add a pan to the game it would be a melee.
The game is a great game. However, little stuff like running into corners, moving, and walking into car open doors kills you but you can escape multiple gun shots doesnt make sense. They should fix that.
The constant lagging is very annoying we have the best internet connection but during in gameplay the lagging starts and also the controls are giving us a hard time . For example if we move left the player goes opposite to the right. This happened more than once we also closed down our other apps still the same problem.
We will boycott this app and we refuse to pay anything else after all our hard work our gun should already be updated previously for the skin that we applied as well.
We dont need any new operators give us some new maps.

Fun game but after hitting a certain level you have to pay to be competitive. Primarily toward silver/gold level.
Its not the most phenomenal looking game its not the best playing game. Its a great team game along with one of the funniest games you can play and then you get plugged by game dropping issues lag, and a technical service team that is less than fantastic in every way.

This game is great but for weeks we are unable to use online modes. Before you ask our service and wifi is strong enough to run PUBG with music in the background so it can surely support this game. Any fix.

The last 2 updates have made us and a great deal of people stop playing as much we only get on discord to chat and find a new platform which so far has been delta force. Its a nice game and all Im just having trouble switching to different weapons it keeps saying disconnected from server how can this be fixed.
We spent $15 on a 4 star super rare sniper why is it that people with 2 start pistols or 3 star rifles do more damage than us and have better accuracy than a SNIPER at range takes 2 shots to kill us with an upgraded operator but takes 3-5 shots to kill someone with the same operator with a way better gun. Do not spend money on this game it is not worth it we will be requesting a refund from apple.
Although this is an overall fun game to play. However, Im really upset with Tacticool right now. They have removed descent we assume for update but its been gone now for over 30 days with no update on when its returning or any feedback on discord. Please devs if your reading this feedback lets bring decent! Thats the only reason we even play the game to this day and have been a loyal player of tacticool since game started. What is even going on why has descent been gone.
The gameplay is super fun and addicting, which is the ONLY reason people havent uninstalled this scam of a game, the new update COMPLETELY disregarded its fans that made the game what it is. And effectively level locked equipment you ALREADY OWNED behind an egregious pay wall of a level system. Your level is essentially how much money youve spent on the game now. Want to level up that gun youve been using for days? Spend another $400 and maybe we will let you upgrade your gun for a ridiculous amount of silver or, even worse gold. PLEASE Devs do the right thing and Reduce the silver prices of upgrades or increase the amount of silver the player earns. Absolutely ridiculous.
You cannot get within range of other players to do any damage, they have much stronger combatants and guns and this all was introduced to us within 15-20 games. Pretty much cant start the game as a new player without paying some kinda money to be competitive.

We're having trouble affording upgrades for our characters. Would it be possible to increase the reward money? We've been playing this great game for over 2 years, but it's tough to progress without sufficient funds. The game has excellent graphics, and we've given it a full star, but upgrades are a challenge. Please we want a reply from you.
The game is fun, however it is pay to win. The is a huge cost to be competitive. Gun unlocks, character unlocks, upgrades all have a cash mechanism. Their most recent update made this EVEN MORE APPARENT. Maybe avoid this one and find a game with less gotcha.
The new update is really Bad.. Im pretty much done after 7 years omg change it back.
Two years ago when we started playing, easily 5 stars. You could be competitive by grinding to be able to upgrade and was beneficial as it also increased your level. Now, after the 2.0 update, they flipped the switch and is now completely pay to win. Now your level is based on the number of upgrades you have, not how much you play. They took away all the daily free items. Those that had spent real money in the game are the biggest losers as many of those items have to be purchased again. Avoid this game and any game our.games is a part of as they turn great games into pay to win.
The game is good overall having played it since we were younger yet the battle royal game mode is by far the most broken game mode Ive ever seen in any game, hear us out, you get powerups to get stronger but most of the time your guns do less damage despite having the same amount of powerups for example we were using the m66 300 damage with our upgrades and we had 10 powerups this guy who had 6 shredded us with around 4 bullets and we sprayed him and he didnt even hit half health if you guys balanced the game mode more we wouldnt have that many complaints other than the upgrades being a bit costly and silver being extremely tedious to farm.
We have been playing this for awhile. If you dont spend money then you wont have a chance.
They used to let you try when you go offline but now they dont let you do that we used to always try weapons in this game like rotogun or other pro loadouts if you put it back in game Ill rate it better.

Love the game, however you will have spend a bit more $ to keep up with the competition. More rewards would be nice for more accomplishments. Just takes forever to get a higher rank. Great game. Zombie level is pretty fun, however they need another level.
Since the last update game has been glitching bad will be up and a match and glitches and the other team pulls it out of nowhere. This pay to play is really killing the game get paired with bots and they just stand there or get you ki$$ed.
Game is gradually worsening over time and for every update some gun or operator is being nerfed. The prices on the games inventory our eye gauging! Its really hard to enjoy and just not worth investing money on it.

This little game has great potential, but its the most annoying app when it comes to in-app purchases. You are prompted to make almost in every screen! Truly annoying tbh. One could argue the purchase value isnt even there.
