Paid for no ads, worked perfectly. Then the app started to hide the items while giving you extra 15 seconds for watching a 2 minute ad sometimes. They can make go for several loops. It also says youve run out of space and gives you an option to watch an ad or 2 in exchange for returning 3 items to the board. Theyve found was to still monetise on those who paid for no ads by implementing these blockers. Not good business.
We got to 200 level and not the app will not open very disappointed.
We know you need ads for revenue but some are just ridiculous. For example, the last few times we have played and a PayPal ad pops up, it never goes away. Theres no way to close it on the screen – the only things to click are the ad itself and ad choice. This last time we timed how long it was on our screen – over 4 minutes before we just quit the game.
We love this game so much Unfortunately it does make us angry because there are so many ads but sometimes its needed we dont exactly know when we started playing but Happy 5th Anniversary.
A while back we wrote a review saying this was our favorite game. It was, but right now not so much. We cant remember what we wrote word for word but we said it had gotten easy. So the game was adjusted. Im not saying it was changed because of what we wrote but it happened right after. Now its nuts. Every level is difficult. We have to try many many times to win it. We wish they hadnt done this. We like the hard levels and want lots of them but not every single one of them. There should be some mixing up. Hard, easy, middle. Is there no happy medium.
Even when you pay for a no adds version they find a way to insert adds. It used to be that you got a 60 sec extension for a single add. Now its 15 sec extension for full adds. Its takes the joy out of the game nd we us3 to love it.
Sometimes the game will drop you while playing and you lose that life. Also y The free 60sec will stay unlit so you cant use it. Also the sliding 1-5 will no let you get extra points stains unlit sometimes.
We enjoy Match Triple 3D. We are on level 2622. The time allotted for each game is never enough. We realize players have to watch an ad to get more playing time, and am willing to do that. Recent changes, however, only allow players one time a day that they can watch an ad for more time. Then they would need to purchase more time, which we are not going to do. We feel like suddenly we are being blocked from playing. This is very frustrating for a longtime player, and discourages us from continuing with the game.
Right in the middle of a game it froze and no longer able to play at all.
We really love playing this game, but please get some new ads that arent so long and tedious to navigate thru. Half the time, the ads second countdown freezes or takes forever to start. The length of your ads are too long. Please give serious consideration to rectifying this. We love the game, but we dont play longer than one game because of the annoying ads.
This used to be a fun game with plenty of play time if you watched the ads. Now the drive to just make more money at the expense of the game has gotten ridiculous. Watching a 40 second ad gets you only 15 seconds of play, barely enough time to focus. At this point Im just deleting the app because now its too frustrating and theres tons of others out there.
Enjoy the game but then the outrageous number, length and interruption of ads causes us to exit and ply something else.
We are on level 2315 so you can tell Ive played this game a lot. They have almost ruined it. The level Im on gives you 3:45 to solve it. It dumps so much on the table that it is literally impossible to solve in 3:45. You used to get a minute extra time by watching a video . Now that extra time has been cut to 15 seconds. We just watched a video that was 106 seconds long to gain 15 seconds of time. We got frustrated and just quit. As we said, it used to be good.
Too many ads which are way too long. Theyve changed it from 3 ads to 4 during the breaks.
We like this game but all the sudden Ive had problems with it freezing up. Why.
Love it. The $9.99 to remove ads is worth it.
We really like this game because it lets us play win or lose without ads. But it freezes the screen on the playground offshoot. We tried to tell them on their product support page, but thats just a ruse which is the only reason we didnt give it 5 stars.
We have been playing this game for a long time and we love it! We have been having issues lately that basically prevent us from playing the game – especially the playground games. The game stutters and has a very slow reaction time. There are also times when the playground game will stop and tell us we lost our reward when we know that it should not have happened. Its getting to the point where we cannot even play the games. We dont think its our connection because we can play another game with no problem. Id appreciate any advice you have. On a side note, why is it that sometimes we are able to use multiple extra time by watching an ad, but the next time, it only allows us to use that option one time? Thanks for a great game.
Played this game for a few years however, now when there is a break in the game for the ads the timer for the game still goes now we can never complete the level Im on. Will more than likely delete this game. We dont mind the ads but we shouldnt be penalized for not paying to delete them and by not getting the allotted time to try and complete the level.
The game is great, but begins to lag badly after a while. Brand new iPad with this issue.
We love playing your game but the overkill of 30 second ads that pop up during the game is VERY annoying. We understand the need for ads but can you put them before or after the game? We just get started matching and up pops an ad and it is distracting. Its like starting all over because you lose your place. We love the random egg matches that come up! It s a new challenge. Now with the latest update when an ad pops up its running the clock out and then when the ad is over the game is over please fix this.
We like to play this game but it seems like lately we cant seem to get through one level without having to watch at least 2 ads. Its just too many!! And every time we finish a level, theres another ad.
It would be helpful when out of space happens, if we could see what the selected items were. In other words, what was the last incorrect item we selected. Currently, the screen is darkened in the background.

We have been playing this game for years and keep coming back to it, but with new update today they removed the daily rewards. We have spent money because of the free rewards, but with that gone, we will quit this game. Way too expensive now.
The game overall is entertaining and works well but we have experienced issues with the Magic Cauldron getting stuck where it literally no longer allows you to use elixirs. We love this game, going back to it sometimes multiple times a day. We are currently on level 1074 and look forward to going even further. Also, we do understand the need for ads on these games, but there is one ad that never gives the user an X or other prompt to close once the ad is done. As such the user has to completely get out of the game and restart the round. The ad is one of the IQ/block game ads that has an Einstein character at the top. This ad has played for up to 3 minutes on our screen without the X prompt to then return to the game. Please fix this. Thank you UPDATE- Recently whenever we play this game, we get virus pop ups. We have played this game for many years. We enjoyed it alot. But now there are problems with getting kicked off the screen and touching rewards that won't respond but money items are still responding. It's like the game guys got greedy and took the fun right out of it.
We went to purchase it multiple times only to be hindered by an ad.
Lately the game will just randomly open a new window that looks like a virus detector or something, when it comes across as a virus itself. Once you close it, it takes you back to the game and often kicks you out to an ad, so you lose all this time. Then, it randomly starts to work really slowly, too. Not sure Ill play this that much longer, the virus thing is super sketchy.
We used to love this game but have decided to delete it. When we try to play it will often randomly open our Safari with an ad that says scanning or something. We tolerate the ads in the app but when it keeps opening our browser we are not ok with that. Thanks anyway.
We used to like and play it a lot. Then those fake antivirus checks started. It opens a page in a browser, we close the page, get back to the game and have to watch another ads. Searched online and found the ad company has tons of complaints and is working on solution. Blocked the website. But today it opened the new address. Seriously? There are other similar games, looks like its time to try them now.

We are in a level and we get an ad. We go back to game play and we clear one item and then there another ad. When the second ad is over our time has ticked down the same amount of time of the ad. It has been happening for about a week and it is always with the Royal Match ads, please fix.
We really love this game and have been playing it for quite awhile now. But it seems really hard to win a game without having to buy more things like freeze, hints, magnets and extra time. We dont like the lightning bolts or the extra time clocks you can click. Then when you do win a game and select to watch an ad, you still only get points. Use to be that you would also get freezes, magnets and extra hints. But Im constantly having to buy more of these extras just to get through one game. Wish it could go back to the way it was. We do pay for the monthly service to get the extra services like the free restarts and the extra minute when time runs out. But just tired of paying a lot extra to get a few advantages.
We love playing this game. But your ad content is ridiculous. Yes we know we can "pay" to not have ads but we're not going to do that. Im confused. Our mother asked us to pay you to install the ad free version. She plays your game a lot. We read two of the most recent reviews here stating that even if we pay, then there are still ads? If this is true, its bad for business. Please correct us if Im wrong.
We love the game but it is so frustrating because it freezes way too often. It interferes with the flow, obviously, and causes loss of the game. Ive been playing for over a year and with exception of a few months it consistently occurs. We cant recommend it unless you are very patient.
Really loved this game but recent updates have taken away many of our earned tools that we earned. It seems ads are more important than a fun game.
Ok we know you can remove ads if you want, but we have not because usually they do not bother us. However, this game has ads everywhere! And not normal ads, but ones that can tell when you have your silencer on and ones that make a very high pitch BEEP noise over and over like an Amber Alert! We did like playing this game but there are way too many distractions now and way too many other match games that dont have constant ads every time you click something. We know you guys wanna make money, but you dont have to ambush your customers and scare them with those loud noises either.
Ive been playing this game for quite a while now and we have really been enjoying it. Relaxing and fun. However, the most recent update has you taking $900 from the coin collection when you timeout or get something wrong. Needless to say that dwindles your coins pretty quickly. Youve done this once before, but then you changed it back to the way it was which was a little easier to take and kept the game fun and relaxing. Now we dont even want to play it because Im going to run out of coins and it just isnt fun and relaxing anymore. Put it back the way it was and stop taking such a high penalty every time a mistake is made. Its supposed to be fun and it isnt anymore.

We like this game But when the ads come up it takes time away from your clock. We had 2:51 on the clock an ad came up then when the ad was over we had 2:45.
