This game is just terrible. They dont payout and we feel like the game is designed to loose most of the time.
We have been messaging with customer service for almost two weeks, and they refuse to give us back our money. We clicked to play a game, the screen went black, kicked us out, and when we went back in, the money was still out of our account. We had a zero for a score. We provided them with all of the information, and all customer services can say is we looked into it, and there was nothing wrong with the tournament, we cannot refund you for money. There was no issue with the tournament, it was the app. We have been playing this game for many many months and never have a problem, now the one time we do, we get a mediocre response copy and pasted to every single one of our replies. Its infuriating! We. Not talking hundreds its literally $4. Come on people.
And now wont let us in game we lost our money we want it back now , tried again still wont let us play help help help iPhone is fully charged we can play our other one game and we made a deposit on it first time too.

We came out to read the most critical reviews and was completely in shock. We play this all the time we when we lose but we win a lot, you are able to withdraw you do receive the money !! Ive contacted support and Ive always received a response back. And our reason for contacting Support has been to ask questions about withdrawal and can you withdraw part of it, not counting the bonus cash we all know Bonus cash is there so that you can win real money but you cant withdraw that part , that makes total sense, but we could say that they are Very helpful.

Jesus, this is one the most blatant scam ridden apps Ive seen in a while. Firstly, if their ridiculous deposit amounts arent already exposing the scam that this app is, maybe the fact that they dont even spread out their game boards enough to make it seem random, might. And do you really think its just an innocent glitch whenever you choose a 3000 gem to cash prize round and the app suddenly crashes so your progress is lost and its back to square one??? Everyones out for a buck, we get it. Its just sad in these, and its getting worse. Playing a simple game to relieve stress, turns into more and only ends up relieving you of time and what you cant afford from your bank accounts.

They say you have to deposit money in order to win, so ya deposit money (over $50 in a 2 month period) and they don't call your numbers, you don't win.

We updated our app about a week ago and now it shuts down before it goes to the screen to actually play. Its not our device because our other games dont have an issue. You deposit money and they give you a small bonus. So if you deposit $10, they give you $3 bonus, you play for hours and get it up to $45 and try to withdraw, they will give you $10 and say the rest are bonuses and then charge you money to withdraw and then take away anything you have left saying its all bonuses. So if you deposit money, dont ever plan on withdrawing. And you win items in games and they dont give them to you. Their customer service doesnt pay attention to what you say and answer with something completely different, besides taking days. Dont waste your time.

This game comes across as fun and entertaining with its nice graphics and live customer support but its all a scam. Whether you dump money into it or not, they let you get just close enough to attaining the grand prize of a completed puzzle or what not and leave you hanging. All of the pop ups are annoying and watch closely to your money and gems balance to make sure you have and are getting what they are advertising or you will be robbed altogether. They promise and advertise for things they dont follow thru on and then try to convince you that you are missing the fine print which doesnt actually exist. Play with extreme caution.
