We love the game. Its pretty fun.
The game itself works well. Our main issue is that the withdrawals take even longer than they say they do. We dont see why we need to wait a month for our withdrawal when other apps are able to get money immediately after making a withdrawal request. We have now waited 2 months for our most recent withdrawal.
Game is fun. How ever you have to wait for an opponent. May take 24 hours.
We give this game 5 stars its fun and very challenging.
We keep accumulating gems through wins but there are no options to use toward cash bonus games or to trade for bonus cash like other apps. Seems like no purpose to have them unless Im missing something.
We have a game thats been frozen for 3 days and have submitted 5 tickets. Someone responded briefly and then disappeared. Its a clunky chat system and doesnt seem like anyone is actually working in support. So they now have our $6 frozen in a game that we cant retrieve. We think the game is fun and done well but they need to make sure they have support for technical issues when it involves peoples real money.
We submitted a withdrawal the 12 of November and it is now the middle of January. It says clearly when you withdrawal that it will be 2-4 weeks and it says you usually get your money faster. We sent in a ticket and got an automated response and then an email and was told it was taking longer and they have to investigate fraud. There was no fraud and Im not feeling like Im ever going to get our money. We never would have deposited had we known this. Very disappointing.
We love playing this game and you will too.
So far Im liking fun and relaxing, we love playing solitaire games like we said Im pretty new just started a few days ago and not 100% yet why we like this one more than others. Ill keep ya updated. Just recalled why this one is one of our favorites to play NO darn adds to watch with every move.
Stop advertising this kid winning $17,000 on your game. So fake! Ive played this game for a year and barely won a dollar here and there. It is infuriating and whats more you couldnt actually think anyone would believe it and If they do we feel sorry for them.
Fun to play, background music is relaxinga and themes are beautiful. Yet fun for playing and bonus you win cash if you play a lot.
Good way to kill time and may earn extra cash.
Its not allowing us to withdraw the money that we added for some reason.
