Had to upgrade our four stars to five after our first interaction with customer-service: they were quick and efficient at resolving our silly minor question/issue (self-caused, not the platform). So fun and who the heck wouldnt rate a game 5*s that awards you money for no reason at all (and no, not making you watch ads or sell them all of your privacy rights to get it) instead of charging you to get ahead on the game. We downloaded this game thinking we would win a little and we did really well at first and won a lot but now we cant win at all and have lost all the money we had initially won. We were at $18 now we have nothing to withdrawal. This is the biggest scam game we have played ever! We have deleted it off our phone.
This game is useless unless you spend money to play. The gems are worthless. And most annoyingly it takes over a month to get the money when you cash out.
This game is so much fun we cant stop playing it, our only problem is, Im not getting enough challengers to compete against us. Come on, its no fun playing by ourselves.
