We just downloaded this game today and have been playing for the past 2 hours. THIS GAME IS SO ADDICTIVE AND AWESOME we LOVE IT.
What stands out to us the most is that if we click around an ad wont suddenly pop up. We can choose when we want to watch an ad and it still works out because when we watch the ad rewards are pretty good and its not something cheap. We also love how it also doesnt take too long to make progress and when we wake up the next day, we know the money Ill get will be enough to like keep moving. The progress isnt too fast either that we get bored because we know when we come back after we leave we have something to do because we get money every time we come back which is pretty great and the graphics are so adorable and the tenants and we love how they have each they have their own personality in their own words and how they greet us every time they walk behind us. The game is pretty awesome and we really like it. We hope you dont add ads later in the future and keep it optional, thank you so much devs.
There is very few ads to watch! We love it it is so relaxing to play, its very fun, and we highly recommend this.

Very simple game, slow paced but its fun to take care of your tenants & has no forced ads. We like the feature of optional ads for rewards, which more often than not we will watch an ad for a little bit over 2k, although im only level 3 amazing strategy to get people to watch ads by the way. Probably the best mobile game ive found so far.

Whenever Im bored and want to do something calm and relaxing, we ALWAYS click on Rent please! Landlord sim. We only got it yesterday, but Im HOOKED! If you are thinking on downloading it, we have your answer for you: ABSOLUTELY DOWNLOAD IT.
We used real money to speed up the process of upgrading our city because we wanted explore the full game in a short amount of time. Definitely take your time with this game, because if you spend money to upgrade your city. Your rent money doesnt transfer to the next city, and youll have to start over again at 0 tenants , 0 income to upgrade. We were a little upset Id spent $100 over the course of two months , and to see our hard work turn into a completely useless city it made us want to give the game 0 stars lol but if we hadnt been impatient and used the game idly it would have been a great game. And it still is ! We consider our contribution now a donation in hopes they continue building and expanding the game.
We genuinley love this game so much its so fin and we play it all the time we like that you dont have to watch ads also.
It is so good the People living there complain a lot at first, but the more you upgrade the less ways they can find to complain. It actually entertains us and it is a cool game. You have to get this! Five stars!. We know this game is confusing at first and so was this review, but just trust us and trust the game. It is so good and we love it.
We were expecting this game to be one of those fake advertisements filled with ads. Gave it a chance and now Im addicted to it. Ads are optional and you can earn rewards from it. Just wish there was more info on what to do about hearts and gems early on.
Our top favorite game rn besides virtual families, Ive been playing for a week and Im already level 8! No ads unless you choose to watch them and you get extra rewards very often :)).

We love this game except it doesnt sync our history between our iPad and iPhone and we dont want to repurchase items and upgrades again.
But, one problem It feels daunting to upgrade as it gets more expensive to upgrade places and our funds go. We dont like watching wasting our life with constant ads if we want the fast forward button. Besides that, we feel like we matter in this game, makes us feel happy. Sure theres more cons to this, but Im grateful to just be a landlord to these people. We miss the tree holes sessions because we related to each of our tenants, we felt less alone.
Really fun game but they should add a feature where the tenants can't pay rent and you have to evict them. Yeah they already have that for like 1 or more type of tenants but it would be cool to have it happen randomly to all of the tenants time to time. But this game is still great without it and is definitely a game you should get.
How do we log in on with the same progress from a different account? We know we had apple linked and we deleted the account of our phone thinking we can log back in and have the same progress we do on our iPad. Is it anyway we can fix it or our account completely gone on our phone ? We wish we can log into the account we have on our iPad . If someone can let us know.
We love this game it is something you can get lost in. However, the further you go along the longer things take. The amount of money you make over time is not equivalent to cost of upgrades. So if you dont pay for cash things can go slow and youll start to lose interest. Even the bonus games run out fast. Without paying for more, its not a game thats actually fun the entire day.

We love this game, however Ive reached level 58 about 2 weeks ago and it says Under Construction Stay Tuned. Are you developing more levels.
We absolutely love playing this game, we play it everyday and a lot of the time it actually helps us stay off our phone throughout the day as we will let it run while we do small things around the house or make food and things like that lol. However, we got SO excited for our house at level 8 but it really bothers us that we cant place objects overlapping when some of the things we have dont js make sense on the ground or invisible behind something. Is there a way you guys could add a nudge option to the furniture like you did with the characters? So they can overlap? Also why does our own character that we wanna use in our own house the most, have so little action options? The tenants and do all kinds of emotes and all we can do is stand, sleep, use the bathroom, and shower? We know these might not sound like big issues to some but honestly it really bothers us. Still our favorite game right now but itd be so much more fun if we could have these capabilities. Thank you, we hope actually someone reads this.

Fun cozy game but so many ads and the ads take FOREVER.
Its cute an all, actually nice, but it needs more gameplay. As it is, you dont make considerable amount of cash when offline. But, while online, there is also nothing to do but stay idle waiting to gather enough cash in order to upgrade. Some form of minigame/ puzzle that you could play while online would be nice.
For the 24 hour music festival we try to claim our earnings and it doesnt claim anything.. When we leave the app and reopen it. We still dont get what we earned. The point is to complete it not screw people over so they cant.

We like this game a lot, its fun and simple with no forced ads, only optional ads you can watch for rewards. We also appreciate how the tenants dont get upset with you if you kick them out haha. The game progress is a little slow in the beginning, but once you have unlocked the three facilities and upgraded the apartment to a higher level then it goes faster. Ive been watching all the ads for the rewards to progress more. Every few minutes you can watch a ad to get a few thousand game dollars.
We love this game but we will admit the levels system is slow paced and anoying but its fun to check in every day and just blow all your money you got while offline and we love how the customers say stuff like Im going to tell our mom how great our landlord is its extremely funny sometimes and overall this game is more good than bad.
Ive recently started playing this game. There doesnt seem to be many ads being pushed on you or at least we havent noticed any yet. And we love how you get to have a little conversations with the little characters that actually has good writing. We love how you can customize your character. We love that theres multiple different types of renters. And that theres so many separate little parts and its a pretty chill game and it seems like they put a lot of work into it. If youre looking for a chill little game, that isnt boring and thats cute. We would definitely suggest this.

We just got this game 3 days ago and im already obsessed! This game is so detailed and cute! You dont even have to buy a bunch of stuff to upgrade your apartment complex. Our only complaint is, it gets a little boring waiting to get more money, luckily, theres a way to speed it up, in the bottom right corner of the screen. We just have one more word to say to you, BUY IT! :).

We love this game, we check in on it every day. Ive been playing for a year now, and one issue that aggravates us the most is the fact that the shop offers many decorative items that require being on a table or counter to look nice. However it does not allow you to stack items. For example, the shop has offered mail, pitchers, photos & etc. But you can only place them on the floor. We love the design of the tenants house, where decorative items are on the counter and desks but its very annoying that we cannot achieve the same effect in our own homes.
We were playing this game ALL DAY yesterday but when we woke up we couldnt log on. Its kept saying error code *** Im so confused and so sad because we absolutely adore this game, why might this be.

We really like this game and have been spending hours on it for the past week Im on level 7 but the properties being so high and unaffordable is most likely gonna push us away Im not a add watcher and when we can only buy 2 things for 10000 dollars and then watch a 3 minute add is pretty absurd we think we should either get more rent or the prices be lower cause yk after all it is a game so why make it so stressful and not fun.
This is stupid. We liked this game and played it all day. When we woke up the next day and opened app, kept getting error code 1 we tried everything to fix it and nothing worked. So unfortunately we have to delete the app now.
