Overall the game is great but we wish they added all the Stray Kids songs.
Idk why but it won't let us download it, it gets stuck at 89.5 percent and stops.

Loading takes a while kinda confusing but its a good game just that is freezes and lags a lot.
We recently downloaded this game and we were playing it, but one day it stopped playing the music.
Our software has been flashing back since it was updated, which makes us unable to play. We have deleted it and re-downloaded it, but it still doesn't work.
Why did it flash back after the update.
It seems like a fun game but we cant even get past the tutorial because it takes so long to load it has been stuck on 89.3 for the longest.
This game is so broken, Ive considered deleting it multiple times. There are points when you tap it wont count, or when you do the sliders they wont count either. You say youre fixing bugs, we dont think thats what you should focus on. If youre going to make a rhythm game you have to make it playable, and so that people will like it and not come to the reviews to complain about how its not working. Another thing is that you never respond to anyone, if you want to help people your support team should be responding to people. Not ignoring them, fix everything tbh. Its getting annoying.
First off we would like to say Jype is not a company that cares for its idols, one example is when Chan, a Jyp trainee who is now a member of the widely respected boy group stray kids snuck food from the cafeteria to trainees that were being starved who would go on to form the girl group twice .The idols at Jype are often not compensated for their work and Jype takes most of the cut the idols will probably not get paid royalties for the music that is used in this game, which is terrible and this game should be terminated from the App Store immediately.
Oh our god,its just so terrible. Im really really really like the straykids,but when we try to enter this game,it just instantly backing.oh our god.its too disappointing.
We lost our account over a year ago and we still want able to get it back we've tried everything and we still can't manage to get it back we've even contacted dalcom but they weren't able to help. We had a bunch of good cards from pop era so we really need our account back.
After opening it, it always flashes back and downloads again, and it's not good to refresh it.

How dare you not put twices other songs like kura kura or perfect world?? Like we cant find them for twice songs so pls we wanna play either or both of those songs but theyre not there.
We really like the game!! It has all our fav stray kids songs, except for two. We were really hoping red lights and surfin were on here. Maybe it is and we just havent seen it, but if its not please add it.

Many people dont play it on an iPad/tablet and thats probably why there are so many complaints idk but this app is cool and we love it so bye.
This game is super fun, but the downsides are that, 1. It takes over 1 or 2 hours to download so if youre very impatient, we wouldnt recommend downloading. 2. It will crash when youre doing the absolute most random things. Ex: we were upgrading our cards, and suddenly, it kicked us out! 3. On normal mode (we dont play on hard or easy mode so we dont know) you cant get any misses or else it will not give you three stars. At least make it so that if you get over 5 misses, that costs you a star? There are also some pros to this game like being able to play songs by your favorite artists, different modes, your favorite artists cards, daily gifts (could include tokens, diamonds, or a pack of cards etc.), and also the ability to update your cards.
Ive been asking this for 3 yrs whens note speed feature coming out.
We just downloaded it and its saying theres something wrong with our wifi and theres nothing wrong with it and it keeps making us re do it.
We downloaded this app and we were really excited but it takes super long to load.
Its a good game, good songs, but as someone whose played multiple rhythm games we wish this game had the function where you could change the speed of the notes.
The app works fine im just confused on how you sell cards because we dont have that recycling button that everyone else has.

We feel like maybe if every loading screen didnt have a video background it would run a lot smoother , its annoying having to restart the app multiple times to get it to run well enough to get to the actual songs.

We had a google pixel before and the game was working perfectly fine but then we upgraded to an iPhone. We tried downloading the game so we could continue to play the game but the game wont even load to allow us to sign in into our account. Ive been playing this game for years and have so many cards and scores and we dont want to lose our progress we want to continue to play this game because its our favorite game. We played this game a while for the kpop, but the actual game itself it kind of bad. Theres no way to make the note speed faster, and thats realllly irritating to us it makes the game irritating and boring. We would love it if you could speed up the notes but you cant so we uninstalled lol.
Pros: 1) great song selection 2)there are only 2 types of notes (could be seen as either a pro or a con) 3)many ways to sign in -4) frequent new additions to the song library 5)nayeon Cons: 1)no way to change note speed 2) wayyyh to many ads for the game itself within the game 3)gameplay feels clunky and the game doesnt correct register taps a lot of the time 4)the screen looks too crowded during songs (indication of accuracy is displayed in big letters right in the center of the beatmap, member cards are blocking the very top middle of the beatmap) 5)no note tap sound (could be seen as a pro, but personally we like note tap sounds) 6)really annoying buzzer sound whenever a note is missed 7)graphic design of the game is kinda ehhhh idk man it just doesnt look visually polished in most places From a kpop fan pov this game is great, from a rhythm game player pov its not up to par with other rhythm games.

We love the game but it doesnt work it stops at 89.2 and doesnt work.
This game has excessive load times, and also has limited ui options that make you navigate multiple load screens beyond what you would expect to manage your cards. We had originally reviewed the game and thought that was the worst of it. However, we have found that the game will hitch in the middle of a song. This is, frankly, unacceptable. How can a game have such long load times, yet still hitch in the middle of a song? Shouldn't that all be loaded into memory by the time we start the song? We play on an iphone 8, and while that may not be the newest device, it is shocking that a rhythm game could have these performance issues.

This game is really good and all but we wish there were card trading so we can trade cards with other players and also friend players. This is our favorite game to be honest.

We dont know if we just need to update our game but it doesnt say we need to, ive tried loading into the game 10 times and all it says is SuperStar JYP has a new update! Please restart the application. And ive done that so many times but it doesnt work ive tried restarting our phone, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing works, what is that.
We really love this game but after the update this morning it will not work, we have been trying for so long at all it says is too restart but every time we press it, it does not work so can u please make it work thank u.
This app is very good and we highly recommend it to everyone! But we dont know why, is it our phone is or the app, it turns off by itself in the middle while Im playing the game. It automatically gets exited from the app. It happens every time we play it and its kinda annoying. Just bcuz of this problem we dont feel like playing it much often. Hope you can fix the problem.
