Ive enjoyed playing this game for years. Unfortunately, we wasnt able to transfer our accomplished levels to our new tablet so we have to start all over as of today. We love playing this game but Ive inundated with ads, too many ads. Can you please cut back on them.
Its a very relaxing tile game. Theres only four or five times youll see an app when youre playing. When you ask for a refresh of the screen, when you ask the system to do one of your entries when you recall a letter or a tile. When you add a space to put your tiles and at the end of the game, as far as we can recall, we havent seen any of the ads hang up like so many of them do where you cant get out and just have to close the game.
Between the gameplay and the music its very relaxing.

Not sure hello we have been playing this game for two months. And we are on level 110 on this game do you ever win any money? Are do you just keep getting higher and higher.
Ive been playing this game for some time now, through atm.com and once Ive reached the 500th level, we didnt receive our rewards. Everything else moved so smoothly, up until you hit that end goal. Then youre waiting weeks for them to send the information. Im praying this gets fixed soon because we actually enjoy the game when in need of passing time, but dont lie to us.
Challenge is ready but wont open!! Just did an IOS upgrade and game opens, we make a couple moves and it slams closed.

There are a lot of unnecessary ads.
We have been playing this game for a long time. On level 651 and in the last week it just keeps crashing. To be at the end of the game and have it crash and lose the level/game and awards is frustrating. Three times in last 24 hrs all right before we were completing the game. Even more frustrating to have used an assist and then lose it because the game crashed. Please fix this so we can keep enjoying the game and get your 5 stars back.
We used to love this game. But as Ive gotten to a higher level, the game keeps freezing and the ads lock up. The rewards for completing a level have been cut in half and the rewards for winning Tile Cup are reduced to almost nothing. Almost impossible to win a game anymore. Ive deleted the game as no longer fun. Disappointing,.
Your game is interesting and somewhat challenging, but ENOUGH with the ads. Complete a level, get an AD. Use the action buttons (like return a tile), get an AD! We are so frustrated with this game Im shelving it.
After 2-3 levels, apps slows a lot, and battery is hot. We like the basic game, but will delete if the power problem isnt resolved.

You can only get to level 123 until you are blocked out by ad scam.
This game would be so much more enjoyable if they actually fixed the bugs. Every time you open the app it asks you to update to fix the problems but when you click on it there is no update. Constantly get a white screen when it goes to the ad and doesnt let you X out of it which makes you start the game all over again.
They say do in this amount of time and than they change the days. We stayed up very late to get it done only to see the next day they changed it to a day earlier do not was set time. Went from 22 days when downloaded than to 9 which we did but next morning it said 8. Way to rip you off.

Our mother introduced us to this game when she was dumped on a board and could not get past it. After more than 20 tries we finally won the board and handed her iPad back to her, and decided we would download it to myiPad and play the game. Although we do enjoy the game, we have to say that the ads are SO ANNOYING! They freeze our iPad, and we often have to stop and reboot it! Whats going on with this game that it has so many glitches? We had played 173 levels and truly enjoyed the game but decided to remove the app due to the addition of ads while in the middle of a level. Really disappointing, would have paid for a ad free version if one were available but Ill find something else.
The ads are annoying in general but at least they used to be at the end of each game. Now they pop up every 5-10 seconds during gameplay and last 10-15 seconds. Super annoying.
It looks like there is a new bug that is really annoying and affects game play. There is an ad that pops up while you're actively playing a round and it literally covers the whole screen. It never gives the option to close out of the ad. So we literally have to close out of the app and start the level over again, even if we were very close to completing it. It's getting really frustrating to play this game. Please fix.
