Need to get updates on Amazon quicker so you dont get locked out on gameplay. Thats our only complaint.
Not worth spending money u get nothing out of it really. But you kinda have to in order to compete with the top guys anyways overall cool game just avoid spending money.
Bad part: This game is not friendly to 0-investment beginner to play. Slowly time-investment wont make the fast development game style. As u play, u will realize you need at least something to pay to be a strong , or pay more to be more stronger than other whoever payed. There are multiple dimensions needs to be worked or invested to make a strong legion. Another bad is Lots of overpriced items attempting u cost. Good part, 1. Game is fun and attempting. Due to fast competition and multiple dimensions to grow your legion, heros, squad, and all resource to support those, you definitely gonna practice management skill so to maximize your reward 2. There is in game translation – which you are able to read all languages players word in your language- very convenient . 3. If you find a good alliance thats a easy start but u need to be somehow stronger than average to join the good alliance. Lots of events to join, and you are on your choice to focus on whatever playing styles. As the game goes later, it will challenge you more and more.
This game is fun to play. Build your armies, heros, and castle. Different types of game play. You get to work with alliance in defense, attack, and war strategy. But it is a pay to play game. Of course you can get by not paying anything, but you will be far behind. Theyre always adding different accessories or heros that you can only get by paying for them which gives you an advantage. And some arent even guaranteed. You have to buy a $5-$10 chest for even a chance to get the item. To be one of the stronger players expect to spend upwards of $1000. Except of course if youre fighting against one of the Chinese servers. They get better pricing allowing them even more power. And youre not allowed to talk to them to negotiate because of the restrictions that China puts in place. So again, fun game with chance of meeting some great people. But expect to be annoyed with the money grab.
We are a new player and we were really enjoying the game at first, but After you put a lot of time and effort into this game, youll find that players who have been playing longer, and are much stronger than you can just come to your city and pillage you into the ground. Unless you have money for peace shield, anytime you want to step away or go to sleep. YOU WILL BE ROBBED. When that happens, youll find that your game progress will be completely stagnant, as it costs, money and resources, to upgrade your castles, crops, etc adding to your frustration, will be the fact that the person who attacked you can just teleport to parts unknown on a different section of the map, leaving you no way to retaliate. (not that you could because they are at least 8 to 10 times stronger than you). THEN, you will be demoted and or removed from your alliance with zero remuneration for what youve put in to helping build said alliance. We hoped that the developers can or or at least willing to try to do something to level the playing field a little bit. We know attack for attack is part of the game, but. There should be some kind of level system or something. Someone with over 1 million attacked power shouldnt be able to ransacked someone who has barely over 200,000. And then just run away, leaving you with nothing to show for the time, effort, and money you put into the game. If the game continues as is, we will be forced to delete our account entirely.
Multiple crashing issues, they keep adding stuff without any fixes to existing problems. They ignore complaints or send same form little for different issues. Could be a really fun game but as is it is the absolute WORST game!
The game is well thought out and has the best player interface of the genre. However, the devs are so focused on money they protect the bigger (money spending) players from being scouted by lower players what? You will even get silently banned from global chat for calling someone a whale. You can type but no one sees it, you just continuously see your typing too frequently even after 2 hours. This is obviously a pay to win game as most of the genre is but this company takes it to a new level. Protecting a level 21 player with 1+ million points from being scouted by a level 10 player with 300k points because their level is too high to be scouted? Really? We were going to spend more money on this game but apparently you will have to spend BIG money to be a protected whale. Such a shame.
Let us start with this is a fun game to play But the developers are ruining the game with pay to win game play. When we mean pay to win we us thousands of dollars. We have been playing this game for almost 3 years and its just getting worse. Hope this review helps anyone thinking about playing this game.
We install the updates and what the app store says should be released isnt. For example the alchemy shop should be available, it says it is now available but it is not. We did the update but still not available.
If you spend lots of money on this game: BEWARE! Double and triple check your bank accounts because we caught them stealing from us and when we requested a refund, they took almost a million gems from us to punish us for catching them. Thats well beyond $5 worth of gems. We pray they go out of business. They are not worth your money, time, or effort. WHEN you finally decide to quit this game, you will thank us for saving you some extra money in the long run.
This has been a great game for the time we’ve played it. Do yourself a favor and avoid downloading. The developers of this game reward new players with better luck to lure you into spending. The second you spend the algorithm changes and your luck disappears. They always expect you to stretch your spending by bringing luck meters to the final % to force more spending in order to unlock your rewards for already spending a ton. We have spent so much money (super spender) on this game and all it has given us is a bad attitude towards the owners of this game and the developers. They DO NOT have players best interest at heart. It has become a pump and dump game. They are squeezing every last penny they can get. 2023, we finally deleted this game after 2 years and a crazy amount of money. Nothing changed from our original post. The game is full of bugs, glitches, and greed. We stayed this long because of the friend’s made. That is honestly the only good part of this game, Being apart of a worldwide community where you grow into friends from the strategy, planning, and shared misery lol. As we said before don’t download if you are competitive and have money. Just play for free and be active in chats. DO NOT SPEND MONEY. Why do we suggest this?? You will realize the game manipulates algorithms to encourage spending. If we do not spend for weeks and go into a luck based event, your chances of winning increase. The moment you begin spending againsomehow your luck goes back to nothing. Even more damaging and something the game community talks about daily is the country bias. The developers are from China. They created special servers JUST FOR CHINESE PLAYERS where they receive special pricing and discounts. For example, common players NOT from China can buy a VIP shop experience where we are capped at 5 levels which requires 10s of thousands of dollars. The Chinese servers have VIP10. You tell us if that sounds like cheating. Funny thing however, these servers still lose because the rest of the community believes the game is cheating. Nobody tries to talk with them. Nobody respects them and the developers are fine with that. We REPEAT there are NO other countries with dedicated country servers. Server = State. Play at your own risk. Save the heartache and find a different strategy game.
This game is way to complicated. We were looking for a game that was a bit easier or has better help to learn it . We are close to quitting it .
The game is all right, but the customer service is a nightmare and the worse thing is: they dont care. If you have a problem with the customer service, their answer is: please, contact the customer service if you have any problem. Well, the problem IS the customer service. They give wrong answers, they are rude, they dont fix any problem. Just to confirm our point, we bet they will answer that review like this: Dear customer, please contact the customer service if you have any problem. The game is good, the customer service is a joke.
Fun to play but get out your wallet to keep up and updates are released but they dont work for a day so you update a day later if your lucky.

The buildings that we worked hard to earn as well as spent alot of money to earn have been stolen by the developers. They have a post in the game that says something about the version yet the version needed to get our things back is not available right here in the app store. We wont spend another dime in this game. We have been robbed by them.
This game give so many advantages to Chinese players. Discounts on resource packs we the main thing that we have noticed over the years. Also, resently they have made sure people not for china can not obtain any gold from packs. Ensuring we can all not progress as fast.
Not a fair game, no equality and to be strong you have to pay for them. Some nationalities have more advantages than others too.
Any game is supposed to bring pleasure, but not this one. It’s made only to take money from you, and even if you pay, you won’t enjoy the game anyway. Developers don’t care about players at all, although they bring them a lot of money. The development in the game depends on the money invested in it, but in different regions prices vary significantly, this is normal, so it should be, but the problem is that the game is not divided regionally. There were about 300 people from different countries in our state, all of them played at the same level and everyone had fun. But three players came and just in a month destroyed what 300 people were building for 8 months, spending a lot of money and time. These players came from the Asian region, where prices differ significantly, respectively, and the level of their strength differs significantly and nothing can be opposed to them. Game restrictions allow them to do it, and nobody care thats totally not fair. Players with different prices cant mix in the same game zone. 100 people from the state have already abandoned the game, thereby losing all the money that was invested. And the rest will quit the game in the near future. A lot of requests were sent to developers, help zero. They just don’t care about 300 of their customers who brought them a constant income.
Support in the game by clicking the Isabella is the worst support we have ever seen in a game. Which if we could we would rate them individually a 0. If the game is looking to save money they should release those employees. However we do give it 5 out of 5 and would give more because of Ellie ROE Operations Manager who is remarkably excellent in what she does and always provides great customer service.
Im not too sure why everyone is complaining about this game. Im thoroughly enjoying it, Ill admit theres a lot of prompts to get you to pay for packages but Im not seeing where everyone is getting that you can only get so far. Now if youre gonna become a hard core player, so much so the game is part of your life we can see where youd need quite a bit of money to pursue that, however, this is a great game for passing the time.

We have much time and resources into leveling the colored Dragons. WHEN will you create events like Eden where we can use them!?!
The game is fun to play. But if you arent spending money its not fun at all. So many people spend money so their development is much faster than yours. Then when new game modes come to where you can get the heroes you need to be competitive. You get the same regular heroes from previous season so it takes you a while to be strong because all you try to do is get a decent hero and you need copies of heroes to max them out. You may spend 8 months just trying to get a final copy of a hero and still nothing. Overall the game is fun to play you meet nice people but if you arent spending money dont expect to have that much fun because everyone is stronger than you.
Graphics are not even close to as pictured or described. Buildings cannot be rotated & castle cannot be moved from set position.
Do you have enough money to gamble with because this game will empty your pockets. The ad looks nothing like the game either.
No balance in game. You invest a lot or play casually not competitively. They have slowly monetized everything over time.
Chinese players are catered to. Game is purely a pay to win game but if you are Chinese you pay a fraction of what any other player would have to pay. This game should be banned from the play stores.
We played this game for over a year, and had a lot of fun. We met cool people from all around the world and have befriended a few of them. However, the game runs almost solely on micro transactions. It is somewhat possible to play for free. That is if you wish to be miles behind the players that have a disposable income. We’ve met players that have to spend thousands a month just to stay on top. If you wish to have a full 100% great experience, you better open up that wallet. Thats the only way to play about 90% of the time.
We made the mistake of purchasing a few packs from them. Over two weeks after we did, our credit card was charged a second time for the same exact packs. When we go to our purchase history IN THE GAME, it shows absolutely nothing there for this purchase and that we did not receive any items for this. We tried contacting their support but all we got was a shady AI bot that didnt understand us and only answered once every few hours (and at night when Im sleeping since we are in a different time zone). With no other choice, we contacted our credit card company and Apple. We supplied Apple with a ton of screenshots proving what we were saying and they agreed, refunding us for these packs. However, then we tried logging into our account and we received a message from the game system telling us that because they could not retrieve the items included in our packs (because we never got them), we were locked out of our account until we repay them the money we were just refunded, calling it a penalty for malicious refund. Again, we tried messing them in their stupid AI bot chat. A few times during the day, the suspension seemed to glitch and we could access our account. We saw messages from them saying we were receiving further penalties for our refund, and that our diamonds were not -2.3MILLION. Our total refund was $13.01. We have never had 2.3 million diamonds TOTAL in this game but now we were negative them, taking away every diamond we DID have from playing the game and past packs. There was also a message saying if we requested a third refund in 24 hours, Id be suspended. If we requested a total of 5 refunds, Id be permanently banned. Again, the customer support was a bot that kept repeating that if we wanted to access our account, we had to pay. Mind you, this purchase is still not in our payment history. We supplied the bot with all of the screenshots proving this and we still havent heard anything. Trying to find a solution that didnt involve our account being banned or being scammed $13.01, we contacted Apple. They said they submit a refund request for all of the packs we did intentionally pay for too, since the app is denying us access. They could not contact the developers themselves and told us to go to the app in the App Store, scroll down and click App Support to contact them. When we did this, it brings us to some cheesy website with no way, whatsoever, to contact the developers. Its not even a support page. With no other options, we are giving the developers one last night to reply to us and correct their issue. Otherwise, we will be requesting a refund through Apple for every purchase we had ever made in-game and contacting our credit card company to block them from further fraudulent charges. It seems like $13.01 is not worth of this but its the fact that the developers messed up, they refuse to let people contact them, then hold your account ransom until you pay up for items you never received. It might have been $13.01 today but it fears us that we will get much bigger fraudulent charges if we continue this game and its absolutely nonsense that they refuse to provide any REAL place for you to contact them for help. DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING IN THIS GAME. IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL HOLD YOUR ACCOUNT HOSTAGE IF YOU TRIED TO FIGHT THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES FROM THEM.
When the player is aloud to make there own choices. And not be forced to do things . Like this game does . We could have done alll the things it was telling you to do . With out the forcing help !! Looks like a fun game . But not when being forced to do things.

It’s a awesome game and we like it and some days we’re playing more than 18 hours but our big problem is price of packs, we’re from iran and game pack is too much expensive for us and we hope developers will help us somehow that we can buy what we want best regards.
We love this game, great design, plenty to do always, been playing for 4 years. The new update needs to be fixed though, terrible problems.

We’ve been playing this game for 2 years now. Its awesome. But the only way to be awesome in the game is spend at least a couple hundred dollars every month. At least. Not for everyone, but is a very good game. Have met some great friends playing this game.
The bugs are awful! We constantly have issues with the game even loading! Its lagging terribly and half of the quests and alerts dont appear at all! We enjoy this game and have spent money in doing so. Please fix the bug! (:
This game has the potential to be very good. However, it ultimately functions as a game of those who have money (in real life) vs those who do not. The game claims to be free to play, but the developers have made it so difficult to progress or keep up with those who spend hundreds and even thousands of dollars that unless you are willing to put significant amounts of real money into the game every month you cannot compete. For example, the developers phased out a common hero (the craftsman) because he reduces the cost of building. When the game premiered he was a common hero that everyone could get. Now he is not available other than through a paid event every once in a while. Similarly, the hero Michelangelo requires that you pay $24.99 a month just to place him. So you can get him and build him up, but unless you spend $24.99 a month you get no benefit from him. We have no issues with the devs wanting to make money, but it is a shameless money grab. Want to send a present to a friend or another castle you have created, good luck and $9.99 is what it will cost you. Want to move to a new state because your state isnt fun, good luck it will cost you transport tickets that run from $4.99 per ticket once a month or you can buy more starting at $19.99 per ticket and they go up from their. So if you need say 7 tickets to migrate it will cost you $35.00 and take 7 months. If you want it to go faster, say 3-4 months, it will cost you over $75. One more example is called the VIP store. In order to have enough resources to build the store you have to play for years. Or you can buy the resources to build the VIP store for $99. It is functionally off the table unless you are willing to spend the money. As a result, there are incredibly powerful lords/castles that dominate everything in play leaving others who dont spend that amount of money at their mercy. If free to play were allowed to flourish and there was some level of equity, like entire free to play states or even graded states where people could freely Transport if they meet eligibility requirements then the game would be more fun. Otherwise this game is just the worst version of those games that use rewards and other psychological tools to entice people to spend more money for the same gameplay month over month. An evolution towards something more would be appreciated.

This game is a money trap. Everything costs money and its built to get you addicted and take advantage of FOMO. Everything has lottery mechanics. Loot chests are a money trap and they take you a lot of money. This is a pay to win game. Grinding it doesnt matter, whoever has more money will win. Theres no way to be a non-spender. Youre considered a low-spender if you put over 1000 USD during a year. During heroes season they make it so youre left frustrated and with 100 USD packages for the last bits of luck. Its a money trap, dont fall in it. EDIT: The developer answer is full of lies. We played almost two years; you are a slave of those who pay the most in the game. Youre props for the higher spenders. And even if you spend, it is gambling. This game is going to a casino while being poor and theres no free food.

We have played a lot of these games over the years never found one that decided to wig out and have an issue with our perfectly fine Internet connection and just not. Really disappointed. Seems like the game play and interface could have been quite good, but Im not going to spend a crap ton of time trying to make it load. Did all the things. Nothing worked for like 2 hours. Shame.
Im on lvl 3 and cant do anything to move on without buying. Its probably the worst we’ve played as far as that goes. Truly a pay to play game. If something dont come along to enable us to move on Ill be deleting it.
The players are from all over the world. It makes communication and strategy planning almost impossible. The translation program does not work and the chat board does not offer it for every post. The anger exhibited by the Russian players is disturbing in the group post. They spend lots of money to boost their castle strength and will zero out all other players without remorse.

We downloaded this because we like farming and things like that and what they were doing in the ad for this game looked fun! But thats not at all what this game is about !!! We have see that ad who knows how many times so change it!!! If you like war, battles and building up a army and stuff like that this is probably a good game for you. But it is not for us.
