Okay so update, the game is alright but not what we expected. The ads were telling us that it was a pimple popping game, and when the game pulls up a mini game of like cleaning ears and popping zits and stuff, it only lets you do like 3 seconds and then goes back to other stuff, we wouldnt recommend but some people say different (we only put 5 stars so it shows up on a review).
This is one of the few games Ill spend our actual money on. The pricing is super fair (1.99 for the second row with better prizes) compared to games charging 5.99/9.99. Even just free play youre not excluded from getting great prizes! The whole game is just great. Graphics& concept plus the different little areas you open up.
Dont be fooled by the cool advertisement of an asmr game. Its your typical island adventure game. Probably a decent game but the false advertisement has us deleting IMMEDIATELY.
After playing the game every day fi over a year. The game suddenly crashes every time we try to play. We were told to down loan the newest version and we did now we can not even get it to load. And no response from tech staff.
This game can be a lot of fun but parts of it are really aggravating. The ads that get triggered are sometimes very vulgar. We wouldnt want a younger child playing this game. We mean – really? Why She Kills? Give us a break. It also takes a lot of energy to get anywhere. Sometimes you can get the energy (from boxes that show up) but sometimes you have to wait for a while for your energy to restore. The game says you get 1 energy every x minutes but that is only true up to a certain amount. After that: nothing. We really wish developers would learn that people spend money only if they are having fun.
One of our daily routinely enjoyed games and happened across a good team that works together. Love the mini games and creativity of the extra challenges as well as the continuity of work at the home base. One problem! It is crashing on our iPad on the regular. Several times in a play. After the third or fourth reboot in a visit, we are giving up. Any random click causes a crash. Its starting to do it in the mini games we dont want to give it up but Im going to give our other game that works without bugs our full attention at some point. Please fix the iPad bugs.

This game is so addicting, however, it keeps crashing on us. We have tried updating, restarting our device, and nothing helps :(.
We were loving the game. Now all of a sudden it shuts down all the time. Very frustrating.
Ive been playing this game for quite a while. Several months ago, it started crashing randomly. We reached out to customer service. Tried all of the suggestions. It is not our device or our internet connection. No other app we use has this issue. Customer service kept asking for screenshotshow do we screenshot an app crashing? We went online looking for answers only to find we wasnt the only one having this issue. So, our question is, When are you going to fix it? This is one of two games Ive ever spent money on. However, what is the point if we cant play more than a few minutes without it crashing? Ive never really cared much when a game acts up. But, for some reason this game has the ability to help us relaxor at least it used to. We hate to do it, but Im very close to just deleting it and walking away.
Im stuck at level 56 and it states all quest complete! We cant move on to the next quest.
We can barely get though the opening load up without game crashing and kicking us out. We have been in contact explaining the issue with support but they just say they will message back when tech support has looked into it but days go by making it impossible to complete current time sensitive islands. One star.
Ive enjoyed this fame for months, now it wont load no matter what we do. Im losing out on money we spent if we cant even get into the game, enjoy it for as long as it will load for you, but dont spend a penny, whatever you do.
Repetitive actions to move the game along. Earn rewards, but will require you to spend real money if you want to advance. Mindless story doesnt really go anywhere just kills time.

Our niece asked if she could buy a 9.99 item and we were charged $41.68. How is that okay? Who do we talk to about this.
This game used to be much more fun. Now its a money pit and if you dont buy energy or gems you will never finish islands. If you dont finish islands you cant do much else, so it becomes pointless. There are a limited number of dragons available that can be upgraded with in-game tokens and they havent released a new one in years. All the new dragons require gems to upgrade and the gameplay produces very few compared to the thousands it would take to fully upgrade. There are also other kinds of dragons and tokens that seem to have been discontinued but you can still get the specialized constellation and other tokens for these nonexistent dragons. Lots and lots of this kind of complaint on their Facebook page but they dont seem to care.
The vids show a different type of play but it is not the way it is played we hate games that mislead.
Played a lot of this game in the past but took a break because we were overwhelmed by how much energy was needed and never being able to complete the limited time islands. We came back after a year and the problem is even worse. Even with the return ink player energy event and other energy events with prizes it will never be enough. A 3000 energy reward is laughable with how quickly you burn through it. This recent event Ive only made it through 8 of the 12 islands and we swear Ive used 30,000+.
We have been playing this game for a number of years. Recently was checking our iPhone storage and this app alone takes 20 GB! That is an insane amount of space. Far more than our thousands of pictures.
The graphics are bright and engaging. The characters are interesting, and the story engaging. There are plenty of clear instructions, making the game easy to follow. So far, we have no complaints.

We started this game about a week ago and it was cute. But the longer we played the worst the sales got. So many different things to buy and you have to decline three or four offers preload screen. If you do purchase something, it still offers new or different dragon passes. We think its annoying. Im fine with supporting the game, but this isnt good.

Let us tell you the very first thing that bothers us.. Its money.. This game really pushes you to purchase with money, although we know almost every game does, but its kinda useless? But everytime we look for a game to relieve our stress, its this one so there are ups and downs, but we will always stay more further up.

We love this game and have since we first downloaded it, but its gone down hill lately. The storytelling isnt original enough to be enjoyable anymore. Plus they took away our favorite events and mini games such as the merge mini games, the treasure hunt, and the constellation islands. They are also adding too many event islands at the same time without adding to the main storyline islands.
Ive been playing this game for several years (since it first came out), have spent countless hours/days engrossed in it, spent way more money on in-game purchases than Id like to admitoverall, have enjoyed it immensely. Until recently. Its not because of the device we use to play it onits a newer device and we have no problems with the other games we play. Im getting more and more frustrated with this game freezing or simply kicking us out. If we have to restart the game 3x in the allotted time we have for playingIm done for the day. We even took a couple week hiatus, thinking maybe things would be resolved/addressed, but we experienced the same issues as soon as we started playing again (and had no issues with other games, during the time we took off from Dragonscapes). Please fix this, as we have heavily invested ourselves in the game and dont want to quit playing.
We used to love the game but for about a week or so now we keep getting booted out every few minutes!!! Still having problems 90% of the time we try to switch islands it will boot us out of the game.
Latest update crashes our phone. Ive done everything from deleting the game to restarting our phone & nothing works. Im getting really tired of the forced updates. Ive actually spent quite a bit of money on this game over the years and to suddenly have it completely useless irritates us to no end.

Fun but it got us to a point where we had to make a purchase to move forward.
1st let us start by saying we absolutely love the game. Its really cute and a great way to pass some time. Now, the energy situation. You only get 65 energy some trees are worth 55 to get what you need. You go back home and use your energy stand, now youre out of all of that stuff. Go cut another tree, again out of energy. See that little fenced in area with a whole bunch of energy, now you need shovels, sheers, and something else. More than likely 3 of each, where do you get them? Out of chests. How do you open the chests? With the 1-3 keys. How do you get the keys, complete the tasks that take energy which is why youre looking for anyway. You can use your diamonds to get energy, 23 diamonds for 100 energy, again 1 tree and maybe a shrub, wow that wasnt worth it. We mean our TNTs help when we get them. And we are not giving you our card information to pay for anything. Make it a little easier to get energy, or make the things not need so much energy. This is ridiculous.
This started as a fun game, but has changed to being very expensive if you want to participate in events. It can take days (or lots of $$) to have enough energy to do one thing. And the further you go in events, the more energy everything takes.
The game starts out fun, but the longer you play the required energy points to accomplish anything is ridiculous. Add to the fact that each sub game (Christmas Island) has only a few day to complete and is HUGE, its impossible to complete without spending significant cash. There are a few ways to earn energy, but getting 5 energy when cutting down a tree requires 50 just isnt gonna cut it. Deleting.
Ive only started playing and its so entertaining and is keeping our interest right from the get go.
Ok let us start with the fact that we love this game. Bone we would like to pick is about the incessant pop up offers. Do you really need to show us the same offer(s) every few minutes or every time we change locations? To us, it makes it seem like you are begging. Dont be beggar. Its fine to show the latest offer upon daily login, but more than that is excessive.
There is so much to do in this game. Its a tad overwhelming.

Ive been playing for a long time, Ive enjoyed the game and dealt with a lot of the changes.. Even the ones that werent the best. But now with the last update it seems impossible to get some of the things you need. We can get 100 make up and make 2 or 3 pieces of jewelry when thats what we need and same goes for any of the other ones. The games getting less fun. Also, the updates of the characters to help we bc the salon take forever to get more.. Ive got enough coins to make over numerous people so when they do come out we get it done in a day.
We like this game, BUT we really just want to play the puzzles. We cant figure out how to skip the story and just play the puzzles. A little help please.
We have never had a game give us a bday gift but Dragonscapes did . That is the coolest thing to us . Ive been playing this game for almost a year now and we dont intend to ever stop playing either lol.
Its starting to lag. Stops loading then kicks you out. It also wont give you your rewards from the shipments or will show an incoming shipment that needs certain things but when it shows up its totally different.
Even then, its unlikely you will finish the game before the event expires. Quickly losing interest because of this. We have spent an embarrassing amount time and money yet have only finished one event so it is really not worth it.
Firstly we want to say that we truly do love this game, its fun and all their islands and quests are extremely entertaining! Itll keep you busy for hours BUT we just really, really dislike how they make you spend all your hard earned energy + gems that you've been busy saving up on their outrageous 2/2 & 3/3 levels that they throw at you at every corner of the game! They do this so you will spend as much of ur own money on them theyre really persistent about this cause they constantly pop-up their pricey energy bundle ads at you like every time you touch anything Whats funny to us is they put 175% off the original prices of their energy/gem bundles so it seems like youre getting this great, amazing deal but in reality its not true at all cause thats the original price to begin with!! Yes, you will find this game fun and interesting but at the same time please be wary of over spending your hard earned money on it. Because they want you to buy something from them. You can play the game w/o spending thats a definite! Play & have fun cautiously is all we gotta say ;).
We give this game 4 out of 5 stars because its really fun we love playing it, but its literally impossible to complete the limited time Islands. Even with all the energy, gems, and coins they give you throughout Island. Im an adult trying our best and Ive had this game for a long time, shouldnt children/ teens be able to complete the temporary islands? Please make them easier to complete in limited amount of time.
It's good, however we're getting frustrated because we constantly seeing the same tasks.
We cant go anywhere or do anything every time we do it crashes ! Another game to delete.
Ive had this game for awhile and loved it, but it crashes every 2 minutes now. Its so often that its become unplayable. Incredibly frustrating.
Love the game but we cannot finish lake island because we ran out of birch branches to build the last bridge, we wish you grow the birch in the laboratory in the main island. For this we stop playing it.
