Great game but the videos keep freezing you have to close the game when you re start the game again you have to start the level again from the beginning you lost all your work. Please fix this problem.
This is a fun game when you are able to play it. It always has graphic problems and doesnt show the Team Battle so Im not able to join it. It also doesnt give us the star boost that Ive earned. Ive tried reaching out for help but tech support is a joke. Im very disappointed because it is a fun game.

Great and fun game. A little too easy if you are looking for a hard puzzle though.
This is a fun, yet challenging game. But lately it crashes fairly regularly and/or we often dont receive the 300 coins after watching ads. We only took away 1 star but debated only leaving 3 for these reasons. It can be pretty frustrating. Im hoping the next update will fix these issues.
Love playing the game but Bo is bank stopped updating. Tried emailing for support but email address does not exist.
It is a fun game but needs more things that are in the adds but there is not.
We enjoy the game and the challenges it offers, and we stay active completing them. The gameplay itself is fun, but there is an important issue that affects progress. Once the chest or storage becomes full, the game doesnt allow us to continue, even though we still have 16 more items to discard or manage. This stops the game flow and becomes frustrating. Adding a separate side inventory or slot for already collected items would greatly improve the experience, allowing players to continue without being blocked by storage limits. We hope the developers consider this improvement in future updates.

We love the game. Im addicted to it but there are so many ads and they are very long. Also, when you click a tile, it doesnt move instantly. Its getting frustrating playing the game.
This game is challenging, fun, and very addictive; however, Ive reached the maximum level or so it seems. Im on level 14,200 and Im being told to wait another level is being prepared and there hasnt been a new story in a month or so. Hurry! Looks like Ive reached the max on everything.
Love the game but the same ad over and over again gets annoying after every play is.
Cant get thru a game without it freezing or lagging. Worse than before.
We liked when it let us watch an ad for extra moves, but the other ads were excessive. Unfortunately once we paid to remove ads, all of the ads were gone. We can only get extra moves at the end of a game if we buy them now. So disappointed.
Ive been enjoying this game till we got to upper levels. They make some levels so hard you are forced to buy more moves or special perks to help you on your way. A money grab game just like all the rest.
The game stalls too much with the ads all the time! They freeze the screens! The ads are too long locks everything up.

It randomly will start glitching but its only started doing this after level 500.
Sun nite we were playing and was buying window with 22. Pts well we got the rug boot the window. Tonite Oi paid for bed and got a fan. Ilove this game but it takes awhile to get the points and when they are put towards something cheaper Im not liking it. Please advise asp Thank you.
We were having a great time with the game, until we had the choice of joining a team or quitting, So we quit.
Level 200 has been stuck for three days now. Please fix it.
Im addicted to this game! Downloaded it a month and a half ago and play about every day! Ive noticed though for the past two weeks its been glitching like CRAZY during the moving of the tiles or when tapping on them. It does a couple seconds, we kid you not. It takes a solid 3-6 seconds for it to move and it happens every other game:/ Also its incredibly annoying whenever they have a side story whether youre helping build a cake or save a bird in the fence you can never fully beat the last one after you finished every level on that little side quest because by that time you will have maxed out your watch ads and then you will have to resort to using your coins, which makes you run out of money and its incredibly frustrating. It feels like we can never beat those little side quest specifically Ive tried this numerous times even on our days off and you have about three days to finish that little side quest story but its almost pretty much impossible because the last mode is to beat 13 super hard levels or something and we can only get up to about eight or nine before the story expires! Other than that a great app.
Yes you get to actually help the struggling families, and in the beginning its fun, but the number of stars needed keeps increasing forcing you to play more match games to complete each task. Also it annoyed us that the tasks were out of order. You dont redecorate before you fix holes in the roof and missing windows. We deleted it.

This game is a great beginner puzzle game, it can be challenging, immersive, the graphics are good, and it is a good game to learn organizing skills too.
Such an addictive game! However, the sound keeps cutting out, sometimes every few seconds, so we have to adjust the volume on our device to get it back. The sounds are important to playing the game. This happens on multiple devices so we know its not just us.
This is a really fun game that keeps you coming back for more. A couple of disappointments once you get past the beginning stage and they have you hooked. 1. The feeble points you get for winning a game versus the high points to help is not balanced at all. Plus it is about 7 topics of helping from 4-7 points and approximately 1 point per game win. Not balanced. 2. We paid to not see the annoying ads but we wont spend $ to win a game. Once we did this it is a wait time so really that was a waste of $ and false claims in our opinion. This could be one of the best games and keeper of things were better but Ill probably play for awhile and go back to our couple of games Ive played for years.
We have loved this game, it was our go to game for relaxing with no ADs. But, now a AD pops up after every level which sticks.
If you have to leave the game because you HAVE A JOB, when you return, you have to start over. Not pick up where you left off. Frustrating.
Have a friend who plays and we have different deals. Their weekend deal is $12.99 and ours is $21.99 (an alleged 90% savings which is a lie). Also their bundles in the shop are also better priced.

Got all the way to the end of Game, with one remaining tile. It didnt move any further.
It only goes to level 90 and there is now a McAfee ad that randomly appears during game play. Ive emailed support about this issue but have not received a reply. That is disappointing. Our guess is that the PlayFlux developers arent paying too much attention to this game. However, the game play is pretty fun and there are plenty of rewards to solve the harder puzzles which dont require making purchases. The various weekly tournaments and side games keeps you interested. It is a shame there is minimal support and despite the developers statement on the App Store that a release of 100 levels was on the way (2 weeks ago) there was only 1 level released today, 22 Oct 25. Due to these issues we will likely delete this game and look for a similar one.
We really like this game, however some ads such as the pigeon forge cabins gets stuck and theres no way to close it. This means that it kicks you out so you have to reopen and lose place in that level. Too many ad glitchs. McAfee Ad has fake announcement regarding infection of system.
This was one of our favorite games until they started using ads in game. Took it from a five star to a two IMHO. Time to delete.
Nice game. Easy. But fun. It starts right out with a destitute lady and her kids. You get funds to help her by collecting stars going simple matching in groups of three objects puzzles.
We like the game its fun what we dont understand is why its starts you whole game over again you lose all your progress and it starts all over again.
We are stuck on a very high level every time we close it out it goes back to that level we even did they update not working.
This is a fun game you should try it.
