Great game, fun and intuitive. One qualm is that in the iPhone 11 you cant read the top of the screen (puzzle topic). Is this on the horizon to be fixed.

It is still error in the game. The letters stay in positions that it is unable to connect them.

We love this game and open it twice a day to play or spin. We play all the special events to earn more hints. After the update a week ago, we opened the app to find the Holiday Event progress we had are now all marked with red xs. Please fix and restore our progress.
Missing Holiday Event numbers 1-7, we did them and now they are showing as not done. Where did they go? Otherwise we enjoy the puzzles and special events.
We have been playing this puzzle everyday since it was posted. However, on day 7 we open the puzzle and it shows red Xs for day 1 thru 6. We worked those puzzles, what happened.
Our iPhone updated and our progress on the game was lost. We uninstalled and re-installed as recommended on the app help page. Our progress is STILL NOT RESTORED.
Great game but last update wiped out all the holiday puzzles we had already solved.
As another user mentioned, we updated the app recently and then lost 8 days of progress in the Holiday event. No way to contact the developer in the Help center.
This last update was a doozy. Lost progress on daily and seasonal challenges :(.
We loved playing this game. When we completed all the levels, we waited and waited and waited and waited for new levels to be added (which has finally happened). In the meanwhile, we played the daily puzzles and various events throughout the year. There were times we might have missed a day or two in these events. This was our fault. However, finding out that that we lost 10 days of progress for this Holiday Event was infuriating. We deleted and reloaded the app to no avail. As a holiday gift, you guys should just give every player who played the Holiday Event 30 free hints right now and just end the event. Please fix your game.
Love the game. But now we lose the progress of the current holiday event. We uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping to get our progress back. We lost all our progress from the main game that we completely finished. And lost our daily too. What happened? Glitch.
Went into the app yesterday and when we played the holiday event puzzle there were Xs next to every other day (even though Ive played every one). We figured it was a glitch but today it only saved yesterday and todays. We uninstalled the app as instructed to resync our progress however when we went in to the Holiday Event it only had a check mark next todays date, with our other progress now gone. This isnt the first time it has happened during one of the events, we figured maybe it was us but now we know it wasnt. Extremely disappointed as we look forward to the events and find it very frustrating to have all our progress wiped out.
We used to love this game. Upon opening our game today,all our progress in the holiday game is all gone. All that work for nothing.
We were doing the current holiday challenge, but we missed one day and it said we missed all the previous puzzles, too.
Ive enjoyed this game but today when we opened it we lost all the days that we solved in the current challenge. We did what the Help article said on how to restore progress (uninstall and reinstall the app). After that, not only did it not show all days Id solved the puzzles in the current challenge, we also lost ALL the spins Id earned so we cant get any hints.
We have finished Day 7 of the Ocean tournament. Each day we get a spin and then a green check for solving the daily puzzle. When we return the next day the green check has been replaced by a red x meaning we missed that previous day when we have not. We keep hoping that this glitch will be fixed but it has not been. We're playing on an iPad with up to date software. Please fix this.

Played this game for a year and a half Tried rebooting phone nothing Not sure if we delete game and download again that it goes back to the beginning.
We play this game every day. This latest game didnt show up on our phone for 4 days so on the 5th day, we missed 4 days. We checked every single day.
We play every day. Today, we got the Fashionista game, but the first 4 puzzles were already past! Why does this keep happening.
Today when we opened our game The Fashionista puzzle appeared showing that we missed the previous four days of play. How could we have played this game when it just showed upon this fifth day. This is unfair to us and we cant tell if it is a glitch in the game or something systemic.
We have been playing this game for many years now and have always loved it. But, now that we are way up in the levels, it has stopped being fun. Its too difficult when the words are 10 and 11 letters long with no shorter words in between to at least give a little help. We try not to use hints because we like the challenge, but we need them for just about every word now. We dont look forward to playing the game anymore and may get rid of it.
Our game has turned dark brown/green and we cant get in to play. HELP PLEASE.

Very good design and holds true to suppressing ads when pay for it. Makes it well worth buying overall.
We like the opportunity to earn hints; though when we installed on our iPad, that didnt happen at the early levels. We would give 4 stars if they would stop selling ads to Temu, and repeating the EXACT SAME ad multiple times in a row.

This game is only easy when you see the way to get where you need to be . We love it for our foggy brain to get it.
Isnt there another way to get info. We dont use Facebook twitter nothing with social media.
We really like the new set up of doing a puzzle a day.
We like this game; we think it's very challenging, but it's enjoyable to play. We have an iPhone 13 Pro, and we can not see how many hints we have on the top right of the screen, and we can't see the theme of the puzzle either because it is behind the notch. Please update this game to optimize for the iPhone 13 series, as the notch is smaller. Also, optimize this game for the iPhone 14 series for the dynamic island.
Love playing the Wordbrain games but very unhappy when we play the special event and then do NOT receive the award of new hints. That is what happened this past week, play date every day and no reward.
We finished Day 5 of the current tournament successfully yesterday and received a green check mark. Today this was replaced with a red X as if we had missed the previous day. This has happened many times and is frustrating because a missed day can mean losing 5 hints overall. Please fix this.
Stop with the Spanish ads. We chose United States and we believe our language is English. We do not speak Spanish and do not want Spanish ads.
The games is not allowing us to proceed beyond Word Magician level even though we have completed it. All following puzzles are greyed out. We have power cycled the ipad. Doesnt help.
Also tired of the very long ads!!! And what happened to the 5 or 6 spins we were getting daily to get additional hints for watching your ads? They are now down to 2 a day. And seriously . 200 hints for $14.99??? That is just ridiculous! We purchased 2,000 hints for another game for $4.99. Not going to buy your hints and as much as we like your game, if we have to we will stop playing.
We play the seasonal events and we dont see an update on our hints for a long time. Theres no way to contact anyone. So we feel that we wasted our time.
We have played your seasonal games for some time now. The past two games that we have completed have not given us the hints we deserved for playing. How do we get our hints.

Ive been playing Word Brain on and off for a couple of years. Great game to play inflight. Just got a new phone and just learned you cant port your progress to another device. Im sitting at 50% complete and have to start over?! Yeah no, moving to a different word game. There are tons of them. Sorry Word Brain but really bad design.
We love playing this game but some of the levels are to hard Im stuck on a level and we asked everyone in our family to help but we could not figure out the answers.we believe a simple solution would be to up the age you have to be to 7 or 8 years old.
Im really enjoying having the daily challenges, and we like the theme specials, but between the two we should be able to earn more hints. For example, during this event (Fashionista?) there are 23 days, but we can only earn a maximum of 20 hints. The daily challenges dont even give us a chance to earn a hint, and Ive got a streak of 92 days right now. We are not going to pay for hints, and the daily spin is nice, but some hints for completing daily challenges- even if its one for every five you complete, or something for a streak, would be nice. Also, it feels like sometimes the terms dont actually fit the theme, or only do so very tangentially. Those words are really annoying.
We enjoy playing WordBrain 2 but we are at a lost as to why our puzzle of the day streak is broken when we have solved the puzzle. This has happened on two occasions, the last one being a 19 day streak. This is frustrating.
We used to enjoy this game until a few days ago, and now we cant get it to load AT ALL, nor can we get an answer as to how to fix the problem. Ive asked if we should delete and download again but Im worried then that our progress will disappear, as well as the hints Ive collected. Is there a user out there who can help us, maybe? The regular WordBrain works fine (for the most part) but WordBrain 2 is giving us an ulcer!! Thanks in advance.
We have played this for years, nowSince the last update, the game crashes on opening. Too bad.
App was updated two days ago. We can no longer open app. Screen freezes on MAG Interactive. Tried emailing support but e-mail cant be delivered. Please fix this soon.
Our app just updated with the daily puzzle games today, yet it looks as though we missed the first few days after we finished the Feb 17th puzzle.
